They have everything laid out well, and on a recent trip, I was able to grab a few items and be on my way, instead of wandering through the store trying to find something. Prices are comparable to the other big box pet store and this store has an even better selection of refrigerated pet foods. They also offer shopping incentives to make the cost more competitive. It's nice to see the variety of quality foods they offer and you know you're getting the best for your pets. Although I have a couple of fluffy pups who go to the groomer, I have not used their grooming service. Can't say anything about that, but the store itself is a good place to shop and the staff is pleasant and helpful. It would be great if they built a store closer to my house, but until then, this store is on my list of places to shop.

He is now part of the family and healthy now that I took him to the vet and good home care. Now the reason I am writing this review. They are very dishonest and they do not tell you that you have to sign up for pet insurance Kanguroo is the company and charge you $65 a month with a huge deductible. They charge me two months before they finally canceled it. Be warned. They do not make it easy at all to cancel this insurance. The reviews are spot on. Believe them. Very shady company.

She gave use great one on one service in helping us find a proper fitting harness for are pup. Our dogs shape, girth and width, seems to prevent her from fitting into most dog harnesses. Yilienni helped us adjust and try numerous pet harnesses until we for the right one. Her attention and patience while working with us and Maya was outstanding. I would highly recommend the Pet Supermarket on South Tamiami Trail in Bonita Springs for your pets needs.
