Because she was so well behaved and patient, they did not charge me for her manicure. They also gave her snacks. It's little things like that that make a huge impression. My second visit, which was two months after my first, Von remembered me and referenced a conversation we had two months earlier, which was incredible. I am a hair stylist so I notice and appreciate those little things. Once, after receiving a bad gel manicure at another salon, my nail tech at Vonderful (I wish I could remember her name because she deserves so much credit) told me that she didn't feel comfortable with giving me another gel manicure because my nails needed time to heal. She suggested a regular manicure. She didn't try to upsell me. Caring about the clients and the integrity of the nails is such a rare quality. I am sadly disappointment with every nail service I have had when I go elsewhere. They set the bar high!

I literally pass it on a regular basis and have never been inside. Not only is this place clean, with friendly employees, but they do a phenomenal job! Side note: i would definitely make an appointment before coming in* They offer gel, acrylic, dip, and cat eye design (the magnetic color bit). I like how family oriented this place is, and the staff seem to remember clients which is really great customer service! There is ample parking here and the prices are very reasonable. A gel manicure is only $25 here which I think is really inexpensive! I really liked the pedicure I got from here as well. They were extremely thorough, and I'm a sucker for salons that give hot towels after a foot massage. They have a variety of colors to choose from and the employees are very talented. Definitely check this place out, you will not be disappointed.

She was hitting everything, me and the plexi glass! This isn't the first negative experience I have had here. I usually always tip well, as I assume it is situational and the owner is a nice man but that's all. However, this situation was so bad I did not tip. Fun fact, they also have 5 inch bolt nails in the parking lot that completely puncture tires. I wouldn't come here.

So far my pedicure is great and I don't have any concerns at all. All staff is kind I have interacted with so far. I think if you have a bad experience and your nails don't come out absolutely perfect it is upsetting because nails aren't cheap anymore so I think complaints are valid. But I encourage you to have your own experience here and take a chance because you could get a bubble on your nail or an accidental knick on your nail from any nail spa. I don't see any outright red flags at all.

Never had to return for a fix on a nail in my memory....got my nails done 4 days ago and had the nail fairly pop off ...they charged for the fix..grr..OK..fine.... This is also my second time getting lashes and the last set was almost a war zone to get off, but I was happy they were so sturdy. This second go they had a younger tech install them and they definitely did not look as good as the first time I had them done...Fine, different styles, I'll live....I wasn't so fine with it when they started falling out. I was also charged today for that "fix" ....even though its only been a few days! Its frustrating that they didnt take recognition that I had JUST been there for the installation and perhaps the fallout was because it was a poor one. Customer loyalty is number one to me in my own business and for business that I am a patron of and I'm more than a little pissed off and definitely disappointed. Not planning to return anytime soon. I thought I had my final salon that I'd be going to for years to come....Guess not :/. Otherwise, the guy who does designs is excellent.
