Had my second manicure today with Donna and couldn't more pleased. Place is clean, relaxed environment and she pays careful attention to detail. Their prices are competitive and affordable. I will be back! read more

First of all this place came highly recommended why I guess the pickings are slim. I had an appointment and still waited 20 minutes not that big of a deal, however no one said sorry and a woman came in with an appointment and they didn't have it in the books, and she was so nice and said she would come back another day. With that being said the place is really dirty and so not well maintained. My technician never said one word to me and the service was mediocre at best . read more

The new owners have made poor choices. The basic pedicure $30 no longer includes any filing. It's $10 more to do basic filing of heels and dead skin. Scrub lasts 10 seconds. Massage less than 1 minute. Basic pedicure is mostly just a foot wash and polish. Have come here for 10 years. Won't be back. read more

I had gotten my nails done about a week ago and the guy that had done them was very rude and made the process uncomfortable and I even had to pull my hand away a few times because of the pain. I had gotten white gel polish over acrylic nails and the acrylic is showing through making a nasty marble color read more

Terrific place to go. It's typical of a vietnamese place for them to talk in they're native language which they do a lot so I don't think I'm spoiling any surprises but they were terrific to deal with. They were very down to earth and friendly and did an amazing job on my feet, which were no picnic to work on. I'm only giving it four stars because they were a bit pricey at 30 bucks for a pedicure. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend visiting. read more

Called today to ask if Tina had time for a fill. The man on the phone was SO rude, asking me "well why would you call the day OF to do your nails". I said "I'm sorry I work full time" to which he responded that they wouldn't be accommodating. Upset because I hd great nails from them last month and now I'll never return. Now I know what all the bad reviews about their attitudes are about. read more

Third time being here & first time having bee do my nails & he is THE BEST. I didn't know what I wanted so I picked out a random purple on a last minute panick, he showed me the ombré & I went with it. NEVER HAD A BETTER BLEND WITH PINK AND WHITE, every other place I've been to doesn't blend it the way he did (which is why I was hesitant at first) & honestly I'm a fan. I always get nervous when I go to get my nails done because it's never the right color or shape it seems and he got EVERYTHING I would usually nit pick at. Not to mention he had a pink Gucci shirt on. We're friends now & I'm coming back. 5 stars forsure. read more

Tony, Kim and Tom did an excellent job today. I highly recommend them for a pedicure. They are good at accommodating g a large group of people who want a group pedicure. read more

As out of towners vacationing at the lake, (like most people probably do around this area in the summer), we came for gel manicures and pedicures. Right off the bat we felt very rushed picking out our colors. My nail tech was very harsh to my nails and cut my cuticles on one nail and it actually started to bleed. in return she said to me "don't pick at it". They also only use acetone polish remover (not a fan especially cause I don't have fake nails). End result-nails looked good. Not the best. the nails and toe color did not match as promised (I got gel on my nails not my toes)....and when we left I threw out my disposable sandals and those things they put between your toes...they took them out of the trash to reuse them after we left!!!!! We'll probably be back because there's really no where else to go, but just be cautious at this place! And probably wear your own shoes at the end read more

I am from the suburbs of Chicago . I was so hesitant to get my nails done out here but I saw some good reviews so I decided to try it . A friend and I went on our last day out there. They took us immediately , I had a younger man and she had a younger woman . They were amazing! They talked to us the whole time and kept us entertained. My old gel nails took forever to come off , but he got them off after trying over and over again. My friend loves her nails and the color she picked and I even tried something new ! I got round nails which I never have tried. But I had faith that they would turn out ! I loved it there, I wish I was not two hours away from them! They did a fantastic job. I also had my eyebrows waxed which I rarely ever do in nail salons any more and I was very very happy with the result which is truly rare for me. If you are in the area or even a little out of the way of this place I would go there without a doubt ! read more

Hollywood Nails - Gel nail polish over acrylic nails . Rounded tips, they came out perfect! - Nail Salons Near Me - Delavan, Wisconsin

I just wanted a simple coat of polish and not a manicure. They upcharged me and gave me one anyways. I had fairly long nails when I came in and just wanted them painted, since I take upkeep of them on my own. They filed my nails down to stubs after I specifically said I did not want them filed at all and they made them square tips. The atmosphere made my friend and I a bit uncomfortable and the staff we had seemed to be a bit rude. I would not recommend. read more

This is the worst shellac manicure I've ever had. First of all the color I chose did not look like the color I got, the manicurist left air bubbles to dry in the polish, and it started peeling and chipping after two days!!! Every other shellac manicure I've ever had has lasted at least two weeks. The people were rude and sat around while customers waited. I would never come here again. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went on a Friday night asking for a set of nails based off of a photo I showed. The man filed my nails down to nothing, not matching the shape at all. Then continues to rush the design as the time was close to closing. I have never received a worse set of nails and was charged $65! I went back the next day and asked kindly if they could be redone and the lady said to me "we don't have the tools to make it look like that. If I redo it, it will look the same". I asked for a plain color then and a simple square shape. She wouldn't let me pick a color unless I paid her 20 MORE dollars. She rushed, cut me, threw my hands around, and told me I should be paying for a whole new set. I showed her the new shape I wanted and she told me to get my phone out of her face. She told me to not let my hands touch her and completely disrespected me. my new set of nails look almost worse! this place used to be so good, but the new owners ruined it all. extremely poor customer service, and poor ability to do nails. read more

I have put off getting a good pedicure for awhile. My feet have been killing me, so I decided to pamper myself. Boy, what a difference! They did a wonderful job and my feet were difficult to work on. Kudos to them for making me feel special! I will definitely go back and love the relief my tired feet received. read more

Disappointed! If you have natural nails with regular polish; beware! Have gone to this salon many times over the years and the owners were awesome along with the services. Had a wonderful experience with Sophia two weeks ago for pedicure and natural nail manicure. I booked another manicure with her and was written in the books. I called and confirmed it yesterday. Today I got here and no Sophia so they gave me a man name C. His attitude hit me right off the bat he didn't want to just do a natural nail manicure. He was rushed sloppy and was too rough for natural nails. I asked him to be more gentle please and he was a little but obviously po'd. Was not a pleasant experience at all. I asked to speak to the manager and the previous owners apologized and were nice and then C confronted me in the middle of the shop waving the cash money I just gave him like it wasn't enough. I even tipped him as I felt bad for him. Spoke to the new manager Tom and asked to talk to him outside; no need to make a scene in front of the entire shop. He could have cared less about what I was saying and just kept looking at the people getting out of the cars instead of listening to what I was saying. Needless to say I will never go back! I'm heading home to get the polish that is all over my cuticles off!! Take head going to this salon under new ownership! read more

I will never come back to this salon again. The owner was the one who gave me a pedicure and a gel manicure. She wasn't very attentive because she was too busy eyeing everyone in the salon up and jumping in on other people's conversations. She was very condescending. She bruised my big toe because she cut my cuticle too far back. Last but not least, my GEL manicure didn't even last 6 days. Like I said, I'll never be back. Update: We found out that she didn't even use gel polish for my moms gel manicure. She used regular nail polish with a gel top coat. Yet she charged us for a gel manicure. I seriously don't recommend coming here. read more

No receptionist and when I arrived the place was packed and all nail techs had their heads down. I stood around for ten minutes. Finally a tech shouted, "lady, what are you here for?" I told her I was there for a pedi. Next question was, "do you have an appointment?" I answered yes and she went back to her task. Waited another ten minutes and they put me in a chair to soak. Next available nail tech started my pedi without asking my name. I don't go to nail salons for conversation but this process was the most perfunctory and impersonal service I've received. The pedi itself was just okay. I suspect they were overbooked as it felt like an assembly line. Tech set me under the fan to dry, took my money and left the building, presumably for lunch or break. Finally, I left. No "goodbye, thank you for coming" from anyone. I'll look elsewhere for my next nail service. read more

I switched to Hollywood nails because my friend had recommended me that place. I went once before today and I loved their work. Their work is terrific! However, they are extremely rude. I accidentally booked a Gel Manicure over the phone when I actually wanted a Full-Set gel manicure. The young guy started doing them and I knew that's now what I wanted so I told him I wanted the full set. At this point he wasn't even half way done with my nails so I don't get why he got mad that I made a mistake. It wasn't even that, just simply his rudeness was what bothered me. I asked if he could do what I wanted and at that moment another lady that had an appointment after mine had come in. He made me wait until he was done with her-even though I had come in before her. Everyone else just sat there and let him be rude. Which is not great customer service. I will never go back to that place!!! At the end of the day I still had to pay for a horrible experience. They need to start being polite to their customers! read more
