Great service. Booked out for about one to two weeks but worth the wait. He is knowledgeable and patient and explains everything that needs to be done and the difference in his products. We had another company come out the day before for a quote of the same items he replaced and he beat their prices by FIFTY PERCENT for the SAME PRODUCT and excellent customer service. I called James a little over a week ago about getting both of our sliding screen doors fixed. I needed to replace/repair 9 screens which were all on the second floor. We had our first floor screens replaced last year by another company, and while his work was adequate, we were not overly impressed by his attitude and his price. Plus, when I had hinted that I might need my second floor windows done, he said he prefers not to do second floor windows, and would charge extra. I called Mr. Holmes, we decided on a day and time and went from there. He was actually a little early, went upstairs, took measurements and gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable for the work. He quickly produced the 9 new screens, installed them, and he was on his way. Mr. Holmes is a very nice gentleman, who I found to be kind, respectful, and very good at what he does.
