It's like a giant warehouse. They even have a sofa, huge armchair, and a box of games and toys for kids waiting for their quilter to finish shopping. They have bad-for-the-environment options like batiks; lots of oversized quilt-backing fabrics; 50+ kinds of white; whole rows of patriotic fabrics, (if that's what you're into) and whole rows of Christmas, Halloween, 'fall,' etc; literally thousands of patterns. I found the staff a bit sour and gruff. The 'natural' grocery store next door looks interesting.... I'll probably come back for that.

They immediately started taking a look at my machine and trying to help me until their service technician was able to come in. prior to today, even their customer service while on the phone was exceptional and Tom, their service technician, even called me on his personal cell phone to try to help me over the phone to figure out what was wrong with my machine. they were very quick knowing that I had some projects that I really needed to get done, and even brought my machine out to my car when it was done to help from having to wake up my baby and get him out of the car! I live an hour away from this location, but will 100% be coming back to this location if I ever need my machine serviced again.

Not much has changed... They still sell furniture items that feel unsteady (wobbly) to me. They still have a lot of China made decor, ironically this time for the July 4th holiday...there is something that strikes me as wrong about that, is that just me? The service is good at these places though, they had a large staff who was stocking the shelves. I was asked several times by them if they could assist me with anything. The prices seem high at first, but almost everything has sale tags on them for like 30-50% off.
