It was a bouquet of fresh white lilies and 5 pink roses for $20!!! lily normally cost $6 a stem! I must have gotten 10 stems in this bouquet! It's huge. I had them add decorative sparkly mesh for just $3 more. They sell roses for $1 each!! Hello?!??! How can you beat that?? You can't! At these bargain basement prices, I'll be buying myself bouquets simply because it's Tuesday! The supermarket across the street would sell the exact bouquet that I bought for well over $75. My absolute #1 go to flower shop in Sheepshead Bay! In all the years I've lived in Brooklyn, I've been to a variety of flower shops, but in terms of quality, Unique Flowers really is a cut above the rest. I love the wide selection of flowers and colors at the shop and the ease of access to select what you want. The flowers are always in beautiful, tip top condition and the roses are well preserved inside a giant glass refrigerator. Flowers adorn the entire inside of the shop and if anyone is looking for stuffed animals, they align the left side of the wall in all shapes and sizes. It's a great one stop shop! The staff never interferes and lets customers just do their thing in selecting what they want. However, if there is a major issue with the colors and flowers you selected, they will surely intervene with their advice. The prices are also very reasonable on non-holidays when roses are only $1 and most other types of flowers, tulips, orchards, daisies, etc are not too much more. On holidays though, the prices do jump a bit to $3 a rose and the standard holiday bouquets become a little more expensive at $30 a pop. So beware when you buy on those special public days that you'll be paying extra (as you should know already). I mostly shop here on holidays and it can be quite chaotic on those days because the shop is located on a very public street. Whenever I arrive on holidays, there has to be about 40 people walking around the outside and inside of the store purchasing flowers. On these days, the shop will place bouquets outside in a tent for $30. These bouquets are nothing to scoff at because they ARE beautiful and well put together and they usually sell like hotcakes! But the good news is that they are always replenished with new ones. For $30, it might actually seem reasonable because of the variety of flowers bundled together. I don't see myself going to another shop anytime soon for as long as I live in the area, but if you are nearby and are in desperate need of some flowers for a loved one, Unique Flowers is in my opinion the best option! read more

Yeah this kind of very "Unique Flowers". I've been using this company for couple of years. But won't anymore. I don't recommend to order from them. You will get disappointed, wasting money... When I was doing the order, they said "-we don't have this kind of flowers!", BUT she recommended me some good flower for 3$ each. And I agreed. (I knew flowers will be good because I used them before. ) She took my phone number and she said she will call me back that day. I've never gotten a phone call back from them. Call #2 I call back and they pick up the phone with a good connection, I explain what I want and the guy tells me to call back in 5 minutes because he has people in the store. I usually don't write any reviews but If you don't want to be embarrassed like my family was,I recommend that you find another flower store. We came to the store to order a flower arrangement for a funeral. They showed us their catalog and we picked and paid for the arrangement. We went to the funeral today and when we saw the flowers they provided, we were really embarrassed and disappointed that those flowers came from our family. All the flowers were dead, rotting and broken. It looked like they were taken from the garbage or ripped up from someone's garden. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves and the service they provided for someone's final celebration of life. Whoever made our arrangement needs to be evaluated or removed from the business. We ordered flowers from here once before and that's why we came back. Rude service! I live in the neighborhood and came here to pick up some flowers for my arrangement. I asked for help from two workers both Hispanic. One of them was a young girl who did not speak or understand English. She also made some racist remarks. Another was an middle aged woman who told me to find the flowers myself. I was appalled. I have been going to this flower shop for all occasions. They have a big selection, better prices than most flower shops, and very beautiful ready made bouquets for $20-45. However, I do not like that they dye some of their flowers and roses, and add glitter to their roses. In the spring and summer there is a beautiful variety of flowers. The Russian speaking staff is exceptional. I have never had any real issues except with the Spanish speaking staff. Some of them don't speak English at all. I came in today and asked a Spanish speaking employee if I could buy a packet of flower food and she flat out said NO. She spoke to another employee in Spanish, and he said no as well. I was under the impression that this was a business, and can't believe someone could be so rude to a customer. I will reconsider buying anything from this place anymore. read more

As I was trying to return this $45 bouquet, which I was unsatisfied with on the next day of purchase, I faced a terrible customer service. After I said that I would like to change it or refund it and I had receipt, employee at the register told me that there is no refund and they wont contact manager, employee turned away and started helping other customers and ignore me. Other employees at the register told me that they can't help me with the issue. It was the worst customer service experience. Bouquet didn't have good color match which made flowers look terrible in it. I have always been their customer for many years they have always had the best roses in Brooklyn, call it a sheepshead bay secret. I recently moved down to Florida and it was my grandmothers birthday so I called them and ordered a bouquet. The lady not sure her name maybe Izzy? was so respectful and helpful in helping me pick out the best bouquet for my grandmother over the phone. Since I live in Florida EVERYTHING was done over the phone! The delivery was supposed to be made between 9-10 am and when I didn't get the call from my grandmother confirming I got nervous, I called there she was very worried and helpful calling the driver she even called me back reassuring me the driver delivered it even describing my grandparents! They could not have made the delivery/process any easier. The best part? My grandmother was almost in tears over how beautiful the bouquet was and the lady kept her word about everything we agreed upon!
