Not only did they allow one daughter to work on a Lego that was being built for the store but they also helped the other daughter source bricks, and gave her ideas, for her own creation of a restaurant she's working on. After all, Lego builds have now become a staple for the 18+ crowd for many years now. There are themes for everyone - Architecture, Botanicals, F1, Harry Potter, Star Wars, and so much more! And with that, comes the service you can expect from Brick Experts to guide you and help suggest what should be in your bag next. They offer insight and friendly support as you spend your way to building great experiences and the memories that come along with them. You will find experiences within every single budget imaginable and you can even select bricks that you might need to build something new in large or small boxes. Believe me, with strategy, you can put many random bricks in these boxes, and they even have a minifigure station to build a replica of yourself or another personality of your choosing. Super fun there, too! Corey was our expert of the day - checking on us frequently and also suggesting new items that may have been missed or not thought of. And if needing help to choose what's next, he is super good at being supportive when you're not sure of what's next.

We've never been to Altex until this visit when we saw the sign from the freeway and decided to check out what the store had to offer. We walked in looking for a specific firewall, and Christian helped us find everything that we needed in the store. We didn't grab a cart when we arrived, but grabbed so much equipment that Christian helped us carry the hardware and set it aside for us at the checkout counter. We needed him to walk all around the store and show us where to locate specific parts. It was great! They had everything that we needed. Also, when our ride didn't park in the correct parking lot, Christian walked outside with us helping us carry the heavy boxes. He was so nice and helpful!!

I can't say enough great things about Sandy, Gus, and the entire team at Woodcraft…read more I first walked into the store with a special request. I was building a retirement plaque for one of the most respected Chiefs I've ever worked for and needed help engraving a logo that Chief had originally designed years ago. Without hesitation, Sandy said yes. What started as a simple CNC engraving project quickly turned into something much more. Sandy opened the doors to the shop, welcomed me in, and made me feel like part of the team from day one. He and Gus generously shared their knowledge, answered countless questions, and spent hours helping bring this project to life. As if that wasn't enough, Sandy and Gus also built two additional gifts for the Chief's retirement. Those projects took many hours of their personal time, yet they never asked for anything in return. Their generosity, craftsmanship, and willingness to help are truly rare! The customer service at Woodcraft is second to none. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping others succeed. Whether you're a seasoned woodworker or just getting started, this is the kind of place that makes you want to learn more and keep coming back. Because of this experience, I'll be a Woodcraft customer for life! More importantly, the friendships that came from them simply opening their doors and making me feel at home have been an incredible blessing. I will FOREVER be grateful to Sandy and Gus for everything they've done! If you've ever thought about woodworking, stop by the store and sign up for a class. The knowledge, experience, and sense of community you'll find here are truly exceptional.

SO DISAPPOINTED AND MAD!!!…read more I am not the type of person who puts a BAD reviews. But i feel like i have to spread the word about my experience.....So, today my husband and I went to Cash America Pawn in 7544 N Lamar and got to buy a gold pendant. This lady who's helping me with my purchase offer me to clean "My personal jewelry which is my engagement ring" after we paid for the pendant that we bought and of course I said yes coz who wouldn't want a free jewelry cleaning and she's so nice to me. Before I hand it to her, and I checked all the diamonds in it and my engagement ring was perfectly fine. After a little while, she got back with my ring, she did a great job cleaning it but when I was checking on it, I noticed that one diamond on my wedding ring is missing and I told her about it. I find it so weird coz my husband just bought that ring in March 2022 and sign of wear and tear so I am sure that all the diamonds are intact. And I start to realize that she told me when I was checking the pendant that I bought and she said "Oh I love your ring, can I see it?" And I showed it to her up-close. Anyways, she went to the back of the office to check if it was there and told me it's not there. And I told her that I am not leaving until she finds it and this other lady named Kitty help to look for it, went to the back of the office and she found it... Took my ring to the jewelry repair shop and they told me it has a sign of forced picking of the diamond on the band where the diamond sets. Thanks to Kitty who found the loose diamond.
