After 2 nights of backpacking this salad hit the spot! So delicious with all the right ingredients. Worth every single penny.

Ole! Mexican and Peruvian, interesting menu. The dishes we tried - tender delish baby rack ribs stacked with one scoop mash potato ball. Please more potato and sauce next time. Halibut tacos a-ok and more mango sauce will take it up a notch. Very convivial atmosphere and a nice lay out in the woods, spacious inside and outside. Find your happy, where you can chill out, pig out and drink up. Chips and fresh salsa, ole.! Margaritas, ole! Rotating microbrews on tap, ole! Servers wear T-shirts with big letters DEA - in small print "drink every afternoon" LOL! Another margarita! Ole! Give it a try! What else can I say? Ole ole!

A surprising find along the forest road that leads into Camp Sherman, Hola! is a fantastic, cute little gem serving Mexican and South American cuisine, in a decidedly fish-out-of-water location! Now, some people might scoff at a restaurant situated on the fringes of a campground site in a national forest, but I tell you what: after a couple of days semi-roughing it, a margarita, caipirinha or pina colada is a pretty welcome treat! Over the course of our three day excursion, we stopped in twice, usually for a mid-afternoon snack: one day, the Guacamole Fresca, assembled tableside while you watch; the next day, the Ceviche Mexicano. Each time, baskets of fresh tortilla chips accompanied them, as well as two salsas, one a spicy red, the other a milder, cilantro lime. Both were fantastic! And of course, pina coladas (virgin ones for the kids and pregnant wife) and caipirinhas accompanied them, as well as Pisco Sour, for something a little more exotic. Hola!'s prices are pretty steep, all things considered, but if you're not taking into account its remote location, in addition to its stellar food and service, then your complaint doesn't have legs to it. And hey, my wife, who boldly agreed to go camping while full-blown nine month's pregnant, certainly deserved it! She very much appreciated Hola!'s convenient location, stellar food, and change of pace from the rigors of semi-roughing it. When the inconveniences of camping with kids are driving you nuts, sweet relief is a margarita away!

We've enjoyed it a few times but they have gotten more expensive over time and we are not sure we will be going back.

Peruvian Food was great. Very tasty. The margaritas drinks were bit lacking and a bit expensive. Overall had a great evening.

Honestly, my party's experience was just average - I wish it was better!! The food wasn't all too great and the service was a bit slow (we ran out of water a couple of times and had to flag down servers to help us). Despite 4/5 of us ordering meals and splitting the food to share, not a single meal was finished because the taste was only so-so. I would say it's a good place for convenience, not a good place for a wonderful experience or menu, if that makes sense! On the plus side, they did accommodate me and my professionally trained service dog, which I appreciate! They were confused at first why I was requesting a specific table type to accommodate my disability & dog, but once I was able to converse with the hostess more, they were willing to free up a table for us. Sometimes it takes a bit of educating, but I'm thankful they were willing :)

First serving of chips and salsa included, additional at $3.50......that's just b.s. Ordered a strawberry margarita, wasn't offered blended or on the rocks. Was served on the rocks, just t a real margarita in my opinion. Outdoor patio is nice but was staffed by one person who simply could not keep up. The dog friendly atmosphere is nice and comfortable. Overall not terrible but not worth a trip back. There are several Mexican restaurants in Bend that offer better food d and better service.

We enjoyed it the first time, but this visit really confirmed that it's one of our favorite places to eat when we're here. The lakeside setting is beautiful and relaxing, and the restaurant itself is much larger than it appears from the outside. Even when it's busy, it never feels crowded or rushed. Between the six of us, we ordered the chili verde, Mandarin chicken salad, Margherita pizza, BBR BLTA, cheeseburger, and turkey sandwich. Everyone genuinely enjoyed their meal. In fact, there wasn't a single dish that drew anything less than an enthusiastic thumbs up from around the table. One thing I like about Lakeside Bistro is that it's more than just a restaurant. There's a small market and gift shop connected to the dining area, so it's fun to wander around a bit before heading out. They also serve espresso drinks, which made for a nice pick-me-up for the drive back. Will we be back? Without question. Good food, good friends, and a beautiful view over the lake is a winning combination. There are tons of drink options (in the fridges) and a full bar. The view by the water is fantastic. We ordered a few large pizzas for the kids which were all completely eaten. The adults got a few different entrees and enjoyed them all. The Italian grinder with tots was really good. My friend who ordered the ribs loved them. The mac-n-cheese was good too. The only downside is that you are paying for the convenience of the location. Our bill got high pretty quickly and we also ordered a few bottles of wine as well. Overall would recommend having a meal here while you stay in the area. The view is awesome and the staff were very helpful and nice. We also ordered over a dozen drinks during the day from the outside window while at the pool and all the drinks were good. We also ordered a few pizzas pool side for the kids too.

I ordered the fish tacos which were delicious. We're cooked a little hard and had a little more coating then desired, but everything else was delicious and came together perfectly. Will definitely be returning to try some of the other options, but don't sleep on Chulita's.

The Juices... Oh wow, these are the best juices I have ever tasted in my life! Completely forgot about juice until we tried Chulitas' offerings, and now we're addicted. The flavors are so vibrant and refreshing, it's like a rush of fresh flavor in every sip. I can't recommend their juices enough--order one without a doubt. But Chulitas is more than just incredible juices. The food here is so delicious! The use of super fresh ingredients and fantastic flavors created a special treat. We tried dishes from across the menu, and each one left us absolutely satisfied and happy. Textures and flavors executed to perfection. Considering the exceptional quality of the food and drinks, the prices here are an absolute steal.
