Not the best. Took my best friend to get her nails done, and the places we normally go were opening late or wouldn't work on a nail that had come off the bed. So we ended up here. Only one technician was working when we got there. He had just started on someone else's set, but he said the wait was ten minutes. Alright... A few more people started coming in. After each of them asked how long the wait would be, he would tell them ten minutes. After about an hour, a few more employees got there. Even though we were the first ones in line waiting, they did not take her first because she was getting a manicure but no pedicure. So half an hour later they were finally ready to start. Color selection wasn't that great, and there was nothing really cool or interesting as far as designs. Speaking of cool, it was HOT in that salon. Okay so I really didn't want to write this review because it's embarrassing and I should of been more cautious but nobody is to blame here but the manager and owner of this nail shop. I came in and got a pedicure and gel manicure everything was fine at first, I sat down in the spa chair they started filling up with warm water I felt comfortable. When the guy started doing my pedicure he did an okay job didn't really clean my nails or checked for ingrown toenails. He just did the basic and didn't really put effort . Then that's when I noticed they don't have anything pre packaged or sterilized at all the man brought a basket like from the dollar store to organize makeup and he got the tools from there. None of them were new not the buffer, nail file or the pumice stone. Then when he proceeded to remove my callus he used a cheese grater looking thing and scrubbed too hard. To be honest the service is mediocre and I wouldn't recommend it at all. Yet my biggest concern is that they gave me a fungal infection on my feet and toe nails. I learned my lesson the hard way if it's not new or sterilized don't use. I use to go to solar nails in castle hills but it's a drive for me and it's a little more pricy but I definitely learned my lesson! Cheaper is not always better ! Now I had to buy products from Amazon to heal my fungus infected toe nails and my peeling feet . Honestly! This is the most embarrassing review and I was dreading to make it because the lady there is very nice but people deserve to know that this nail shop is spreading fungus!!!!!! read more

From the outside you would not think this little gem is serene and roomy. I was immediately warmly greeted and asked which services I would like. I came in for a much needed pedi. I immediately noticed how nicely decorated and charming the placed looked. The gentleman led me to a pedi chair and helped me sit, took my purse to hang it next to me and asked if I'd like anything to drink (bottled water or soda). The pedi chair was a delight, with its different degrees of massage and little tables. Also FREE WIFI!! Large television set to a local TV station. Excellent job on my French pedi. I came in for a French tip pedicure and as soon as I sit down they send over a young boy about the age of 14/15 to do my pedicure. While filing the bowl with water he was putting on a metal piece that connects with the tub so the water can bubble, mins you he put it wrong and ended up spraying me in between my legs!!! Made me kind of upset but I just brushed it off.....so through out the process he starts to cut my cuticles and nails and I'm getting upset because he isn't cutting anything but air ! I'm mad because I had a messed up toe nail that needed to be fixed. So I decided to finally speak and ask to change the person because he was just not doing anything well. Went in today for the first time for mani and pedi. The man recommended deluxe pedi but I told him no I want the regular, he still did the deluxe pedi. I Asked how much it would be for my mani and pedi and he told me $80. They charge separately for the gel polish. I didn't feel welcomed because the man was yanking my feet in and out of the water and being aggressive overall. This was a terrible experience and I will never go back to this overpriced place. Terrible.. So I live close by and this spot has always been convenient. Every single time I give them the benefit of the doubt and trust it'll be a decent job I'm reminded why I don't come here‍ After this last time I'm done...for good! So 1) he filed my nails so hard he left cuts on the side of my finger, on 2 fingers! One was so deep it dripped blood! 2) the paint job was trash. I had to tell him multiple times to go over some areas and the edge of the nail. 3) the finished product was an uneven shape, messy polish and the nails were not smooth! I don't know what it was but there was like dust under the topcoat and it came out bumpy. Literally the worst looking set. Every time I pointed out a flaw he acted like I was wrong and gave me attitude! Like wtf.. I understand things are tough these days but at least put some pride into your work and establish a good name for yourself, and your shop. I wasted money here and would not recommend this place! Oh and also! Non of the tools were sanitized or changed out. He finished my nails and started on someone else with the same tools he used on me!! The file he used to dig into my skin and leave cuts that drew blood he did not throw away!! I don't know if it was a bad day for him but it was a complete shit show and my nails are f**ked up!! Hola nails is a nail salon. I didn't hear about it by anyone I saw it one day and decided to give it a try. I used to go to this nail salon every month exactly. They do amazing nails it's pretty pricey but worth it they make your nails look great they are very gental with your nails and they try not to hurt you. I would rate this place five stars. My nails usually cost 45.00 dollars due to me only getting the coffin tip nails. A suggestion I have is for them to get a bigger building because it's a very great place. Terrible. I have given them 2 times to give me a shellac manicure and each time has been a disappointment. The first time the lady scratched my current polish off with her own nails (uh gross. There are tools for that). Both times small hairs have been painted on my nails. When asked to have the hairs removed, they gave me attitude. Lastly, they don't even paint them correctly. They paint your finger as well. When your nails grow out just a little, this causes the paint to completely peel off. Like how can you work at a nail salon and not know how to paint nails??
