Because she was so well behaved and patient, they did not charge me for her manicure. They also gave her snacks. It's little things like that that make a huge impression. My second visit, which was two months after my first, Von remembered me and referenced a conversation we had two months earlier, which was incredible. I am a hair stylist so I notice and appreciate those little things. Once, after receiving a bad gel manicure at another salon, my nail tech at Vonderful (I wish I could remember her name because she deserves so much credit) told me that she didn't feel comfortable with giving me another gel manicure because my nails needed time to heal. She suggested a regular manicure. She didn't try to upsell me. Caring about the clients and the integrity of the nails is such a rare quality. I am sadly disappointment with every nail service I have had when I go elsewhere. They set the bar high!

I literally pass it on a regular basis and have never been inside. Not only is this place clean, with friendly employees, but they do a phenomenal job! Side note: i would definitely make an appointment before coming in* They offer gel, acrylic, dip, and cat eye design (the magnetic color bit). I like how family oriented this place is, and the staff seem to remember clients which is really great customer service! There is ample parking here and the prices are very reasonable. A gel manicure is only $25 here which I think is really inexpensive! I really liked the pedicure I got from here as well. They were extremely thorough, and I'm a sucker for salons that give hot towels after a foot massage. They have a variety of colors to choose from and the employees are very talented. She was hitting everything, me and the plexi glass! This isn't the first negative experience I have had here. I usually always tip well, as I assume it is situational and the owner is a nice man but that's all. However, this situation was so bad I did not tip. Fun fact, they also have 5 inch bolt nails in the parking lot that completely puncture tires. I wouldn't come here.

I used to go every month for regular manicure and pedicure. I was there last week. The person who…read moredid the pedicure, I don't know the name was in rush to get the other customer. She spent about 10 minutes for all process plus o had to tell her look at the nail polish was out the nail she cleaned some then when i was ready to leave the other worker helped me to remove the extra nail polish. I wrote a note for the owner, never contact me to say something about it. There are more nails salon around the area. It is not the money it is honest job not running to get the other customer.
