I can't say enough amazing things about this grooming salon and the owner, Amber! My dog is not the easiest when it comes to grooming--he's anxious, stubborn, and usually won't let anyone near him with clippers. I've tried multiple places before with no success... until now. The owner is incredibly patient, gentle, and clearly experienced. She took the time to earn my dog's trust instead of rushing the process, and that made all the difference. For the first time ever, he actually allowed a full haircut--and came out looking fantastic. It's rare to find someone who truly understands dogs on this level and treats them with such care and respect. If you have a nervous or difficult pup like mine, this is absolutely the place to go. I'm beyond grateful and won't be taking my dog anywhere else! read more

Very unprofessional management and services . The owner lies about who groomed your dog leaving open bad mistakes done during the grooming . Uncleanliness. Shady business within . Would never bring my dog back here and would not advise anyone I know to trust this place or the owner . read more

We decided to try Bubbly Pups for the first time and unfortunately we were very disappointed! Our two shih tzus didn't look anything like the dogs on their website! We ended up going right back so they could touch up the cut for one dog, and was also offered a free nail trim on their next visit. The two young ladies at the desk tried to make it right and were very polite and professional. But we've decided not to return! read more

Bathing two large German Shepherds at home can be CHALLENGING! Not to mention the endless amounts of fur that fly off their butts. We decided to visit Bubbly Pups for the first time. I'll be honest, My oldest German Shepherd looks like ghoul! The poor soul has skin allergies. He's constantly chews his paws. Every three months he receives a allergy shot. My youngest is perfect. Always clean, no skin issues. Both pets received a bath and deshedding. I was shocked at how amazing they looked! My oldest looks brand new! Also the scarfs are a nice touch. Needless to say we will be returning here again read more

First time here and things went great. Scheduled online, got a confirmation the day before, brought her in and dropped her off with no issues and they stayed true to the time estimate of 4 hours. The salon door is on the right side of the building and you can park in either the front or back lot. Payment was easy, pricing was fair and you have an option to tip on the card. Amber was super nice and made sure I was happy with the style before we left. Reign was happy and all smiles. read more

Amber and her team are amazing. I've loved in 3 different states and she is by far the best groomer I've ever been to. Well that my dogs have ever been to. You get the point! She is so nice and seemingly knows how to get my dogs to cooperate through the nail cutting. Great work, affordable prices, as of lately it's been tough to get appointments but it's to be expected when word gets out. read more

just nowNEW I was one of Amber's and Bubbly Pups' first customers and was so thrilled with how she handled my dogs that I left her first rave review online. I moved back to Charlotte after being gone for a couple of years and called Bubbly Pups' to make an appointment. TOOK THEM OVER A WEEK TO GET BACK TO ME! Once I got someone on the phone, it went even further downhill. Will NOT be using them again, no matter how great Amber was when I first took my dogs in. read more

I went to bubbly pups after paying way too much elsewhere for a job half done. My boy looks amazing and I'm so happy! They accommodated his allergies and the place itself is super cute. I like that they tether the big dogs to the walls instead of push them into kennels. All in all super happy, and would recommend them to others looking for a great place that takes care of their dogs and delivers. read more

I have a pitbull puppy ! She loved them , and they loved her! She had her nails painted just in time for the holidays

Amber and her team are AMAZING!! After a bad experience with PetSmart, i called on a Friday afternoon to see if they had any openings this weekend (not expecting much, being it's the weekend before Christmas) and Amber asked me if i was okay leaving them with her for a long time. She told me to bring them in the next day! The facility is amazing, very clean and smelled good too! Did I mention the team groomed both of my poodles? One is a standard, only 8 months and VERY much so in puppy mode, and the other is a 3 pound toy, almost 4 years old, who is feisty when he wants to be. Amber asked me what I wanted and was very thorough. When I got back, I didn't even recognize my standard poodle! She looked SO GOOD. So did my toy, and they perfected his Mohawk as requested! I'm so grateful that I found Bubbly Pups, my pups definitely won't go anywhere else. Check them out, you won't regret it! read more

I took my dog to see this Groomer in March of 2022. The scheduling process was easy and the person I dealt with was polite and courteous. The cost of the services was reasonable as well. However, I was really thrilled at the work they did. My dog looked fabulous when I came back to pick her up! As an aside, this place is pretty busy so you will have to schedule in advance but it's not too long of a wait. Overall, These guys do a great job for a reasonable price, I'll be back! read more

I was a little apprehensive about taking my fur baby to a new groomer. However when I arrived I got over that quickly. I was greeted by two of the nicest young ladies. The grooming parlor was so clean. It didn't even smell like there like most groomer. No dog smell, friendly staff and most of all my fur baby looked absolutely fabulous. They did an extraordinary job. I took my dog here when I couldn't get into my regular groomer's schedule....but I will definitely be back!! This place was so cute and clean inside. Bree groomed my dog and did an amazing job! I can't get over how good he looks, and how good he smells. When I picked him up he was just laying on a dog bed in the salon, I loved that he was comfortable and not locked in a crate. I will now take my dog here for future grooming and I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

We've been looking for a decent groomer for allll of 2020. If you're looking for a caring, knowledgeable and awesome groomer- quit searching and go to Bubbly Pups. Our sometimes extra cockapoo had matting so I assumed he'd come back looking like a chihuahua...Not only did was Amber able to keep him fluffy, but this might be the best groom he's ever had. For real, I'm a picky dog mom and if I so much as get one groomer giving me that "dog mom shame"- I'm out. Not only was the staff super sweet but the grooming cost was affordable! Can't beat it. We'll be loyal customers fo sho. read more

This is the first time that I can remember our dog actually being happy when I picked him up from the groomer. He is typically very nervous and difficult to deal with at the groomer but she handled him really well and has a lot of experience! He looked completely adorable and Amber put the cutest little bandanna on him. She has a really cute shop and will do a great job. Looking forward to going back when our dog needs his next grooming! read more
