Unfortunately for my wallet this store has everything haha. I've gotten so many holiday stuff on sale. Too much in fact. But for a great price! The only thing I suggest is more cashiers. This location is extremely busy on the weekends and 3 cashiers just isn't cutting it when the lines are severely backed up. I can only imagine it'll be worse after Thanksgiving. Also the store AC needs to be turned down when it's crowded. Too much body heat. Also a mention that there's this insanely loud humming coming from the ceiling by the registers and aisles up front. I had one goal today. Grab the cow blanket that seemingly everyone is posting about!!! I know, I know. It's made of polyester. I use cotton flat sheets anyway so it will be okay! So. Yes, Hobby Lobby had the cow blanket sets in stock and in different sizes. They also had sheet sets and throws! But they're polyester too unfortunately so I had to pass. BUT bedding was half-off when I visited. Yay! Today was a win, found what I needed and snagged it up at a discount :) And customer service was impeccable as always! read more

Least enjoyable shopping experience in the history of consumerism. Hobby Lobby Stores in general do typically carry what I need however, getting out of the store with those items in a timely fashion is an impossibility....not just today but EVERY TIME! Questions: Why have 9 registers but only 3 of them staffed? Why are items still rung up at the register like it's 1982? Are all the cashiers on company mandated sedatives ? There are only 3 registers open with 10-15 customers in each line and the cashiers do not show one iota of urgency. Today's the day I draw the line in the sand. I'll never bless the doors of another Hobby Lobby and I'll pray regularly that Amazon puts Hobby Lobby out of business simply to end all the needless consumer suffering. read more

It's one of two places we go for art supplies in Texas. Michaels has certain things that Hobby Lobby doesn't. But it's hard to beat the prices here. It's a go to for framing. And I enjoy the plastic model aisle as a reminder of fond boyhood hobbies. The workers are always very helpful if checkout seems a bit slow. The design of the store could stand to be redone, except that it probably helps keep the prices down. My one gripe here is that the Muzak Liberace arrangements of hymns feel heavy ha srsly churchy. My mission: shop for Christmas decorations for the office. Made a beeline directly to big, wonderful, plentiful Hobby Lobby. At Christmas time this store does not disappoint. In addition to so many design styles, color choices and price points they have a magnificent mark down pre-Christmas on the decorations. I started crocheting and I am totally addicted so I am here often for yarn. I also do some jewelry so I'm always here for beads. I prefer everything here over Michael's or Joann's. The quality is better and you get more for your money usually. And everything is always pretty well stocked, someone will check in the back for certain colors if they are out or low in stock out on the floor. My only complaint is the lines are usually long in the afternoon and on. Other than that I love it, I visit multiple times a week. read more

I loveeee Hobby Lobby but this location/store... ughhh. They just aren't nice here! I think they need new management. Normally HL stores are all cheery and festive but this one- not once the entire holiday season! The people who work here act like you are in their way when they are stocking the shelves. I mean every non verbal cue is given and it screams "move! I'm working and you are in my way" while you are shopping. There is one particular cashier who mainly works at the front, today she did my return. I know she isn't seasonal because I've encountered her at least 3 times in the past shopping there, no including today. I think her name is Cherie. She is an absolute cow- I mean that's the nicest word I can say about her. She is awful! Everything about her screams "I hate you and I hate being here" when ever she has helped me at checkout. Her tone is incredibly dismissive and cold, and she is the antithesis of everything good and nice that hobby lobby stands for. She had her back to me today when I walked up to the returns register and asked if I could do a return. Her response. The most curt "yup" I've gotten out of her yet. At the end of the transaction I said "thank you. Merry Christmas", her response.."humph" . Like ok lady, don't work in customer service at a store that is all about happiness and niceness if you can't just be at the very minimum POLITE. I spent a good 60+ minutes at this store. Going up and down all the aisles, seeing staff walk in front of me and even beside me without as much as a Hi. I expect more customer interaction, at least a smile. I didn't feel any joy or happiness, everyone was walking around like zombies. Bought some fabric at Hobby Lobby. Needed more,went back to the same location. They got more in. However they changed the code on the fabric,it went from 6.95 to 26.95! I talked the managers at the two locates. I had proof on my phone, a sample of the fabric and they acted like I was crazy! read more

Let me start by saying that I absolutely LOVE HL! I normally love the experience of the good buys, and the Christian music while I shop! However, this location needs new management. I have had many interactions with the manager (asking questions, a return, one time I was trying to find something and asked her), every single interaction with her made me feel like she hated her job. She was rude, short, harsh, easily agitated and made me feel bad for asking her where to find something. I have even witnessed her speaking to her employees in a harsh tone. To my knowledge she has been at this location since they opened and I honestly don't know how she is still there. I have never encountered or witnessed someone so harsh as an employee at Hobby Lobby. Maybe replacing (P______) would change the moral of the store. Find someone who lifts others, rather than tears them down. If she treats customers like that, I feel sorry for the employees. read more

Great store to go to for seasonal decor. I come here every year for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas decor. Always look at the ads! I only shop when items are 50% off. At least one week a month something you want there will be 50% off. Also every ad has a 40% off a full price item coupon. The only thing that stinks about shopping about Hobby Lobby is how tight the aisles are and how long it takes to check out. The three stars are due to the checkout always taking forever and for prices being over the top if you are not shopping on 50% off week. read more

I only give 2 stars because I found exactly what I needed. However the troubles that I had to endure wasn't worth it. Walking in there multiple people walking around without face masks in an overly crowded store. Literally people packed on top of one another in the isles. With no staff in forcing anything as far as distance or requiring face masks. I understand its a busy season but upon this pandemic and regardless of if you believe in it or not, it is not only selfish on the business but also on the patrons of this location to put peoples heath at risk. read more

There was no sense of urgency and when I complained it fell on deaf ears and no one seemed to care. Let me start by saying, I love everything about Hobby Lobby; products, Christian music while I shop etc; however, this store has no customer service. I just moved to the area so I went in to spend some decent money on my new house and when I walked through the door, the two girls looked up from talking (it was dead - not busy) and immediately looked back down and started talking to each other - no greeting. This store is set up different from my store where I moved from so I couldn't find anything! I found a few things and then asked one of the employees, in an isle, where to find "such in such" and she looked up, gasped and said isle # and looked back at what she was doing. At this point, I really began feeling the vibe of this store. Several more isles, can't find several more items asked another person and continued to get the same result. While looking at one isle, I guess the girl needed to stock the shelf and she asked me to move! No pardon me, no hello, no " do you need help", just please move. The somber faces and no "did you find everything ok" at check out left me feeling like I annoyed them and shouldn't have spent my hundreds in this store! I left my card for a manager but never received a call. Fast forward, last night one of my new co-workers went to the same store and she had the same experience. Her experience went one further where the worker asked her to get off her phone inside the store! Now, I don't know if she was talking too loud or what the reasoning; however, when she came to work this morning still upset over the treatment, it brought back my initial experience in this store as well. I generally try to write positive feedback as well as negative. I sincerely hope whatever is going on in this store can be brought to light and the attitude and vibe can brighten! Hobby Lobby is a Christian based company and many people who shop here may not share the same belief and this is the experience they receive and feel Christians are hypocrites. We Christians are not, just human and have bad days like all people but need to remember to try harder to reflect Christ-like behavior. My friend/co-worker that was still upset this morning felt "abused" at this store and I am sorry she had to associate it with a Christian company. read more

First off, I really like Hobby Lobby for their selection and sale prices. But this location is by far the worse I have come to for customer service. I was at this location just 2 days ago and during my 2 hours in the store, I heard numerous employees complaining about how the company treats them, how they hate working there and also how they could not wait to get off work. I literally heard this on any aisle I was on and they had no problem talking about it as customers were trying to shop. I even heard one girl on the aisle over talk about how she started back seeing her Physiatrist and how the company is giving her a hard time about it. She went on for at least 10 minutes about how crazy she is and what she expects the company to do for her. I was almost run over by employees walking or pushing carts and no excuse me or sorry. Also, as they were stocking, they would just walk in front of you and restock a shelf or two without acknowledging you. I saw this happen to lots of others during my visit. I never really have seen much customer service at this store in the few years that I have been going. Most of it occurs at checkout if it does. I do have to say that on this day, Hannah, the girl checking me out was friendly and interactive with me the whole time. If this was just this one time, I would not be writing this but it seems to be every time I enter this store that I see, hear or feel un-welcomed or an inconvenience to them. They have a great selection and the sales are a great bonus. But not sure that it is worth my time anymore and it is not just around the holidays when it is so busy that this occurs. read more

Make sure to use your phone to take pictures of posted sale prices or just remember them all - when checking out, it seems the clerks never apply the appropriate sale prices unless you specifically call it out, which then increases the time spent checking out in their long lines. They simply type in the sticker prices and go. I feel like they might as well be using an abacus for as effective as their computers are. Doubt I'll be coming back here again. Plenty of other shops & online markets to go to that don't rip you off or rely on antiquated registers & pricing/sales systems. read more

This is the worst place to shop . I understand they have a lot of things there but nothing is ever in the correct spot I look around for a while trying to get the best price , than when I get up front they start ringing up some different price !! I've bought the same ,exact same set of flowers and had all 3 sets come out to different prices and the employee who looked at where I was when I got the set said they were on on sale but when I showed her the sale sticker she started blaming her company and than when I didn't buy that bs she started blaming her customers and than when that made the situation worse (because she was blaming fellow customers as well as my self ) it's not my fault you can't do your job and make sure things are priced correctly! Sure if you want me to put on an ugly orange smock and walk around like I have no clue what I'm doing I'd be a a great candidate for this job but I'm guessing that's not what they want. This is not the first time I have had this exact same thing happen to me at this same location a few weeks before and than maybe a month before ! They are having problems maybe in management and maybe in staffing but all I know is if you shop there I have you have an open budget because you never know what price they will throw at you . I am highly disappointed at the service my good friend and I received today at this Hobby Lobby location. We visit hobby lobby locations and never had a complaint until today. We walked in simply to get some ribbon to make a bow. My friend said hobby lobby has a little work station we could possibly use after the purchase of our ribbon. It literally takes her 3-4 minutes to make a bow. At checkout, the clerk does ask if we found everything ok, we said yes and she proceeded with the checkout. Once she bagged the 2 ribbons she grabs the bag and tosses it towards me on the counter. It wasn't after the face I made of disgust that she stated "it's one of those day. I'm just tossing things here and there" as she rolls her eyes. No I'm sorry, no remorse for her unprofesionalism at all. I refrain from saying anything negative and just checkout. My friend thought it was nice to ask her if we could use the workstation or if she could guide us to a clerk that could ok it. She stated, "No, that is not my work station. I can't allow you to use it" We then go to the area where the workstation was to look for the clerk that could ok us using it, nobody in sight. So we decided to make the ribbon which only took 3 minutes. Within those 3 minutes we see a clerk and say "We're Sorry, we couldn't find you and started using this space to make a ribbon for a couple minutes." She looked at us with a disgusted look and vocalized absolutely nothing but her demeanor, negative attitude and facial expressions stated the obvious. She rolled her eyes and continued to walk away. At that point I realize, Hobby Lobby prides itself in having a large Christmas selection yet has no jolly staff in this facility. Yes, we should have looked for a manager to see if it was ok to use the workstation but by the time that happened we'd be waiting for a longer period of time and could be finished making the bow. I'll stick to home goods or Michaels for our next purchase of Christmas decor. The staff here is just underpaid or highly disgruntled people. read more

Hobby lobby is a scam gym the ground up. Fake prices and sales. Use intelligence and don't support it. If you ever pay "listed price" there they have scammed you. At any point you can use a 40% off coupon available daily but if you try to buy something and forget your phone to show them the trivial coupon, they will not accommodate you. There's only 1 line for return and exchanges. During the holiday, I suggest more people working returns and exchanges. I shouldn't have to wait 20 min for just a simple return. Every single line was open for regular purchases and only 1 line for return and exchanges. Clearly, I see there's some sort of lead on the floor that is capable of helping and making themsleves useful. I was not the only one complaining of the wait time. In a nutshell, make use of the people you have on The floor and on registers. Train more people to work returns and exchanges to effectively move happy customers faster. read more
