Little did I know (because I quilt regularly) there is a difference between comforter and bedspread (aka quilt) sizes, but the clerk INSISTED I got a queen instead of a Cal King (despite the bag and tag stating Cal King), THEN pulled a chart out of her pocket and proceeded to tell me that a Cal King proper comforter size absolutely, beyond a shadow of a doubt, was 72 by 84.
