I'm giving this place 2 stars mainly because the service is fast and the price is cheap. Unfortunately, my eyebrows didn't turn out evenly this time -- one is thin while the other is noticeably thicker, and there are still some stray hairs even after asking her to clean them up. This was my second visit, and both times my brows ended up thinner than I prefer. On my first visit, at least the shapes were the same. Not sure I'll be coming back... & yes the woman with glasses who over draws in her brows did mine See before and after pics lol

Unfortunately a bad experience. This was my first time here and I have been letting my eyebrows grow for about 2 months as I wanted them thicker. They were at a perfect thickness I just needed them cleaned up and shaped, which I let her know. When I got the mirror I was horrified. My eyebrows were super thin and uneven, one brow had no arch and was very straight with the tail missing while the other had a pointy arch and a "fat" tail. Not only that, but she increased the space between my brows so they now begin near the start of my iris instead of the sides of my nose. My eyebrows look comical and I can't even temporarily fix them with makeup for the next 2 months. The reviews seemed great but I truly regret going here. read more

I've only been here for bikini waxing so I can't comment on the eyebrow threading however, their waxing technique is super clean and fast. Their customer service is great-they're always so sweet. I don't know why yelp's bots are tagging the good reviews for this place as "not recommended" because that's not fair to this wonderful small business. read more

Dina always does me the best! She is such a sweet and talented lady! I took my sister to do her eyebrows with her and we both felt no pain. Dina is very gentle and shapes the eyebrows to perfection. It was my first time not ever tearing up when I got my eyebrows done. My sister was so happy with her eyebrows-- she said she never looked this good. I visited this location Sunday, 12/11/2. Sukhu did an AMAZING job on my eyebrows and eyelash extensions. I had initially scheduled my eyelash extension appointment here because the place I usually go to did not have any open appointments. But Sukhu just earned himself a new return customer. Dina is amazing! I've been coming here since they first opened. My eyebrows are micropigmented so I only get them cleaned up with threading. Dina does them perfectly. She's so gentle so it doesn't hurt and she trims them after perfectly too. She's normally always there but they've hired a new girl recently who has been there the last few times I've gone and she's not as good. She rushes and it's really painful when she does them. I hope Dina is there when I go back! read more

The one-star review is for the sole reason that I'm not returning to my previous waxing provider, which comes down to management response, or lack thereof, on two separate occasions. The first issue occurred over nine months ago when the Upland location closed. I was unable to get a refund for the remaining balance on my account. When I called this location to ask if I could at least use the funds toward product purchases, the manager never followed up. The second issue happened just this past week. I brought to their attention that the stepping stool (used to get onto the waxing table) has always been filthy. I was told this was not a priority, as there were "more important areas" to focus on. For those unfamiliar, clients sometimes remove their shoes before stepping onto the table for a bikini wax, which makes the cleanliness of that stool especially important. After that response, I made the decision not to renew my membership. Respectfully reviewed.

In the past, I traveled from Moreno Valley to Fontana to have my cluster 3-prong eyelashes installed. I searched the internet to find someone closer to Moreno Valley. I reached out to Hollywood Threading & Spa to ask if they installed cluster 3-prong eyelashes and to get their installation price. The quoted price was reasonable and my first appointment was almost one year ago. At the first appointment, I was impressed by the warm welcome, friendliness, and professionalism of everyone--staff and patrons. I must mention Hollywood Threading & Spa decor is awesome not to mention the cleanliness and enjoyable music/videos. Sukhu is the person who installs my eyelashes. He is a very neat perfectionist and seems to love his work. When I wash my face, I do not want to lose corner eyelashes. Sukhu will actually measure equal space near the outside corner of each eye to ensure eyelashes will not get wet. Note, I am not easy to please. After my eyelashes are installed, I love the way they look and they last about 2.5 weeks. I have received so many compliments. A benefit of having Sukhu install your eyelashes is rather than paying for a new set of eyelashes in 2 weeks, you are eligible to get eyelash refills at half price. After getting refills, your next appointment should be for a new install. Hollywood Threading & Spa is a technical-based shop. When you make an appointment, you submit an online deposit to save your appointment, will receive a text appointment confirmation and a reminder of your appointment date. Upon arrival for your appointment, you check in using the tablet to input your personal information. As a bonus, after so many paid services, you will receive $10 off coupon. If you are not satisfied with the work, advise Sukhu. He welcomes your feedback and will try to graciously resolve whatever the problem is. I would recommend Hollywood Threading Spa to anyone. read more

I recently had my eyebrows threaded here and I couldn't be happier with the results! Whenever, I come here I always ask for Sukhu he takes his time and does my brows sharp and precise; He's truly a life saver and gets me the most compliments from everyone including random strangers who stop and ask me where I get my brows done. Suhku is the absolute best at what he does. I have been going to him for over a year and look forward to having him work his magic on my eyebrows. Not only does he not rush while doing your service he actually takes the time to make sure your eyebrows match and are what YOU want. I'm so happy this place opened up because it's so close to my house. I used to go to Bollywood on Magnolia and although that place is great, the drive is what kept me from going there as frequently as I would like. I decided to try this new place so I got my nose pierced here and the lady who did it did an amazing jobs. this is my go-to place for when i want to get my eyebrows threaded. it's always very clean and relaxing. i haven't gotten my eyebrows done in months, so they were looking crazy. i showed Hina a photo of how i normally do my makeup and told her how i wanted it. she absolutely NAILED IT. perfectly shaped brows and she was so fast with it. she even stopped after one brow to make sure it was looking how i wanted. I'm really picky about who does my eyebrows and after searching I believe I found the only person I can trust with my eyebrows ... sukhu!! He's so patient and understandable. Any concern I have he addresses it, if he knows i won't be able to achieve the shape I want he'll explain certain hairs will have to grow back out! I cannot get past how much glue was used for these cluster lashes. I can't even blink my eyes…read morewithout feeling the glue pulling on my skin. It hurts to close my eyes, it even hurts to squint! I used a Groupon, first she couldn't get over how little she thought I paid. I told her don't worry about how much I paid (I explained I had a Groupon coupon which lowered my price). She kept saying I paid so little even after showing her the voucher with the option I chose. There will be no way for these lashes to fall out naturally because essentially she created one big strip of a lash by adding so much glue across the top. I can't even comb/brush through them. I've had cluster lashes many times and never have they been glued on in this manner. I like that they are even but that's about it. The lashes also stick straight out. They don't curve like the shape of a natural lash. There's nothing classic or natural about this set. I texted the same number that scheduled my appointment about my experience and there was no response. But when I texted to schedule an appointment they were prompt.
