Got a few hours before your flight and need a place to store your luggage? You may want to consider…read moreusing Hold My Luggage's luggage concierge where you can book your reservation online or at the kiosk. Located at an outdoor kiosk at the main entrance of Bayside Marketplace, you can conveniently drop your luggage off while you shop, grab something to eat or go on any of the tours within walking distance. It's also a few miles away from the Port of Miami. Being able to walk around Bayside with our luggage was so convenient. It was a good way for us to kill some time after our cruise and before our flight. Pro tip: Ask your Uber or Lyft driver to drop you off at the main entrance of Bayside Marketplace to find Hold My Luggage (across from Starbucks).

Great place to store luggage. I wasn't sure what to expect because it was my first time in Miami,…read morebut the place was super convenient to get to after my cruise. I needed somewhere to store my luggage before heading out to the airport. It was a little hard to find from the google map, but it's towards the back of the second floor of the marketplace. The storage is actually just a small part of a luggage store that is at the end. The lady that worked there was one of the nicest in the planet it was really reassuring given our anxiety about the safety of the luggage. I think this is the perfect place to leave luggage and it was really inexpensive. I would use it again in a heartbeat.

Wynwood

WOW, wasn't sure what to expect but this Hotel and Condo combination was a great surprise. Can not…read moresay enough about it. The location was convenient for the Wynwood area. The room felt like a very expensive condo, two bedrooms. two bathrooms, a living room and a full stocked kitchen. Towels were top notch, plus swim towels in the room. Checked out the pool and workout, likely the best I have seen. Highly recommend the Sentral Wynwood.

At one point in time, male staff and contractors who Sentral gives room keys to- from pest control…read moreto maintenance- were constantly barging into my room without permission and in violation of my lease. Mind you I am a woman and was not dressed. There were lots of "I'm sorries" from Sentral, but nothing changed. It got to the point where I had to obtain legal advice. While we arrived at an agreement, it soon happened again, and I let the manager know. *Crickets* Very surface level. They are friendly and use many words, 0 actions. You will only start to notice after you have a problem that takes more than 1 second to resolve. I was here for months and months before I noticed their pattern. Do not want to work. It's like, 'yes, I wish that for you too, that you could retire'; unfortunately I do need the services that I'm paying for to be completed. It's not cheap here. These folks would be in for a shock if they tried to work elsewhere (e.g. New York or even developing countries I've visited). They would not make it. Nothing happens unless you prompt it: "ok you've noted the issue, but you're not gonna be here tomorrow. So are you going to let someone else know?" Staff: "oh ok I'll tell such and such" 0 follow-through. They'll tell you that "they have a meeting right now" and will do such and such to address your problem after. *Crickets*. Then next they see you, they'll try to avoid you. It'd be taken as disrespectful, if not for that it's so overt that it's comical. Also lol, you don't need to avoid me; I'm not going to chase you to do your job. I wish I could say it was just a single individual. The staff have friendly personalities; I would be friends with all. As Dumbledore said haha: "It takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to our enemies, but a great deal more to stand up to our friends".

We had a good stay at the Biscayne Bay Marriott in Miami. Our room, Room 3004 on the 30th floor,…read morewas nice and had a great view of Biscayne Bay, the Venetian Islands, and Miami Beach. We would stay here again. Pricing: We paid $1,038.56 for three nights, or $346.19 per night after various taxes and fees. We came for a wedding and got a group block rate of $269.00 per night before taxes and fees. Wedding Experience: This hotel sits directly on the bay and is adjacent to the Venetian Marina & Yacht Club dock. We attended an Indian wedding here and participated in a baraat (the groom's procession). The groom arrived via boat, which was cool. The ceremony took place outside on the Bayview Terrace. The backdrop was beautiful; very Miami. Lunch in one of the ballrooms was catered by the hotel's sous chef, who is Indian. The Indian food was outstanding, and I made sure to give the chef my compliments in person. The Room: Our room was a "Bayview Queen." It had two queen beds. It was just my wife and me. The room was clean, comfortable, updated, and modern. I appreciated that even though the bathroom had only one sink, there was a decent amount of surface space for our toiletries. Other Notes: We got an $18 daily dining credit, but never used it. It would be nice if the credit was applicable to gift shop purchases (e.g., bottles of water, snacks), but it's not. I relied on the cheap in-room coffee. Not terrible for cheap in-room coffee. The elevators were nice and fast. This hotel has 31 floors.

But at the same time: everywhere in the hotel is heavily over scented (including the outside spaces??), the coffee is horrendous, the sliding glass doors in the shower don't stay closed, the mattress is super worn and THE PILLOWS. The pillows are basically flat nothing feathers in a pillow case. So, I wouldn't return on purpose.
