I needed to replace/repair 9 screens which were all on the second floor. We had our first floor screens replaced last year by another company, and while his work was adequate, we were not overly impressed by his attitude and his price. Plus, when I had hinted that I might need my second floor windows done, he said he prefers not to do second floor windows, and would charge extra. I called Mr. Holmes, we decided on a day and time and went from there. He was actually a little early, went upstairs, took measurements and gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable for the work.
