I had a little bit of gel polish on my toes (I'm talking 5/10 toes and not fully painted bc my last pedicure was in August!!) the technician comes over and keeps harassing me to do gel again. I said no thank you I was taking a break bc I go more frequently in the winter & do gel in the summer so it lasts for the beach/pool. Told me if I do gel she won't charge me to take off the left over polish on my toes unless I do gel. I said no thank you. Got harassed prob 5 more times. At this point I was annoyed I had to pay but I didn't have a choice i was already there couldn't take it off myself. She does my pedicure and she was extremely odd behavior making me feel uncomfortable. Talking under her breath (not English) and hysterically laughing throughout my time. My mom and I thought it was bizarre. They start painting my toes first even though i needed removal of the few toes with gel & starting ten mins after my mom. My mom likes my color. She asks to use the same color. The lady gets her a new color (diff shade and brand) and tells us my color is old & this one is better. I even made a comment "old? I get the old polish??" She asks for my color. Again told it's old and this color is better. She didn't like the new color bc it was not the same as mine and just went back to the original one she picked after going back and forth with them a few times!!! Again weird. Before I go to dry, I hand her a $10 tip. It was five dollar bills and one five dollar bill. I rolled it up & handed it to her. She takes the money and shows it to the women next to her doing my mom nails and laughs. Puts it in her pocket. It was so strange, I even asked if there was something wrong. She laughs and shakes her head. So I'm beside myself at this point I want to get the hell out of here. I dry my toes for 15/20 mins and leave in my own flip flops. I had to run an errand (pick up order) and drive back home prob 20 more mins of drying in my flip flops. When I walk in the house and look at my toes they look moldy and chunky. They were painted horrible (poliah on skin not cleaned up) and the polish had to be expired or old. I called and complained and they told me to come back to repaint them. I wanted a refund after the horrible service and the way my toes look after $50 spent. They refused. I appreciate the offer to "fix" them but I will never, everrrr step in there again. So I am going elsewhere to pay more money to fix my moldy looking feet! I don't like to leave bad reviews to just leave them but I'm forewarning others before stepping in this establishment. Go elsewhere!!!!! And I hate my feet for me to post pictures of them rly speaks volume

My review is for acrylics, gel manicure, express pedicure, and spa pedicure. I started going to Jenny's because of the proximity to my house, but continue to go for certain services I feel are well-done and moderately priced. *Acrylics* The acrylics here are good, the owner is a sweetheart and she will do them any way you like. If you don't specify, they come out on the thinner side (in terms of the amount of acrylic on your nail bed), but last at least a full two weeks. "Pink and White" is white tips and pick acrylic, but you can get white acrylic and pink acrylic for about $50. Overall, the acrylics here are pretty standard, no issues. *Gel Manicure* This is why I keep coming back to Jenny's. I have had gel manicures at several local salons, and Jenny's are both well-priced and long-lasting! The ladies use axium by OPI, but apply it expertly so you don't end up with a big thick layer on your nail. I am obsessed with the sparkle gel, which requires three coats, and I still have a great result that is certainly not too thick. My only qualm with their gel service is that they remove the gel with a combination of soaking and filing, which can't be the best route for your nails. I'm sure if I asked her to forgo the filing she would do so, but I tend to go with the flow. My last gel manicure from Jenny's lasted three weeks and I only got it redone because it was growing out! *Express Pedicure* This was a seasonal special ("Express Mani & Pedi for $20 - amazing deal!), but all insight applies to the standard pedicure as well. As with some of the other services, the pedicure at Jenny's is basic but definitely enough. I didn't feel that I spent too much, and I did feel pampered with both the express and standard pedicure. Polish lasted about two weeks before chipping. *Spa Pedicure* My only issue with the spa pedicure is the atmosphere of the salon. The lights are really bright and the salon is wide open so, while the experience of the pedicure is really relaxing, you don't get the full "spa" vibe that I look for in a spa pedicure. Atmosphere aside, the spa pedicure is great. Everything you expect, nothing you don't, well-priced. Overall, I recommend Jenny's - the two ladies that work there are both extremely friendly. The owner always will try to upsell you a bit (of course), but she is not pushy, which is nice. The pricing is competitive and when she runs specials they are amazing. I would come here for every service except my spa pedicure, and only because of the lighting situation. You can pay by credit card and put tips on the credit card.

Love the pedicures, my feet feel new. I'll get a dip every 2-3 weeks, and pedicure every 4-6 weeks, and both hold up very well. NEVER had --- or observed --- a bad experience in 15 years, so I don't understand the complaints. Sometimes, they might be slightly over-booked, and running behind, but after a couple of those, they always call to let me know ahead of time. It's important to be clear about what we want, eg, length/shape, color of our nails. I haven't been to another salon since I started coming here, because I've been happy with my nails. The quality of the work has always been excellent, and I prefer to be in an environment where I know the people. The salon is clean, and the decor is serene. All who work their are Vietnamese, and perhaps it takes a while to understand their accents, but a little patience and compassion goes long way. Some of the complaints sound like those from a competitor trying to damage this business.
