With the variety that they offer for their already made bouquets, as well as the option of making my own by picking flower after flower, the perfect gift is easily obtainable! The mostly Latino staff is very professional and keep the line moving. They put great effort and detail into making the deco meshing on the bouquet base as lovely as possible. Depending on which mesh you want, the price will vary. I always get the meshing because it truly makes the bouquet so much more special looking! Our Russian coworker was having a birthday, so I decided to pick up the $25 bouquet here that was already made. Lovely colors of purple and blue with some pink really made this visually beautiful! I picked up a mini birthday balloon on a stick for an extra $1 or $2, and the mesh was $6 extra. The pictures don't lie. How is this so affordable?!?! I found this flower shop on Yelp one evening when I was in need of some Sunflowers. I called ahead to make sure they had some before stopping by. I was informed that there were pre-made bouquets and individual stalks. They have a beautiful selection of fairly priced flowers in there. There was only one medium bouquet of sunflowers left. It was paired with red roses and that bothered me a lot considering I'm not a fan of red roses. I ended up browsing the individual greens and flowers. I doubted myself in choosing a nice selection and putting it together. I ended up choosing the perfect bouquet for the perfect occasion. Sunflowers are my best friend's favorite flowers and I think purple goes beautifully with yellow sunflowers. They had two types of sunflowers but I went with the classic brown centered one. After selecting everything, the ladies on the counter laid out each one and gave me a price. They have a few variety of greens to add to the bouquet to make it look nice too. I decided to add these cute butterflies they had and these mini message balloons. They also had many occasion cards and message cards to add to your bouquet. The lady carefully cut off the stems wrapped my bouquet nicely with nice purple mesh. How unique! They did take a lot longer than I expected but they handled everything with care. Give yourself extra time if you're in a rush. I spent about $45. I love this place, bet I'll be back for other future occasions. read more

Bad customer service, don't even deserve a corner of a star. Their business brain is just not flexible. I wanted to buy a bouquet for a retiring coworker. I spent $30+ for flowers and the wrapping. I asked them if they could include the two sunflowers I bought from outside. They said no. Then I asked them to sell me papers and ribbon with whatever price they are, so even if they had to separate my flowers, I could still wrap them at home. They also said no. I told them I could pay more, if they wrap my sunflowers in, they still said no. So i guess they are just not smart. Whatever I experienced over there just can't stop me from thinking they probably don't like asians. I will never go there again! Google review also exposes more other problems. Should consider how you should spend your money and time wisely. read more

I simply love this florist. They always have so many fresh premade bouquets or you could pick you own flowers. They are also the most reasonably priced florist that I've ever been to. Roses are $1 each and lilies are $3 a stem. Peonies are also $3 a stem when they are in season. I cannot wait to pick up another bouquet from here. Shocked at some of the other negative reviews on here. One of the reviews was bad because the guy maybe lost his headphones on the counter. Perhaps another customer took it or perhaps he did lose it in the 10-second walk to his car. Unfair to base a review on a business for his lost headphones. read more

This is an excellent place to buy flowers, but what happened next was unbelievable. I accidentally drop my wallet on the floor after paying for the flowers. After realizing 1 hour later, I called and was so thrilled that they found it and returned it with all the credit cards and cash in tact. When I went to pick it up, The lady at the counter even told me she ran out of the store to look for me when she found my wallet. I'm so happy to have found such an nice and honest person. Prices have increased over the years they have been in business but overall best flower shop on 86st for quick, easy, affordable. I ordered a custom selected bouquet during the corona quarantine and it was a great size it was around $85 plus free delivery. Only thing that was strange were the yellow roses never bloomed or opened up and I asked for flower food and was annoyed that I didn't get any since with tax and tip this was almost $100. Also the little card that's given with the flowers, the handwriting and spelling was bad along with sloppy. I would give this flower shop ZERO STARS if I could. I ordered flowers for a funeral and told them that they needed to be delivered by 9:15 the latest as the mass was at 9:30. The flowers NEVER SHOWED UP and when I called they told me that the delivery guy had other deliveries. This place has a good variety of pre-made bouquets that are inexpensive. Many look nice and fresh. And for that reason, I like this place. There isn't a good choice to create your own bouquet and the individual flower selection is limited. Not to mention, when you walk in the store, there are no floral aromas- as you would expect in a flower shop. That's because the flowers don't have a scent. The atmosphere in there is not very personable and everything and everyone feels rushed. My boyfriend has been here a few times and said the staff were just rude. This was my go to place for fresh flowers for all occasions, the Hispanic staff was always nice and accommodating. They even offers to deliver my order of 200 roses directly to my house. Today I walked in to buy flowers as my husband stayed in a double parked car, as I got my phone out to show him the choice of flowers and get his opinion I was YELLED at by two young Russian/Ukrainian girls with heavy accents "no picture!", "no picture!" Been getting flowers from this place since forever, and whenever I buy a bouquet I always ask if they can give me 10 or 5 dollars off, yes is yes no is no, usually girls here never say no or at least meet me halfway through. This morning however a guy was extremely rude to me when I asked for a 10$ off a 75$ bouquet, he said no and I was fine with it, I went on and found another bouquet for 35$ I asked if he can give it to me for 30$ (its a usual practice in any flower shop to ask if they can give you some $ off) however this guy just started yelling at me because I asked for a discount again, almost cursing me out, like dude chill, I just asked, normal "no" would've been acceptable too. I can assure you for the past maybe 5 years it was my place for flowers, not anymore. Learn how to talk to people, no need to yell at your customers. This was my usual florist, but not anymore. I went there roughly 2 weeks ago to buy flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. paid roughly $24 for a dozen roses, and tipped $10 ($5 for the young Russian girl that picked my flowers, $5 for the Mexican lady that arranged them). First, their debit machine wouldn't accept my card, so I paid in cash. While I was taking money out of my wallet to give a tip, I left my headphones on the counter. I walked out with the flowers but forgot my headphones. I realized it 40 minutes later at the restaurant. I called the place back and got 2 people that barely spoke english. I called back another 10 minutes later and asked for the young lady that helped me and was told there was nothing left there. Those headphones were a gift from my girlfriend and hold a lot of sentimental value. Now, unless I dropped them in the ~10 second walk to the car someone at the place took the headphones and will not return them. It is physically impossible for me to drop those headphones the way I was holding them that day. Will I be going back? Sure, if I'm in dire need of a florist and do not have time to go elsewhere. I'll never be tipping again, though, as long as they're employing a bunch of thieves. As far as the service goes, this particular time there were 2 people bringing flowers in and out of the back, 2 people at the counter, and one guy that looked like he was a manager. When I entered, one customer (the only other customer in the store) was being helped, and they had me waiting 20 minutes before they bothered to ask what I wanted. I have no problem waiting and no problem paying extra for flowers on a special occasion, but this wait plus them taking my headphones is a no-brainer that I'm done with this place. Came in today to get my wife some roses, the girls at the front were so rude! They gave me the nastiest attitude and rushed me off to just pick anything! The short Spanish lady was so rude to the other workers that made me feel like I was asking to much for their service! They are so unprofessional and the Russian girl ended up charging me more than they were supposed too but I didn't even bother to argue because they were so rude I didn't want to have my day ruined!!!
