On my most recent visit, I waited over three hours just to receive a simple fill-in. While I was in the middle of getting my nails done, another customer walked in requesting a pedicure. The nail technician who was actively working on my nails was told to stop my service, get up, and do the other customer's pedicure. My nail technician also seemed confused by the decision. I asked the manager why my service was being interrupted, and he explained that they only had three technicians working that day. At that point, after already waiting several hours and then having my service interrupted, I decided to leave and go to another salon. If you are considering visiting this salon, please be prepared for a potentially very long wait. Based on my recent experiences, much of the day appears to be booked with appointments, and walk-in customers may wait several hours before receiving service. Additionally, other customers may be taken ahead of you, even if they arrive after you without an appointment. After being a loyal customer and visiting more than 20 times, it is disappointing to see the level of service decline this much. Unfortunately, after this experience, I decided it was time to take my business elsewhere.

She was looking around not paying attention & cut my cuticles/nail walls so badly I was bleeding. The polish was overflown, uneven & she skipped a coat on one hand. I didn't make a fuss bc I didn't want her to get in trouble especially on her birthday but wow they were awful & my fingers are still throbbing. I came in to get them fixed & had to do tips bc of how filed down they were & was charged 20 to do dip & extensions but I only did dip & extensions bc of the nubs & overly filed/uneven nails. It was quite painful getting them redone & she did glitter for free which is nice but personally if I hurt someone that much I wouldn't be charging a dime & would apologize. The woman who did my nails last night stood next to her the whole time & they were chatting which was uncomfortable in my opinion she also didn't apologize once& they chuckled whenever I winced or pulled my hand back out of pain. The front of the house is set up for nails with some room in the very back for tanning and waxing. For $20 you'll get your basic pedicure complete with foot soak, exfoliation, massage, polish and even hot towel. You can upgrade to a variety of different pedi for a bit more. It is kind of hit or miss as to who you get for your pedi but overall everyone has done a good job. Most everyone speaks English quite well so communication isn't usually a problem. The salon is open and clean with flat screen TVs on either wall. Sometimes the workers will even offer you a drink. One thing I don't like... when you arrive they immediately put you at a tub to start soaking your feet. This is fine unless there is a wait. Then you're soaking your feet until the water gets cold and your toes get wrinkled. Once my feet are in the tub I always feel like I'm trapped- you never know how long the wait will be until after you're already soaking. Last Sunday I must have waited 30 minutes before my pedi even started. Oh well, there are worse ways to have to wait.
