I've been coming here for a few months now and my experience/the vibe has been good up to this point... Now it's AMAZING!! Remy is the newest waxer in shop, and she was sent from the waxing gods themselves! She uses hard wax and it is SO much better than soft. I absolutely love the outcome of how they look, I go to Sukhu he is extremely talented, he does exactly what you ask him for, and he takes his time to prefect each brow. I started getting my Eyelashes done back in July 2024. I was going every 2 to 3 weeks. When I first started the service was good and so we're the quality of the lashes (soft and 3D). As time went by I feel the quality of the Eyelashes went down. (rough and hard) I thought I was getting 3D lashes but that wasn't the case. In February 2025 after getting my lashes done, I got a bump on my eye. I decided to go to an actual eyelash salon and she informed me the quality of my lashes were very cheap. She said they were hard and they were 6D lashes. Which wasn't what I asked for. She stated that the lashes were so hard and cheap that maybe this is why I grew that bump in my eye. I ended up going to the eye Dr and they informed me that the tools that were being used probably weren't sterilized and the quality of the eylashes could have been the reason I grew the bump. I was paying $60 for a fill for a cheap quality product and unsterilized tools. I will never return. This is not how you should treat a customer that was loyal and was going to your salon for 6 months. read more

The left eyebrow tail end is completely off and the right side is full... wtf my eyebrows are decently thick and now they're thin and way off I know they aren't twins but can be sisters l. If I could give this place 0 starts, I would. I paid $90.00 to have lash extensions on Friday afternoon at 2:00, it took about 1.5 hours. I did not shower or wear any makeup on my eyes for the next 36 hours and my lashes all started falling out. They all fell out except for one cluster by Monday on one eye and the other eye was a few clusters left. I have gotten lash extensions done 30+ times and this has NEVER happened. My previous lash lady said I take very good care of my lashes and they would last for 3+ weeks. I called today, Monday, to ask to redo my lashes for no charge with glue that actually works and they said they couldn't because they have a 24 hour\ policy. This is complete BS. Complete waste of money. I'm so mad. I called 3 times and after 3 phone calls, the best they would do is charge me $45 to fix them. Do not go there! read more

Unfortunately a bad experience. This was my first time here and I have been letting my eyebrows grow for about 2 months as I wanted them thicker. They were at a perfect thickness I just needed them cleaned up and shaped, which I let her know. When I got the mirror I was horrified. My eyebrows were super thin and uneven, one brow had no arch and was very straight with the tail missing while the other had a pointy arch and a "fat" tail. Not only that, but she increased the space between my brows so they now begin near the start of my iris instead of the sides of my nose. My eyebrows look comical and I can't even temporarily fix them with makeup for the next 2 months. The reviews seemed great but I truly regret going here. read more
