I went over the weekend for a pedicure and the girl that did it did not have a name tag on or else I would call her out. She was very rough and the white abrasive sponge they use to buff your nails was used so aggressively that she used it on my skin too!! At one point there was a little blood and my toes were stinging. I changed the amount of the tip i usually give to a lower amount which she is lucky she got anything. She should not be working on people The place is nice and clean and they have a lot of people working there so getting an appt or being a walk in is not problem. My hair was literally SMOKING because of whatever chemicals they decided to use. My scalp feels like it has multiple cigarette burns... And the worst part is that after I spent seven hours there my hair, which was supposed to be blonde, is nothing more than a rats nest of gray! GRAY! It took three people 15 minutes to comb through my hair that was saturated in conditioner. It normally takes me less than two minutes. My hair is now brittle and broken. The hairdresser had the audacity to tell me that my hair was Orange, which is why it turned gray. It was definitely not orange and I hadn't touched my hair since the last time I went to this same salon back in March. I used their products. Last I checked, if the price is incorrect they should let costumers know, it was of no fault of my own. There are several issues: 1)The confirmation system they use for appointments, 2) the eyelash extension service 3) old makeup being sold and 4) accountability 1) I scheduled my hair appointment for my wedding day well in advance and received notification of the date and time. I confirmed this appointment using their system and received confirmation. Day of, I called to see if there was any possibility of having my bridesmaids hair done (wasn't expecting, just seeing if possible). I was instead berated instantly for "missing my appointment" by Lisa (owner and also my then stylist). I was so astounded to hear this especially after confirming my appointment and time (for 9:30am). I called at 8:32am and my appointment was supposedly 8:30am. My suggestion for Lisa would be to either update her system or go with something completely different. 2) Sierra, who does eyelash extensions is very sweet and kind, however, has a little more to go in the education of eyelash extensions. It took several times replacing eyelashes and having her come in on her day off to fix them. While she was incredibly sweet and made me feel at ease for complaining ( I felt awful, because I am not that person to complain) my advice would be for her to continue practicing and not at the cost of her clients. 3) Old makeup, nothing more to say. All of Lisa's products have dust (which should have warned me in all honesty). From the foundation that separates, lip scrub that is so dry (I bought lipstick version, not pot), and eye shadow that doesn't even swipe on your hand, just crumbles. There has been absolutely no accountability on Lisa's part as an owner, stylist, or even as a person. Her care shines through her products, communications, and services. Please do yourself a favor, save your time and your money!!
