Unfortunately I did not have a great experience here. The establishment was clean and smelled very nice. The front desk attendant was very attentive and welcoming. I had a body sugar scrub and wrap. I have had many body scrubs in the past and unfortunately this was not great. The young lady was very nice. However, the scrub did not meet my expectations and the room was extremely cold. It appeared to be really clean, although it's kinda dark inside but it's not seedy, it's chill. It seemed to be really well managed. Appointment was right on time and the atmosphere is top notch! Chill lighting, nice decorations, very nice vibes overall. The staff were fantastic! Professional and very courteous. My teenage daughter said she loved her experience. She doesn't "love" much. Simply put, he is a gentle giant with HUGE hands. His pressure was spot on and I love that he didn't drench my body in oil. He only puts enough on his hands for them to glide. I will absolutely return for more! After my massage, I had an anti aging facial with Linda. This was also incredible, and she is so lovely and charming. My friend came for a visit and we decided to try a spa day. This location happens to be a quick 10 minute drive from my apartment so we went here. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by an employee at the front desk, who confirmed our reservation and took us to the back to wait for our room to be ready. While we were waiting another employee offered us drinks (which included both red and white wine) and some snacks. Less than 15 minutes later we were escorted to our room where we got ready for our massage. The massage beds were heated, which I never experienced before but it is a most try! Before the massage you fill out a form and can pin point certain areas you want to focus on. I could tell they reviewed the form because they were careful with my swollen knee and focused on the areas I asked for. Overall the massage was worth it. My boyfriend and I got the bed of roses package and we were very disappointed. The massage was not an hour as it states in the description. The woman who did my pedicure didn't know what she was doing. I have been getting pedicures for so long and this girl had no idea what she was doing and she was extremely shaky and that made me anxious. Also, she wasn't the friendliest to her fellow coworker and you could see some tension. The woman that did my boyfriend's pedicure was a sweet heart and was very talkative and attentive. Went here for the first time today -- the customer service was very nice, with an immediate greeting, place smelled really great and decorated nice. It is located in a storefront next to the clerk of courts -- I almost totally missed it. We made our appointments on Thursday night for Saturday mani pedis; they have a $59 intro rate for first time customers. On Friday i recieved a call offering us a $59 introductory facial before our mani Pedis , so we thought -- why not! And added that on too. It was nice of them to offer. We arrived 15 minutes early as requested, and waited in a nice waiting room -- the front desk person asked us if we would like any water or tea; my sister asked for a tea, but then never got it so she served it to herself at the self service tea station. The facial was pretty nice -- neither of us had ever had one before so idk how it compares to others. Both technicians were friendly and efficient; seemed to end before the hour though, more like a 35/45 min facial because they check out your skin, you change, then they ended it ten minutes before the hour. My skin felt good though! Looked the same, but felt nice and I'm sure healthier. This was all done in a private room, which was nice with heated tables. The one thing I did not like is that they request that you change into a towel that Velcros shut in the front so they can do arm and hand massages with the facial, which was a pleasant surprise; however, I am 9 months pregnant, and the towel was meant for someone about half my size and didn't close properly so I felt kind of exposed. I mentioned this to the technician, and she said she would just tuck the sheets around me for decency, and did so .... But do they not have bigger towels? It was awkward. We had mani pedis afterward , and I think this is kind of where there was a lack. The nail area is right by the door, so lots of hustle and bustle -- definitely less serene then the previous areas and a LOT less private. Both the manicures and pedicures seemed rushed and half hazard -- I requested one of the gel colors, and the technicians seemed to keep trying to talk me out of it because they did not have time and the gel takes longer. In the end, I had to switch technicians with my sister for them to be able to accommodate the request. This was nice of them, because I genuinely didn't know that this was something that would be an issue. I would describe the mani pedi experience as "no frills", and generally underwhelming. My sister agreed -- no extra massages or scrubs, very quick and rushed. I even noticed my sister's nails (which were not gel) seemed kind of sloppy (the purple) -- I probably could've done a similar, if not nicer, job because I would have taken more care. It was very obvious they were rushing. I don't know if this is because they ran over in time for the facials or if they are always like that. Even during my pedicure, I mentioned that my ankles were swollen due to pregnancy, yet my sister got hot towels wrapped around her legs and I didn't. The technician for me put my shoes on for me before she even painted my nails, and asked me to hold my legs at an awkward position so she could better paint them. A few times I expressed that this was uncomfortable and eventually moved to be more comfortable and she said she would figure it out, but this kind of ruined the relaxation factor for me because I am hugely pregnant trying to hold my legs at an awkward angle and felt like she was kicking me out before she had even put the color on my nails. No scrubs, no massage, just..... rinse polish and gtfo. I even checked when I got home and the bottom and sides of my feet were still kind of rough, meaning they barely scrubbed out the callouses. This was definitely dissapointing, because I booked at a spa thinking I would get kind of a spa experience, and I felt like I was at a kiosk in the mall. All in all, I think this place is meant for massages and such, definitely could get an equivalent if not better mani/pedi from some cheapo place in a strip mall. We got the introductory price, so se la vie -- if I had paid the $79 advertised price, I would have been extremely unhappy, especially because the gel add on is $20. So, if you're going for massage or facial, I'm assuming they are pretty good -- relatively relaxing ambiance, well decorated and they are all REALLY NICE and personable. I wish it had been better because I genuinely liked the personalities of all the workers. I just wish they had delivered the services that were promised on the website, like the "invigorating exfoliation and pampering foot massage." Since I'm huge and swollen, I was loooking forward to this and it did not happen. I wouldn't go here if you're looking for just a mani pedi, because it doesn't seem to be their strong suit and seems almost like an afterthought, which doesn't match up with the price tag. read more

I received a gift certificate for my birthday and when it came time to redeem the pedicure portion of it according to the owner or whomever she was you have to let them know you have gel on your feet. Which doesn't make any sense especially if you're providing an experience for how expensive it is. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The girl who was doing my feet seemed new and the owner made it seem like she had to rush through my service in which I had almost 45-50 mins left of. My experience at Sufii has been very negative. While the employees providing services have been very professional, my experience with management has been disorganized and unprofessional. Within the same visit, my mother's appointment was lost and my requested masseur was mixed up. Neither of which were identified by Sufii Spa before we arrived for our appointment. Rather, they explained that both employees had left and that they meant to notify us before our appointment. But they didn't. Nothing has been done to rectify the situation, rather when I reached out requesting a refund the request I received was as follows: "If you could please refer back to your rules & regulations sheet that was given to you the day you signed up for your membership it is noted in there that you are not eligible for a refund." Overall this is a nice place, my husband and I got our massages here on V-day 2018. One of the things that irked me was that I had selected the bed of roses package and they weren't real roses. Maybe that is the norm for all spas but I was expecting real roses. We got a couples massage, and (I'm super terrible at names) the masseuse that worked on me was really rough. And even though I asked him to be more gentle, he would acknowledge this, do it, then revert back to his original pressure. So that was another small issue for me. The design, decorations, and appearance I loved. It was a very calming experience, beautiful interior. Included in our package was a pedicure.
