They also sell Korean skincare items. They have claw machines for people to play. The store is big and clean. Everything on the shelves were very neat and well stocked. The employees were nice. The checkout was quick and no line. It wasn't busy when we were there. We were there on a Saturday night, three hours before they closed. There is a big parking lot. There are also reward points to collect. I will be back for sure, and hopefully they will open the Naperville location soon, since it is closer than this location for us.

Given the late last frost date here, I would just wait to buy outdoor plants in the spring. I called ABT and spoke with Lou (his direct # 847-954-4140). I did some research before I called and liked the Samsung 55." 4K NEO QLED, originally $1,297.99, on sale for $897.99. Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job!
