Upon arrival, I was told that I could only enter if I carried my service dog. I attempted to calmly explain the ADA regulations, which do not require service animals to be carried and specifically state that they must be allowed to accompany their handler on foot. Despite this, the staff member insisted that I still needed to carry the dog and claimed that because there were "no identifying markers," the dog wasn't a service animal. This comment showed a clear lack of understanding of ADA law, as service animals are not required to wear any special vests, tags, or identification. When I tried again to explain the law and clarify the situation, the staff member became verbally aggressive--raising his voice and making the situation feel hostile and threatening. The entire interaction was completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. This experience left me feeling disrespected, discriminated against, and unsafe. I genuinely hope the management chooses to educate their staff on ADA requirements and how to interact appropriately with customers who rely on service animals. Needless to say I left without spending my money. Amazon wins again, possible lawsuit to follow.

He proposed tasteful changes such as replacing our blight-stricken boxwoods with blight-resistant Japanese holly, adding a couple of attractive trees to the front yard, and adding red mulch to our soil. He answered all of our questions and concerns adeptly. We could tell he knew his stuff! Max oversaw the work and did and excellent job. Later, he and his crew also handled our planters, work that was equally well-executed. The employees at the nursery were friendly and helpful. We would recommend Wiesner Brothers to anyone.

In December, we went back to buy a Christmas tree from them. In all the years we've purchased Xmas trees, this is the first time a tree remained as fresh as the day we bought it two weeks ago. While some trees stop absorbing water after a week, this one is still beautiful and thirsty! If you want quality plants or trees-Weisner Bros. is the only nursery we recommend

The guy who runs it is very helpful; the woman who's often behind the counter really can't be bothered, but I actually find her crotchetiness to be amusing. Most of their outdoor plants & trees come from Monrovia nurseries, where most plants in the United States seem to come from; I've found them to be healthy and well-cared for. They've also got a small selection of indoor plants, garden supplies, pots & planters, trellises, etc. They'll deliver as much stuff as you want to buy for $50., and they've been nice enough to even deliver a large planter I bought elsewhere (at Home Goods, across the way) along with my purchases, at no extra charge. If you pay a reasonable fee to have them plant your trees or etc for you, they have a 1-year guarantee that they'll grow and be healthy, and they make good on that. If you want to do the planting yourself, they're happy to give you instructions and tips. My favorite garden center!

No one greeted me or asked if I needed help which is fine, but then I felt like I was being profiled, watched intensely, and closely being followed around for browsing around the store for a while, putting things in my basket, and testing the scents of products that I was curious about. I also think that an employee came to check my basket under the pretense of "grabbing" something from the cabinets that it was sitting on top of, which consisted of them opening each one consecutively for like a second and then closing them and walking away. I ended up buying things but it was such an uncomfortable and odd experience especially because nothing felt subtle at all. Aside from how obvious everything felt, I noticed all of this because I am a regular customer and I've NEVER experienced this at this particular store, plus the employees have only ever been pleasant and friendly every other time I shop here. Please do better
