First used Strictly Leather in 2019 to re-pad couch and recliner and re-dye fading color. Armando and son Jamie did an excellent job! All work was done in the home and less than a half day. Very pleased with service, price and quality of work! In December 2024 reached out to Armando for estimate of service to repair our recliner due to armrest wear, stains and fading color. While the couch leather was in good shape, it also was showing color fading due to use. We discussed with Armando and Jamie and concluded sections of the chair required re-upholstery and padding of the armrests, seat, back and foot rest. Team ARMANDO pulls through again! Armando was out today to make another repair! Armando has repaired 4 pieces of leather furniture for my home over the last 6 years (fine leather furniture from the leather sofa company). 6 years may not seem like a very long time (for owning leather furniture), but young german shepherds can do a number on leather when their human is away. Armando's craftsmanship is exceptional and the cost of repair is reasonable (ability to color match and stitch match is unreal). Why buy new leather furniture when Armando can make it good as new. Armando at Strictly Leather did a great job fixing and renewing our leather sofa and chairs. After 13+ years they needed some re-stuffing with better foam, mechanical adjusting, and spring repair. The in-home repair was convenient and actually done in our garage where they set up a work area to keep any mess out of the house. We have a fairly new recliner (top grain leather) that dried out on the seat cushion and had a huge unrepairable crack. We've had our leather recliners for 30+ years. Seats and backs were sagging and the headrest and arms were needing to be re-dyed. One chairs reclining mechanism was not working correctly. They did a great job with reupholstering our sectional sofa. It looks better than when I first got it. My puppies chewed it, leather was cracking, and due to soft cushions animals were smashing the back cushions down to lay on the back rest. We were able to choose a color we liked better, a leather that resists scratches, and firmer cushions. I love it!! We basically got a new high quality custom sectional.
