Since Covid 19 I've found myself with a lot more time at home .. what to do what to do. ORGANIZE of course! Container store to the rescue. Order online pick a time for pick up, done. It's that easy! When you arrive you literally click a link in your email confirmation and out they come with your goodies! Very safe very quickly.. very addictive! Container store is spoiling me I may never want to shop any other day

For the person with organization OCD - this store is your dealer. I am one who likes my home organized but this store is for the next level of organization. They have everything from garage & cars to kitchen to bedroom to attic. They have items you would never think about that needed a custom container - they have it.

Encountered with a very rude cashier who acts like she owns the store. Please shop where shopping is pleasant.

I've Always wanted to stop and spend some time in this lovely store. Sadly it's beside central…read moremarket so I'm usually in a hurry. Earlier in the week I had the time and found a most exquisite necklace. This is better than the Kendra Scott we all see everywhere, without being Tiffany in price point. They seem to have a little of everything, things for the house, jewelry, lamps and just unique finds. If I were ever to open a retail store this is the type I would want. I bought a Judith Voss necklace (she is having a trunk show tomorrow) I unfortunately and busy getting chemo and couldn't make it. The incredibly generous owner offered me the trunk show deal early. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I wasn't pleasant in my decline. No excuses I just wasn't. I actually felt bad enough I came home and asked God to forgive me for being mean and rude. I wanted to apologize to her so I called and reached her, as expected she was gracious about my behavior and I still wanted another necklace for a gift to my 80+ cousin. Again she made the early offer. As it sometimes turns out they were out of the one I wanted for her. But the staff found me another piece and it might actually even be more pretty than my original choice. Again they are giving me the discount a day early. Let's be honest, I was unpleasant, I was a hassle making them search for a subuisite, gift wrap etc. each of the employees seems patient, kind and treat me as if I'm spending big $$$. I have stage IV cancer and the only big bucks thrown around here seem to go to doctors driving Mcclarins. This is a lengthy post because I feel it addresses some real issues we have in society now - I was needlessly rude, she and her employees did not respond in kind. They were patient and kind and determined to please me and there just isn't enough of that any more. Please try this shop out I can't imagine the great Christmas gifts I'll find here (if they allow me back in the store) My honest prayer is that for every lousy customer like me, they have 1000 that are kind and thoughtful like them. And I hope for every dollar I spend someone comes in and spends $10,000. I want to see her business thrive.

The owners are really nice and they make it fun to shop. The value seems good. We saw many things that we are interested in. Overall a really cute little shop.

The associates acknowledge you but leave you alone and let you wonder. Some locations follow you around like you're going to break something and makes me nervous. They do offer free gift wrapping but prepare to wait every single time i'm in here they're always "running behind"

It took less than two weeks for it to sag. Then it took three months and several phone calls for customer service to get the cushions remade. It took about a week for the new ones to sag. Was promised a refund and now that has taken months to get processed. Every time I call CS they tell me the last rep didn't push through the request. Not joking this has happened 8 or 9 times. The few ladies in the store who have helped me are nice, but because my designer ordered online, they simply turned me over to their terrible customer service. We had a couch we bought at Macy's that looked good for 10 years! Shame on you PB for allowing your quality and service to be crap! Especially for a couch that cost what it did b

I am in LOVE with this store. We are in the process of filling a brand new home with furnishings…read moreand decor and this is one of my go-to places for unique pieces that you really can't find just anywhere else. I came to know about this place from Facebook - I follow their page (District 635) on there and was really impressed with the color palettes that they use and the uniqueness of the items they show on there. The store itself is just as impressive. They go to other furniture/ decor places and get their closeouts and sell them here. While they advertise that their prices are significantly less for designer pieces, I do not see much financial savings, HOWEVER, I am willing to pay their prices because, as I said, mostly everything in here is extremely unique. I will say this - I saw a coffee table here made out of a Russian boat propeller with a glass top (super cool and different!) for $2300 and it was $4000 at Restoration Hardware ... so that's something, right? :) They constantly get new pieces in, so you have to check back frequently. They are only open Thursday-Sunday, so you really want to try to get there Thursday to see the best things that they have to offer for the week. For the most part, you buy right off the floor. Sometimes they will have a few duplicate items from the floor back in their warehouse, but this is one of those places where when you see something you like, you better buy it because it may not be there next time. *Note: They are connected to The Dump, however, the styles/ selection is nothing like the The Dump. Trust me, I don't like The Dump either.

I can also say that the furniture is very old and made of Teak wood imported from India. We picked it up from the store with only $100 off the price because one of the accent horse head on the front was cracked. I am really happy with the kind of furniture they collect over there.

I have been in several times over the past year and every time I get treated like family the moment I walk in the door! I have also recommended this location to all my friends. The managers (I forgot her name but she is tall.. and the other manager is a man and I think his name starts with a B..) they are so much fun and bend over backwards for us anytime we need assistance- they are right there!! I sometimes wish they had more product like their website.. preferably larger furniture items.. but their online ordering process is also easy because you can have it sent to the store and they even give you a coupon when you go pick up.

The same 25% sale sign was still up. The salesperson Jen checked me out and when I mentioned it was on sale, she said, I don't think so. I told her the sign was up and she said show me. All in a snarky voice. We walked over and I showed her the sign. She said that's for Christmas decor, which I mentioned, the tree is decor. She argued with me when I said if it's not decor, it should be put somewhere else rather than by the sale sign that was misleading. Again, in a rude voice, she said, where would you like me to put it. It was fine it wasn't on sale, but that comment was uncalled for and very unprofessional. When I got home, I looked up Christmas Decor on Kirkland website and the very same tree is listed. The store is great and had fabulous things, but they are lacking customer service.
