I have bought wood from many locations for 30 years so when it was delivered(I was not home and prepaid $300 plus $79 for delivery) I saw that it wasn't close to a cord. I stacked it and carefully measured it so I know it was short. I'm not trying to cheat anyone. I went today to state my case and was told my wood was prepared like everyone else so it should have been correct. I was told that I may have stacked it too tight. Wood sits on top of the next piece and so on. It stacks itself so you can't stack it too tight. I was told he was not going to argue with me. He said they would give me extra on the next order. Are you kidding me? Bottom line is I received no satisfaction. Also there was a huge amount of waste and small stumps some as small as six inches. If you want a good wood count and good customer service I would go elsewhere.

( IMHO) Stocked up on my herb garden for our backyard planter. A huge section inside the greenhouse. Many different varieties to choose from. A tradition for me in flowers has always been marigolds for color and great for keeping those unwanted pests away. They will let you roam around here. But the ladies & Harry are glad to help out and answer all questions that you may have. For me, prices are better than most big box stores around the area. The staff was very helpful and friendly; I've not found this at the Home Depot or Lowe's kind of places at all.. also the plants seem amazing healthy and well cared for. The varieties of flowers and vegetable plants are definitely more extensive and set up so thoughtfully. I also appreciated the steel drum music they had playing it made me feel like I was on vacation!

We drove the clay back to the nursery to ask if we could exchange it for a better scoop. The guy was quite nasty and growled that that's what fill is and if we wanted to exchange it we would have to wait there a 1/2 hour for him to make a delivery. Finally he decided he would give us a new scoop and then make his delivery. I think he gave us back most of what we had just returned and he was very rude. I will travel further and pay more, but I won't go back there.

I went back two weeks ago to get more plants and could not find someone in the field to help purchase plants. Went inside to ask if they could send someone to help and was basically told they are too busy with professional landscapers. Basically it seems if you are a homeowner you don't rank too high on their list. Too bad though because the product is pretty good.
