The HERS testing went so smoothly and professionally. Bryan explained the policy limit of inflow/outflow efficiency ratio must be less than 5%, and we passed. He inspected my system then said he didn't think his test would find anything but I wanted him to do it just for peace of mind because the result would help me know next steps toward solving my issues. He confirmed that my duct pressure was excellent then recommended that all of the duct openings be sealed with duct tape, a proper drain be installed under my home for the condensation that was just leaking onto the plastic liner under my manufactured home creating a stagnant pond under my home and I was smelling it because it was leaking into the open gaps around each of my vents. The first test failed the code and as a result the heating duct company came in a fixed the problem.
