The team was initially quick to respond and came out to review the scope of our project and asked good questions to understand our goals and scope of the work. They appeared to have good ideas and options to get creative with solutions for what we wanted to achieve with the project. After the first meeting we didn't hear back on a quote, and after following up they said they needed more details to prepare a proper quote so we scheduled more time. They missed the second appointment so we rescheduled and got them back through for a second look. After walking them through the project scope again and answering some new follow up questions we were optimistic we'd be able to move to the next phase. We weren't hearing back from them so after a couple weeks, we followed up with their office and they let us know that they're still working on a quote and would have it by end of day. One week later still no quote. Finally I got a call from Eagle pride telling me that they've decided they don't wanna work on our project citing that they aren't able to get one of their subcontractors available to quote a key part of the project. Throughout the process, we've been flexible on timelines, patient throughout the missed appointments and poor communication. We understand that contractors are busy and they can't always bid on a project, but it would have been nice to know that before waiting 6 weeks. We can't speak to the quality of the work that Eagle pride does, but l see these missed appointments, the slow communication, and abandoning the project entirely after dragging us along as red flags. I hope others have an easier time working with them, but felt compelled to share my experience.

Mike from MNM delivered everything he promised. I will say there were a few bumps along the road to get there however the end result was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend MNM to complete your project and would use them again if/when the opportunity presents itself. A few things to keep in mind: 1. Make sure you understand the contract and what is included and NOT included. This led to many frustrating conversations between us as nobody likes a surprise. 2. If you have never worked in the construction industry, hire a project manager to help navigate thru all of the challenges you will have to work thru. Because I had project management experience I did not hire a PM, however this made for a few days of frustration. Keeping in mind Mike listened to me and we worked thru ever circumstance, fairly and equitably to both parties I would say. 3. Have regular check ins with the team. By straying in daily contact with the team helped keep the project moving, I believe. 4. If something does not seem right call and talk it out. After speaking with Mike daily (if needed) he would understand what my concerns were and would do all he could to keep us all on the same page. Juan and the installation team required direction occasionally and we would often not agree, but when I would call Mike and he would work it out each time. So to sum the whole experience up I would say this. Construction is not a easy task to do, however MNM delivered. The entire project took about 8 months of construction to complete. This was a bit longer then expected, however I was not a easy client and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. MNM had everting needed to complete my project with architects, structural and office staff to pull the permits and schedule inspections. Having just 1 phone # to call to have everything completed was perfect for me. MNM did it all which made the overall experience perfect for me.
