They immediately started taking a look at my machine and trying to help me until their service technician was able to come in. prior to today, even their customer service while on the phone was exceptional and Tom, their service technician, even called me on his personal cell phone to try to help me over the phone to figure out what was wrong with my machine. they were very quick knowing that I had some projects that I really needed to get done, and even brought my machine out to my car when it was done to help from having to wake up my baby and get him out of the car! I live an hour away from this location, but will 100% be coming back to this location if I ever need my machine serviced again.

They typically have the holiday items on a rotating sales schedule so if it's not on sale one week, try the next and you'll most likely walk out with a great deal. The team here is very kind. There's always an ample amount of baskets to do your shopping with my biggest complaint is that they do not accept Apple Pay. I had to stand in line during the holidays, which was already a long line just for a lady to have forgotten her wallet and they don't accept Apple Pay and mind you her total was over $300 and if you can just imagine that's a lot of items to scan with most of it being 50% off for her to just not be able to pay so that was kind of frustrating to wait through because she had to find someone to come help her pay. They also only had two cashiers available this night. One was for returns and the other one was for purchases so that did kind of damp in my experience because I was ready to leave.
