If you want to get around Miami and save money on ride shares and taxis this is the way to go…read more With that being said only book this if you have most of the day to devote to the experience. Traffic in Miami can be busy and something a few miles away could take 20 minutes to travel to so choose your stops wisely. We started the trip at the bayside shopping area. The salesman explained each stop so we had a plan before getting on the bus. The buses were packed and we had to sit downstairs with no air conditioning to go to the first stop. Luckily it only took about 10 minutes. We got off by the beach and enjoyed walking along the boardwalk then spending a half hour on the beach before finishing our walk to the second stop. They say the buses come every 30 minutes and we always seemed to wait 15 or 20 minutes before the bus came. Stops were easy to find with little red signs. We then took the bus to little Havana and enjoyed lunch there. It was fun to drive by the other locations but with the timing we did not have enough time to get off and explore to be in the right area around lunch. They give you headsets that let you listen to facts and information about Miami. Overall the experience is what you make it.

Embarkation and Transportation: Our journey began with a…read morepre-booked Royal Caribbean shuttle from the train station to the port, which proved to be smooth, easy, and completely hassle-free. Upon arrival, however, we experienced a delay sitting on the bus for an hour because the ship's Wi-Fi was temporarily down, halting new cruiser entry. Once operations resumed, the check-in process was entirely seamless. We handed over our large luggage, and it was delivered directly to our stateroom later in the day. Accommodations and Amenities: Our room and room attendant were wonderful. Knowing cruise ship dimensions beforehand, we found the room compact yet comfortable, and having a balcony was a fantastic addition. While the room and the ship itself felt a bit outdated, there was plenty of storage space to keep everything organized. Thanks to my loyalty tier status, we received complimentary robes, and we had pre-ordered water waiting in our room prior to our arrival. Since four of us shared the room, the bed was already separated into two twins, and our attentive room attendant happily folded out the couch and put it back up every single night. Exceptional Dining and Allergy Accommodations: I was completely blown away by the dining experience, especially regarding gluten-free accommodations. The buffet featured a dedicated gluten-free section, and the staff even offered to whip up something fresh if I wasn't comfortable with eating from the buffet. The main dining hall was simply amazing. Every evening, I pre-ordered my meal for the following day, and the servers meticulously went over which dishes could be modified to be gluten-free, including items I never expected could be adapted. The food was consistently delicious, and the main dining hall servers were exceptionally knowledgeable about gluten allergies and provided stellar service, prompting us to tip them extra at the end of the trip. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner there whenever we didn't have excursions. While the main servers were experts, the bar staff were less familiar with gluten-free drink options, so I stuck to the basics. Additionally, Café Promenade offered sandwiches, pizza, and complimentary water and coffee stations, with the option to order a whole fresh gluten-free pizza. Excursions and Onboard Tours: The excursions were an absolute highlight, featuring incredible tours of Santorini, Athens, Mykonos, and Split, Croatia, all led by fantastic tour guides whom we happily tipped at the end. Getting on and off the excursions was a completely seamless process. We also signed up for a behind-the-scenes ship tour, which was fascinating. It included a visit to the kitchens, where we saw firsthand how seriously they take allergy safety, featuring entirely separate stations for different ingredients like fish and gluten-free items, and strict station-locking for staff. Entertainment and Memories: We enjoyed a relaxing 75-minute stone massage at the spa, which felt wonderful. To capture our memories, we purchased a photo package, dressing up for the fun nightly themes, and even splurged on a private photo shoot in Mykonos that yielded amazing results (we opted to buy 15 prints). The onboard shows were smaller than those on mega-ships, but they were still very entertaining, and the best part was that we didn't need to reserve seating in advance like on other Royal Caribbean vessels. Overall Impression: Overall, we were really happy with our cruise experience. The crew went above and beyond to take care of me and my entire group, ensuring a memorable and stress-free vacation.

It's a good location- if you're looking to be in the heart of downtown Miami with nightlife & not too far of a drive to the beaches. The lobby had snacks to purchase and they do have a pool as well as a fitness room. The noise level was adequate during our stay nothing too loud. There was a washer and dryer in the room, which was extremely useful. Downside- No laundry detergent, no utensils in our kitchen. The halls were not in great shape. Carpet should be replaced to rid of the dirty stains & musty smells making your way to your room.

At one point in time, male staff and contractors who Sentral gives room keys to- from pest control…read moreto maintenance- were constantly barging into my room without permission and in violation of my lease. Mind you I am a woman and was not dressed. There were lots of "I'm sorries" from Sentral, but nothing changed. It got to the point where I had to obtain legal advice. While we arrived at an agreement, it soon happened again, and I let the manager know. *Crickets* Very surface level. They are friendly and use many words, 0 actions. You will only start to notice after you have a problem that takes more than 1 second to resolve. I was here for months and months before I noticed their pattern. Do not want to work. It's like, 'yes, I wish that for you too, that you could retire'; unfortunately I do need the services that I'm paying for to be completed. It's not cheap here. These folks would be in for a shock if they tried to work elsewhere (e.g. New York or even developing countries I've visited). They would not make it. Nothing happens unless you prompt it: "ok you've noted the issue, but you're not gonna be here tomorrow. So are you going to let someone else know?" Staff: "oh ok I'll tell such and such" 0 follow-through. They'll tell you that "they have a meeting right now" and will do such and such to address your problem after. *Crickets*. Then next they see you, they'll try to avoid you. It'd be taken as disrespectful, if not for that it's so overt that it's comical. Also lol, you don't need to avoid me; I'm not going to chase you to do your job. I wish I could say it was just a single individual. The staff have friendly personalities; I would be friends with all. As Dumbledore said haha: "It takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to our enemies, but a great deal more to stand up to our friends".
