I am more that happy with the results. This was a long term project. Ray was my contact and worked with me. They waited for 6 months as I was waiting for rebates to get approved from my utility. The approval came the beginning of July. The crew removed all of the old HVAC and installed the new system. This was just before the recent heat wave, so they worked hard to get it working before it hit. I now know that my old system was a POS. The new system has been excellent.
