We paid $400 to have the leather seats in my car repaired/restored on March 8, 2018. Within two weeks the "repairs" were peeling off. I contacted Ricardo, who says he is the owner, and he promised to come back and repair it again. However, it is now September 12,2018 and my seats look the same as they did before I paid $400 for his service. read more

I should have know with his very rude attitude at the start, when he could not find the address of our new building ,that this was NOT going to be a good experience! I unfortunately I needed my sofa repaired and had already received at least 7+ calls from him. He was also supposed to be here between 12-1 and wasn't expected to arrive until 2. He was rude, late, unorganized, and generally unpleasant to work with. He kept calling and after I sent the address and cross streets the day before, and then maps, directions, cross streets, screen-grabs etc the day of. He wanted me to meet him at the gas station to guide him over. Seriously you were a block away and this was not that hard? Pull up a map app on your phone. I didn't have time for the fiasco that was dealing with this horrible customer service so I cancelled this all together. Such a disaster and a total cluster. I can't imagine what his actual work would would have like. I would not recommend working with this company. It was a nightmare to coordinate and total waste of my time. They didn't even do the repair since I was so annoyed after hours of call that's I just told him not to bother to come. Seriously some of the worst customer service ever! read more

Consumer BEWARE, this con artist. he damaged other ares to create more work, and then asking for more money even in violation of credit card merchant policy adding a 3% extra as service charge to cover what the credit service will charge him without first offering a discount for cash payment. failed to provide an invoice upon payment for warranty or future uses. he know about leather restoration as you but you can do the job yourself even better and cleaner if you have the dye. do yourself a favor and hire someone else THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. read more

I am VERY finicky when comes to certain. I recently purchase a 2006 Acura MDX (one owner, low mileage, fully loaded). The only issue I had was the worn leather (even a tear in the driver's seat). WOW Ricardo was great. Very professional and obviously has been doing this for a very long time. We had a leather sofa that had Crayola marker in it and he was able to restore the seat completely. We hired this company in January 2011 to repair/restore the leather seats in our daughter's car. Although the job looked pretty decent at first, the restoration began to deteriate quickly. Within months the leather was back to it's unstored appearance. I contacted the company owner in May and was told that the job was still under warranty and that he would refund my money. Unfortunately after follow up emails and phone calls he has not refunded the money.. It's how 8 months later and I am out $300 and lousy looking leather. Ricardo repaired a 2 inch tear on my suv armrest. When the work was done I was left with a discolored armrest. The leather appeared scorched and I was very unhappy.
