Caitlin is a hair queen, does the most natural framing and always makes sure her cuts grow out great, would recommend her for any haircut

Such excellent service! Got my mom and I in for a pedicure same day. They even fixed my previously…read morechipped nail from a previous mani. I got my eyebrows done as well. They do it all and it was a very relaxing experience!

Beware - health code violations! I stopped in today for a pedicure and no chip manicure. When…read moregetting my pedicure, the tech pulled the cuticle cutter out of a bucket and it had not been sterilized. I had to ask her several times to get a sterilized/cleaned cuticle cutter. She finally got one and I proceeded with the pedicure. When I went to get my manicure, the same thing happened- the tech pulled out a cuticle cutter that had probably been used on the person before me. I asked nicely a few times for her to get a sanitized/cleaned cuticle cutter with no success. The male tech next to me told me that "she doesn't know what you're asking for." I asked him to help communicate the request and he responded "if she needs help, she'll let me know." I wasn't able to get a sanitized cuticle cutter so I ended up paying for what had been done and leaving without my no chip manicure. I'm from out of town and get my nails done about every 3 weeks. I have never encountered this level of disgustingness. The fact that the technicians are not routinely using sanitized tools is a huge problem, a health risk, and a health department violation. I was treated like my simple request was something major. This is something you shouldn't have to ask for. It should just be done! You are putting your customers at risk for fungal, bacterial, and major infections (like hepatitis) - this is not a joke. Little knicks/cuts happen and you not taking appropriate safety precautions is pure negligence. I have a background and degree in public health so this is not just someone being difficult. I left a report for the Wisconsin Health Department, and the health department is required to investigate any health code violation submissions.

Atmosphere: Very spa-ish. It's a small place but they're working with what they've got. The…read moreupstairs is the salon portion with three pedi chairs two mani stations and one hair chair. The downstairs is the spa and they take the idea of calm very seriously. It was very comfortable and dim. They give you robes and very awkward sandals that cut your feet, but I appreciate the thought. Massage: It was honestly one of the best massages I've had in a long time. I could hear some noise through the walls that disturbed my serenity, but that wasn't the masseuses fault. Pedicure: I'm used to a little more time on the front end of the pedi - you know scrubs and rubs and soaks and things, but it wasn't bad. I was super doubtful of the polish job, but I stand corrected two weeks later and not a chip from the regular polish. They offer to let you keep your scrubber as is status quo these days. Changing Area: Big fan. The locker area is smallish, but it's just what it needs to be. It could do with a table or stool or something to set things on temporarily. Then there's a small seating area, shower area, toilets, and THE STEAM ROOM. The showers were great - I could have stayed in that multi-headed shower of goodness for a long long time. The steam room was great. I have absolutely no experience from whence to draw conclusions from but it was steamy and dark and made me feel as though all the toxins I had worked up the night before were leaving my body. Staff: All super friendly. What I did find odd was that the staff all seemed to do many jobs - a masseuse and a nail tech also both did hair. It's certainly possibly they have well-rounded certifications, but it was strange to me. The downstairs greeter woman did a good job showing everyone where to find lotion, mouthwash, and razors, among other things. What was lacking was more direction on where to be and how to do things. Overall....I enjoyed it very much. There were small details that I would notice were off from a high end professional spa, but they didn't deter me. It's trying very very hard to be great and it's almost there. The devil is always in the details.

Had a bad experience there. A terrible facial. I could have done a better job myself at home…read more Despite the fact I wrote on the release that I had rosacea, the manicurist (she was no way an aesthetician, started rubbing my face with a sand like grit exfoliating scrub. She never put a headband on my head and instead of removing the exfoliating material off my face she rubbed it into my hair. This I only noticed after the facial was over. No proper facial massage. She just kept applying different creams to my face and wiping at them. Waste of money.
