Extremely Unreliable florist. I ordered a Chinese flower wreath for a funeral and they never showed up at the funeral. It was an embarrassment when we didn't see our flowers during our attendance. We called and they said they forgot and will make it now and deliver it right away. The funeral was almost over and it would not be appropriate to make a late delivery. The lady on the phone did not seem to care much. Just said she will refund me. How can they make such a vital mistake???? This was for a funeral, not regular flowers for my spouse. I never got to actually see the flowers I purchased for my friends wake but a friend said she did see mine when she arrived at the place. I gave them a call and I was able to tell the guy how much I wanted to spend, gave him my credit card info and the name of the deceased person. I also told him where and when the wake was. I yelped the places around me and I came across Honey Flower's phone number. I called them and a nice lady picked up the phone but told me she's getting ready to close up. I was desperate so I asked her to quickly put some flowers together for me and I'll be there in 5 minutes to pick it up. When I got there, she gave me the bouquet and quickly closed up. Business is all about having good credits. I ordered with a lady via phone on Monday for a plant I wanted as a gift for my friend who is having a grand opening. As I arrived at the store on Sunday, I was the man for my order. He was clueless. So I explained everything and then he asked the lady. The lady recalled the order. But the man had SOLD my the plant I wanted to another customer as of yesterday! I was really disappointed. If it wasn't already Sunday, if I had more time, I would not have giving them my business. I paid a lot of money for flowers and was embarrassed that they were delivered shortly before the services ended. I called and was told the driver left early in the morning, maybe there was traffic. I've been coming here for the past 5 years. I used to get my Aunt flowers from this shop for her bday and every special occasion. I would stop in tell her how much I wanted to spend (usually between $25-$50 range) and she would always come out with a freshly made beautiful arrangement. She adds glitter and sparkles to her arrangements for that extra special shiny touch. When my Aunt passed I asked the owner if they could do her funeral flower arrangements. She agreed, the pricing was terrific and the arrangements were setup on time and beautiful. This is the only flower shop I go to. Currently waiting outside of the shop until they open to get a freshly made arrangement to bring to the cemetery for my Aunts birthday today. I ordered my wedding flowers from here, and was deeply disappointed. Not only were all delivered flowers half dead, the colors were all wrong. I order blue and white bouquets.
