The staff is amazing and knowledgeable I explained the bird nesting issues, and how I've definitely stitch over 20,000 stitches past needed service. When I first had him to redo my Allen White sofa, he noticed that the back side had not been sheared, and was left plain. Since my sofa sits out in the den and can been seen from the back, he decided to shear/pleat the bottom of the backside. He paid attention to this detail which was missing, and thought it would look better. And so it did! 100 per cent better. He did not charge me anything extra for this work.
