The open floor plan inside feels good and safe but dividers and sheer curtains give you enough privacy. I appreciate it that both masseuses checked in on pressure as they went. On my first visit I had to explain an old injury. Instead of pretending that he understood me, he went and got the front desk clerk and I was able to quickly explain. The whole thing took about 30 seconds, and they made me feel like they cared about my health and comfort with this small gesture.
