It was 15 minutes before I was seated at a pedicure station, and then I soaked for at least 20 minutes. I made an appointment because I truly didn't have extra time in my weekend. After finally getting my toes done, Ivy left me there at the pedicure station to attend to another customer. I finally was fed up and almost 2 hours in, I went up to the front and they had me sit at a dirty nail station while I waited for someone to take care of my fingernails. If I didn't have an event that night, I would've been gone. Finally I was placed with a gentleman (while sitting right next to Ivy who was attending to yet another client) and got one of the least appealing set of nails I've ever had. Topping the whole experience off was CNN when I arrived but soon after was turned to FOX news. Who goes to a salon for that? Avoid this place at all costs.

I call a few hours ahead of time and make an appointment - they get me in every time. Alec is by far the best pedicure I've ever gotten in my 20+ years of getting pedicures. But again, anybody you see here is excellent and will listen. I've never gotten an infection or fungus, I've never been cut, and I've always loved coming here. They do an excellent thickness with the acrylic so they're not too thin and break and they're not gobby and thick either. They also don't lift on the sides. My lady checked my feet and started talking smack about my short toe nails. I understood so I told her, yes, I know my toes are short. She pretended not to hear me. It got awkward. Then she asked me what I wanted to do for my full set. I showed her a picture and she got angry, started nibbling to the guy again. I asked her who was going to do my full set so I can talk about colors. She ignored me again. I didn't think my requested design was that complicated or too much to ask for so I don't know what her problem was. My pedicure was OK. Nothing to write home about. My full set was horrible. He didn't cleanup my cuticles at all. That was the main reason I went in was because I needed a new set and my cuticles were getting all gross. Nope, he didn't even go close to the cuticles. Just ignored them. The acrylic was bumpy, the design was off. A few nails were horribly shaped. He left acrylic all over my nails and skin, on top of a horrible filing job. At the end, he wiped off the access powder from my hand and told me I'm done. No cuticle oil. Nothing. I don't know who is posting all these professionally done nail pictures but that's not what I got. My nails were horrible.
