We bought two yd.³…read more9-22-24 and it was full of rocks,roots and other garbage.. went back 9-23-24 to show them how much garbage there was.. the owner could not care less!! told me he didn't need to see and that I was the first person to ever complain.. had to go dump it in the municipal dump and realized they have "FREE" topsoil of much better quality than Casola farms. Our total purchase was over $100.00 which included (9) mums (3 for $10) and a variety of fall decorations. The staff was very nice. We went immediately home and put out the decorations. One of them (a metal decorative sun flower type ornament) had broken due to a weak soldered joint at the neck of the plant head. It looked like as if the head broke off once before and was glued back into place. Regardless, we weren't worried because we knew we could bring it back and exchange it. Within an hour of purchasing it, we want back to the store, and spoke to the owners youngest son who was working the counter. We explained and grabbed a new one. At that time the oldest son asked us to wait and went looking for the Manager. He came back and said, "I'm sorry but if you want a new one, we will have to charge you full price." Cleary that wasn't going to happen so I asked for the manager. He said "there isn't any manager here." I explained that he can't just sell me a defective item and expect me to be ok with that. At that time, the Manager walked up (I assume it was his mother) and asked what was the issue. Once we explained, she agreed that we should get new one. Issue I have here, is if they allow their son's to work the front desk, they need to educate them a bit more. If the mother didn't walk up, I'm sure i would have left and NEVER returned. As of now, I would shop there again.

They showed us a good variety to choose from & were very informative and transparent about everything, which I appreciated. The young man also helped carry out the large plants to my car and gave us some plastic to set it on. I will definitely be returning to this nursery whenever I need flowers or new plants. ( IMHO) Stocked up on my herb garden for our backyard planter. A huge section inside the greenhouse. Many different varieties to choose from. A tradition for me in flowers has always been marigolds for color and great for keeping those unwanted pests away. They will let you roam around here. But the ladies & Harry are glad to help out and answer all questions that you may have. For me, prices are better than most big box stores around the area. The staff was very helpful and friendly; I've not found this at the Home Depot or Lowe's kind of places at all.. also the plants seem amazing healthy and well cared for.
