After reading multiple reviews of businesses in the area, I decided to try Razzle Dazzle. While checking in, I heard multiple whimpers and cries from dogs that were getting groomed. I had a bad feeling from the beginning. When I picked up my sweet little Maltepoo, I found this GASH on the pad of her paw. You have to pay and tip before you see your dog. I am shocked at the lack of professionalism and the fact that nobody communicated the paw injury to me at all. I noticed as we were driving home that she was licking it. like most dogs, our pup is not a fan of having her nails trimmed. I called to make an appointment and said that we primarily needed a nail trim and inquired what their technique was. we used a groomer ehere we used to live that had a body harness that made the dog stay stan upright, and therefore had to allow you to trim their nails. The girl at the reception when I made the appointment assured me that they had the same thing and would be able to trim our dogs nails. Although our dog didn't need a bath, I dropped her off for the bath and a nail trim. Imagine my disappointment when I picked her up and was told that the bath was $85 and they weren't able to trim her nails. I could have bathed my own dog. Now I'm out $85 plus tip and she still doesn't have her nails done. I wish they more upfront and honest when I looked at the appointment. read more

Feeling mixed about my experience. I booked a "deluxe mini groom" online because I just wanted my pup's face, paw pads, and sanitary areas groomed. I picked him up and was surprised at the price being over $100. I double checked and saw that they charged me for a "full lux grooming." When I showed them that I had only booked a mini groom, they wouldn't change how much they were charging me to match a mini groom :( Overall they did a great job on his groom, it just wasn't the service I had asked them to do. I want to come back, but don't trust that they will do the service I book. read more

Never coming back. I have given this place 3 times to get it right and they fall short every time. We have a 7 month old Bernedoodle and he has yet to have a good haircut. For the amount of money and time pets are at the groomer, I would definitely recommend not resorting to this place. When I picked up our dog today, not only did he have a terrible haircut but he has multiple places where he was scratched by the clippers and is very uncomfortable. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Sadly I do not recommend Razzle Dazzle and will no longer be taking my dog here for grooming. This was the 3rd time he has been to Razzle Dazzle. They are close to home and easy to schedule with. The girl at the front desk has no personality at all. Which I can deal with that, whatever not every where you go is going to have happy, pleasant outgoing employees, I understand that. But I picked my dog up today and they said nothing to me about him getting nicked. When I picked him up he was just shaking all over. I got him home and realized he has a good size cut under his arm. There is no way they did not know that they cut my dog. He is only 6 pounds, so the size cut on him he had to have screamed out in pain. I know accidents happen, but I am not happy about the fact that they didn't tell me they cut my dog. I really wish I would not have tipped them now. We have come here several times and for the most part we have been happy with the results. However, the last time one of our dogs had part of their foot pad clipped off. Enough that they used some sort of clotting agent. I understand things like this can happen. We have been taking my dog to this place for some time now. At first it was great very professional and super nice but as time went on I felt like the service of the staff was cold and came off as rude. I decided to take my dog to a local business instead of a corporate location to support them. But the way we have been getting treated especially my boyfriend when he takes our dog in is just unacceptable. He seems to get no respect or even an acknowledged as a customer, it is because he Hispanic or is there a hard time because his accent or the way he looks that he doesn't get treated like other. Then on top of it the service we got wasn't what we normally get nor expected. This was out last visit here. Why support someone who seems to discriminate against other. Just before Covid-19 hit the area, our puppy got bitten by another dog and also got kennel cough from one visit to this place during their pet sitting hours. After several attempts (even though the front desk lady mentioned she was communicating with either the manager or owners)to get resolution based on the costs associated at the vet to help our dog get better, no responsibility was ever taken by anyone at this business. They always said that it was not possible that this could have happened there, even though there were two clear teeth punctures in his chest and a cough that was also treated as kennel cough by the emergency vet (all happened that day). In addition, we don't have other dogs in our home and this is the only place he went that week outside of our house. However they did notice that our puppy was in good spirits when dropped off but after an hour he was quiet and only laying next to her and she thought it was weird but that was the extent of it... read more

We have a standard poodle who at times can be difficult. We picked this place out two years ago because they advertise being able to handle anxious dogs. Today, after almost two years of going, we were asked not to come back due to our dog not being able to handle the commercial grade dryer they put him in after the bath. It was mentioned we should work with him at home as if we should buy a 500$ dryer to get him used to it. We were also told they have just gotten busy and don't have as much time to spend with him anymore. The other reviews are correct in that the ladies are nice but for the past year it has been challenging to get an appointment time and when we do take him we drop him off at 8AM and he is not done until 5pm because it seems they are overbooked. I guess one way to solve the issue is to ask the more difficult dogs not to come back. What was once a great place to take him has ended in a poor experience. read more
