    My lil furbaby needed a new groomer an my neighbor takes her little dog here. So We made an appointment an I took her at 9am Sammie wasnt to scared. I told them shave her naked lol she gets so furry n hot in the summer. I paid than went back to get her an this little black dog came I didnt recognize my own dog lol They did a fantastic job an sammie wasnt nervous so that let me know they treated her good. If your lookin for a groomer this place rocks the ladies were suoer nice an I took my other dog to get her nails trimmed. Great prices , Sammie is running around an happy she doesnt have all that hair . This will be our new groomer:)

    This business owner felt this was an appropriate response to a post by a veterinary hospital warning owners on a grain free diet that recently DCM (Dilated Cardio Myopathy) had been found to be increased in Golden Retriever dogs, but may be affecting more breeds. The hand out posted from UC Davis is looking for possible cases to study and to warn vets to be on the look out for specific grain formulas. The issue appears to be when the first 10 ingredients contain legumes or peas. I'll let the owners words speak for themselves and let you decide if this shop has your pets interest in mind.

Until today, I have never had any issues. When I arrived to drop off my dog, River, for his grooming appointment, I was told I needed to provide updated rabies vaccination records, which I would have to obtain from my vet. Unfortunately, the vet's office was closed. My groomer, Kayla, explained that she was legally unable to groom him without that information, which I completely understand. I went back to my car, searched my phone for any record, and returned to let them know I did not have it. I also explained that I had not been informed beforehand that his updated rabies information was missing from your records. At that point, another staff member chimed in from the back and very rudely stated that this information had been included in a text. The way she spoke was unprofessional and dismissive. If important information like rabies records is required, it should be clearly communicated in a separate, direct message--not hidden at the bottom of a general confirmation text. Instead of showing understanding or kindness, this employee was disrespectful and showed no sense of customer service. The entire encounter was unpleasant, and I left feeling frustrated. When I spoke with the manager, all I was told was that she would "speak to the employee." That is not enough to address the situation. This experience has completely changed my view of your company, and I will no longer be bringing my business here. It's disappointing to see a place I trusted for years show such a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer care. I will never return here to any location and I advise nobody else does either. Specifically this address is: 7601 Pineville-Matthews Rd Charlotte NC You've lost a loyal customer and left me with nothing good to share in support. As the rude lady said with a sarcastic rude tone as I left "have a good day" what a joke. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Recently, I've felt treated differently each time I come in -- as if I'm being judged or assumed I'm not a serious customer. Staff members have limited which puppies we can see, imposed inconsistent rules, and communicated with an unnecessary attitude. Instead of feeling like a family-friendly environment, it feels like you are only treated well if you are ready to purchase immediately. Customer service should be consistent and respectful regardless of where someone is in the buying process. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location based on how we've been treated.

Then, a cashier from the front of the store comes in and asked if I had an appointment and I said that I did and was told that I could drop my dog off early. He then went to go find someone who worked in the grooming department and they came in saying that they didn't open until 9 and that she had to get the computers "turned on and ready to go". I said I'd not be waiting because I was already over it and her attitude was less than welcoming. My wife decided to go back in and take him and the groomer told her this time that "because my dog was in the system as a Boxer mix" that he'd have to be picked up immediately following his appointment 45 minutes after we dropped him off. Again, we had tickets to an event for my sons birthday which is why we asked to drop our dog off early in the first place. Anyway, she told us that because he was a "Boxer mix" that they had breathing issues and they weren't allowed to be crated in the back. 1) That is the furthest thing from the truth as I've seen Boxer mixed dogs there before. 2) Our dog had been going to that location for the last 3 years. We ended up having to go back home with our dog because they refused to take our dog and provide the service we had scheduled and have had done for THREE YEARS. Don't waste your time with this location. They are always rude and never accommodating.
