This pla e was crazy busy!!! When we both dropped off and picked up our luggage there was a line of several people in front of us doing transactions, so we defined to wait maybe 10 minutes or so to check in and check out our luggage. Overall, the process is seamless and the girl working was very friendly. Our luggage was fine when we came to pick it up. Nothing missing. The girl called a cab for us to take us to the airport and it ended costing about 55 bucks, certainly cheaper than an Uber for midday, Monday travel. Cabbie arrived to pick us up right out front within 5 minutes. Dropped one star simply because the lobby needed air conditioning and it was quite warm inside as we waited to be served. read more

We had a layover in Miami for the day and needed a place to store our backpacks while we were at the beach. This place was a bit pricier than we thought it would be but they provided a place for changing and using the bathroom. We only had two backpacks and they charged us $16 which was the price of the "carry on" instead of just a personal item so that was a bit confusing. The staff was very sweet and accommodating though. This is a great place in south beach to stash your luggage's while you explore! We Ubered right from the airport to here. The lady was friendly when we came into the nice air conditioning. They had aerosol spf for sale ($15) so that was convenient. There was 1 changing room and 1 bathroom, so there was a bit of a wait when we got there but it was great. Would recommend ! read more

Came back with sand from the beach and the guy at the counter was super helpful letting me use the hose on the side of the building to get the sand off and they have somewhere to change if you would like to change clothes also have ice cold bottled water for $1 while you wait. Back to Miami for more than half the day since we no longer had our hotel & could not get in contact with them we looked to yelp for some help my friend found this place. It was perfect for us we each had 2 bags a carry on luggage & a small bag it was $13 to hold for a few hours, good price & at least you know the bags are being looked after. The lady that helped us was nice, we got back to pick up our bags at around 430 the place closes at 6pm this worked out well for us. Convenient location close enough to the beach & restaurants. They have a bathroom good for a quick change before heading to the airport & plenty of outlets to charge your phone. great service will keep this place in mind for future trips. read more

With a late flight out of Miami and a beautiful beach calling my name, I needed somewhere to store my luggage. This place charges $5-$10 for a bag and is close enough to walk back to in case you need to grab something you may have forgotten while you're on the beach. The hours aren't the best (9a-6p) but their service made my last day in Miami one for the books! Highly recommend this company to fill your checked luggage needs. read more

As per the previous review, they claim they open at 9 but when I arrived, the place was empty. I called in, and they told me that "Jenny" was at a meeting at the main office and that she would be back in 15 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes, then 20, then 30 and still nobody was there. I called back in, and now they won't even pick up. They literally hang up after 1 dial tone. This place is shoddily run and trying time store a bag here is way more trouble than it's worth. Don't let the good reviews fool you - if the owner is willing to lie and then dodge responsibility like this, then who's to say what will happen to your bags. read more

I was SO HAPPY to have found this business. This past Monday we had to check out of our Airbnb by 2pm and we had a 9:30pm flight out of MIA. Prior to our trip I wasn't sure what we would do with our bags - either check it at the airport, find a friend to let us store our bags, or try our luck at a hotel. All were inconvenient options so I Googled/Yelped to see if there was any other choice. I Yelped and happened upon Luggage Lounge and was thrilled. This was perfect because this allowed us to spend our last day of our trip in South Beach which we hadn't gone to during the rest of our trip. We were so excited when our Uber driver told us there was a place to store our bags in South Beach while we waited for our flight after getting back from a cruise. However, we were greatly disappointed that they were not open at 9AM as stated on their website, Yelp, and the door of the building. We ended up waiting until 9:30 and when they were still not open we made alternative plans. Couldn't trust to leave our luggage with a place that doesn't even open when they say they will. For anybody that also faces this issue, the attendant for American Airlines was very accommodating and allowed us to check our bags 11 hours early and the airport also has a place to store bags in terminal D for a small fee. read more
