This was by far the worst nail experience I have ever had…read more The nail shaping was terrible. At the beginning, I asked for a round shape. Later, I simply asked the technician to make them slightly slimmer. My pinky nail looked fine at first, but as she continued, the nails became more and more pointed and uneven. They ended up looking like sharp carrot tips, which was absolutely not what I requested. When I complained, they kept saying that I asked for a pointed shape, but I only wanted the nails to be a little narrower, not extremely pointy. The service itself was also painful. During the process, one finger was filed so aggressively that the skin was damaged, and another finger was almost filed until it bled. They didn't even properly remove my cuticles. The first set looked so bad that they offered to remove everything and redo it for free. Unfortunately, the second set was not much better. After I got home, all ten of my fingers were sore and painful. The nail surfaces were uneven and bumpy, and the nails were extremely thick and bulky. The final result was ugly, uncomfortable, and completely different from what I asked for. I have had my nails done many times before, and this is honestly the ugliest set of nails I have ever received. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and in pain. I would not recommend this salon.

On my most recent visit, I waited over three hours just to receive a simple fill-in. While I was in the middle of getting my nails done, another customer walked in requesting a pedicure. The nail technician who was actively working on my nails was told to stop my service, get up, and do the other customer's pedicure. My nail technician also seemed confused by the decision. I asked the manager why my service was being interrupted, and he explained that they only had three technicians working that day. At that point, after already waiting several hours and then having my service interrupted, I decided to leave and go to another salon. If you are considering visiting this salon, please be prepared for a potentially very long wait. Based on my recent experiences, much of the day appears to be booked with appointments, and walk-in customers may wait several hours before receiving service. Additionally, other customers may be taken ahead of you, even if they arrive after you without an appointment. After being a loyal customer and visiting more than 20 times, it is disappointing to see the level of service decline this much. Unfortunately, after this experience, I decided it was time to take my business elsewhere.

I went in yesterday at 5:30 did a basic pedi (perfectly done) & then a mani. I usually have press ons because it's more affordable & I can grow out my nails. I just had soaked off and removed a set & my nails had a little residual glue & were fairly brittle but my cuticles were nice & well kept.... The woman who did them was in a rush & I was told it's her birthday so I was like okay totally fine like let's get you home to your family! She was looking around not paying attention & cut my cuticles/nail walls so badly I was bleeding. The polish was overflown, uneven & she skipped a coat on one hand. I didn't make a fuss bc I didn't want her to get in trouble especially on her birthday but wow they were awful & my fingers are still throbbing. I came in to get them fixed & had to do tips bc of how filed down they were & was charged 20 to do dip & extensions but I only did dip & extensions bc of the nubs & overly filed/uneven nails. It was quite painful getting them redone & she did glitter for free which is nice but personally if I hurt someone that much I wouldn't be charging a dime & would apologize. The woman who did my nails last night stood next to her the whole time & they were chatting which was uncomfortable in my opinion she also didn't apologize once& they chuckled whenever I winced or pulled my hand back out of pain. Would not go here again. My bf said to keep my nails done in anticipation of proposing soon & I really hope it's not this week:/ (light pink is last night & white is today & French is before) oh cherry on top I paid 55 plus 20% tip for this set!

My Black nail tech moved and I went here out of desperation cause I had an event. I went in asked for coffin-shaped nails, and told her to make it narrow at the top. As you can see from the pic, this is what she did. Even though three times before polish was added, I told her to make it narrower. By the time she put color on it lost its shape and she did not file it to fix it . Instead, she proceeded to tell a lie, saying I did not tell her I wanted it narrow. She then told on herself and said she didn't use the right nails for the coffin shape. I showed her a pic of what a coffin nail looks like she said I should have shown her the pic before. I have never gone to a place where they did not know what a coffin looks like.
