I'm sorry the staff is extremely rude I have been going to this establishment for years I made an appointment as always When I walked in they don't even know they claimed I didn't make the appointment with the woman I did, who I always go to. I walked up to her. She didn't even look at me and said I'm very busy never walked up to me while I sit, they're and waited. I sat there for 15 minutes. Nobody came up to me. I finally asked how long will I be able to see someone else probably 15 more minutes I said thank you and I walked out. I will never go back to them again. Also beware they always send you a discount the day after you get your service done and they never honor it. Today I also received my 20 points and they didn't even recognize me and I have no idea what they would've given me. Probably nothing that's why they didn't recognize me so they didn't have to give me anything. My friend and I made an appointment and ended up waiting 30 minutes before we were taken. A week later her nail fell off and when we went in to get it fixed they accused her of lying about having gotten her nails done there. I went back to get my nails redone and scheduled an appointment to then wait 30 minutes AGAIN before I walked out. I have never posted a bad review for any business. but my daughter and I just left after getting 2 pedicures. Mine was so fast my feet barely had time to soak. my daughter ended up with a split toe nail. It was cracked all the way down the corner after the tech used a tool to remover her gel polish. instead of fixing it, the tech just globbed nail polish over it. Her big toe nail had a crack all the way down the corner. .. when I pointed it out to the tech, she said "it was already like that." even if that was the case, shouldn't you tell the customer instead of globbing mail polish over it? Well this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. First of all I needed to take my acrylics off. They were very rude when I just said I wanted them taken off and when she took them off she used another acrylic nail to pry it the nails off and then when she finished prying them off she said done and pushed my hands away. My nails looked atrocious after she didn't even file the glue off or even soake my nail in water nor buff them. Please for the sake of your nail health don't go here read more

My first time here was just wonderful. I was able to get a full set of acrylics plus manicures/pedicures for my Mom and daughter all at the same time. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing and Tom is a true nail artist. He gave me exactly what I asked for, and my nails have never been prettier. Terrible experience..... first I told him please don't scrub my legs because I have on fake tan guess what he scrubs: then he was so rough at my feet I've been 1000s or places and I've never had someone be so rough i even said something twice. Then he goes to paint my toes and forgets to put on the shine gloss on the last part at this point I'm so ready to get out the chair i don't even care anymore . I wish I could comment on the actual services but I can't. We walked in and out our name on the list. Stood there for a little bit. No one acknowledged us. So we sat down. Waited about 10 minutes. Another woman walked in and put her name on the list and they sat her to get a pedicure. So then I said hold on we have been waiting. He said okay you pick a color. I said well there are two of us and we have been waiting. He still sat the lady after us (who did not have an appointment) and just had room for one of us. Very rude. Didn't look at you and basically ignored me when I said there were two of us. I had been here a few months back and had decent service but after today, won't be back at all. Caution!!!! Go at your own risk!!!! The gentleman that did my pedicure was not paying attention with the nail file. He filed my skin, then proceeded to put callus remover on my feet causing EXCRUCIATING burning, then when I insisted he stop, he sprayed ALCOHOL from an unlabeled bottle into my now open wound on my foot!!!! OUCH! Never, have I ever, had such an experience. To boot I walked out mid service and they made me pay, full price none the less $30!!!! He insisted "he did nothing wrong." After 11 months I decided to give this place another chance. Steve did a very well job with my pedicure and Tina with my gel nails. Although at the end I did feel kind of rushed. Steve should tone it down a notch with his personality. I feel like he tries to hard to be funny but sometimes he takes it too far. For example after hanging up with a customer on the phone he said to everyone "I couldn't understand her because she was older, it kind sounded like she was dying like she was close to dying" everybody laughed uncomfortably except me, I did not think it was funny. I'm in town visiting from Detroit area and have had my nails done at MANY different nail places from all over the spectrum. The next couple weeks for me are busy between an anniversary, Christmas parties, and a new job and I needed to get my nails done. My mom, who lives in Elkhorn recommended Le Vi as she used to work in Delavan and came here often. And I am happy with that recommendation! Very clean enviornment and the receptionist even got out the mop ans cleaned the floors while I was there. I stopped in to get my acrylic set put on and for $30 I got a GREAT set. He even helped me pick out my color and gave me tips on what I can do at home to help the color stay fresh. All even length, the tech took his time to make sure everything was perfect and it is. I would highly recommend going to La Vie for the Spa Pedicure and Manicure. I got the one that removes all the calluses. Very clean! OMG, the wonderful nail technician massaged my feet and calves with 4 hot stones. Heavenly! Along with the massage chair, all my stress disappeared. The pedicure was nice but my issue is with the cost. I sat down for a pedicure and was given a menu of 3 options for a pedicure. I chose the cheapest ($40) because I just wanted a basic pedicure. When I was up front paying for my pedicure, I heard a woman working at the nail salon tell a customer on the phone that a basic pedicure was $30 (more of what I was expecting when I walked in). I asked why my pedicure was $40 and I was told it was for the "mask" they put on my legs - something I didn't really want. I hate when businesses treat people this way. My sister-in-law had recommended this place as she claimed they had done a good job on her before and were reasonably priced. I made an appointment for my wedding needing a typical Mani/pedi. I made the appointment and allowed an extra hour just in case. Thank God I did. The appointment was for me and 2 of my bridesmaids. We arrived at our appointment on time and were told it would just be a minute they were finishing up with a couple clients. No problem. We waited a 1/2 hr and then I asked again about our scheduled appointment. The man that appeared to be the manager told me it would just be a little longer they had taken some walk-in customers just before my appointment. What? What is the purpose of making an appointment if they're not going to honor my appointment time?! A full hour later we were seated in the pedicure chairs. It still took another 20 mins for someone to start. I had told them I had a dinner to go to and needed to hurry which is why I made an appointment. Just a minute I was told. Once we finally got someone to start on my nails (the bridesmaids weren't so lucky), I reiterated I had a rehearsal dinner and needed to be there on time. They told me I didn't - did I actually have an important part in the wedding. YES - I was the bride. They also asked my one bridesmaid if she could afford this as her nails made her look like she didn't have a job. Excuse you? They decided they could hurry up at this point but that meant I had to have a mani and pedi at the same time. One woman was working on my feet while another guy held onto my hand to do my finger nails. There was no massage at all. Meanwhile my one bridesmaid had to get someone to pick up her outfit as we'd have to leave directly from the salon to the rehearsal. I finished up and went to pay (one of my bridesmaids still hadn't had her nails started on yet) and the manager (who knew about the issues we were having) wanted to charge full price! I argued as I did not get the full service I had made an appointment for and obviously the results showed it. The least you could do for ignoring my appointment and taking me almost an hour and a half late was to give me a discount and apologize. He seemed shocked I wanted a discount and begrudgingly agreed. NEVER will I be back here. It was an awful experience and I was late for my own rehearsal due to Le Vie Nails. read more

Love this place! I've been going since it opened and won't go anywhere else! They are friendly and super friendly! I'm a LMT and some of there employees should working in there massaging but other than that it's a great place to come relax and have a laugh! My pedicures always last at least 2 weeks!
