My partner and I went here at night on our anniversary and it was great! They had availability and parking was easy. We got the couples massage and hot stone therapy was included. My neck and shoulders were very stiff but after the massage, all my pain and tension was gone and it was amazing! Definitely coming back again. read more

Love this place. They are always accommodating and the massage never disappoints. My favorite spot in Pasadena .

My sister and I just moved to the area and wanted to get a massage since we were so sore from moving. We found HM Warm Spa and called them 10 am sharp to ask if they had any openings. I believe the owner answered and told us to come right away. We did and WOW! We could not be more happy. It was the best massage I've ever received for this reasonable price anywhere in Los Angeles county. The masseuses were kind, professional, and the environment beautiful, serene, and everything you would want in a spa setting. These masseuses brought me and my sister back to life after a grueling 48 hours of moving. I cannot recommend this spa enough. The owner Amy is exceptionally personable and caring of our experience. We will be back! read more

Dang, that was good. Had a friend in town and they decided they wanted to get a massage, we looked up a few spots nearby, and came across this one. Made a call and they penciled us in to be the last of the day. Showed up at the appointment time, picked our massage and we were off and running. The massage was really good with good pressure to get into those deeper muscles. Some places will have no real pressure, but the masseuses here can give a pretty good deep massage which I love, and that hour you pay for is a real hour. Some shadier places will short you on your time, but you get every minute worth here. I definitely recommend this place, and when the need for a massage is there I'll definitely be coming back to this place. Legit! read more

Great value for this massage! I always get the 25$ foot massage, and if you want, you can ask your masseuse to focus on a certain area, and you can "customize" it :) Usually you get put into a group area, which is in the main room, separated by semi-transparent sheets. If that's full, sometimes you can even get a private room! Con is the beds are a little bit old, a little saggy in the middle, but I just ask for an extra pillow to put under my back and it's totally fine! You can usually find parking but you may have to walk a little because it's street parking only. I've had a great experience every time. The masseuses are very receptive to my feedback if I tell them the massage is too hard or soft. And the staff is very kind and timely. My favorite bargain massage in Pasadena! read more

This is my new FAVV go-to massage spot! I can't say enough amazing things! My husband and I visited a few weeks back and got a couples massage that was amazing, so, I came back by myself tonight to de-stress before a crazy travel week. Amy (who I believe is the owner) is at the front and a joy to communicate with for scheduling! She even sends a confirmation text once you make an appointment over the phone to make sure you have their location and current pricing/menu of services and deals. My masseuse tonight was Michelle, and I'm convinced fate brought us together because she gave me the best massage I've EVER HAD-- and I've had QUITE a few due to back issues from work! She catered to ALL my tense spots with such care and patience. After your massage is over, you can access the lovely shower in your room as long as you fill out the Shower Waiver Form! If you're like me, I like rinsing off any extra oil after. Five stars for this hidden GEM! Thanks for getting me in tonight Amy! You're amazing as usual! read more

I called day of and Amy was really accommodating and easy to work with. The spa was clean and everyone working there was kind and very efficient. The service itself was also great for the cost! Highly recommend getting the hot stones as part of your treatment-- that was my favorite part! Parking was also easy, accessible and FREE! at two hour street parking which is unheard of in Pasadena. If you like no frills and good value I'd recommend going here. read more

This was such a relaxing experience. The best massage we have had. The staff is so sweet! The front desk lady is so helpful when making your appointment and checking you in! Can't wait for our next massage back at HM read more

I tried this spa for the first time. Let's first mention the positives. Clean place, rooms are clean, toilet is clean, they probably have shower place after the massage although I didn't use it. I booked a deep tissue 60 min body massage for $60. Now the negatives. Girls there don't understand English very much. My masseuse was Lilly, I wanted more strong pressure but either she won't understand or was unable to do it. She finished in 50 minutes but I paid for 60 minutes. I tried to tell her that she is finishing early then 60 minutes but she did not understand or listen ? I hope this review will help others. read more

Great service!! I feel fantastic and recharged! And the combo of foot and body massage is the best!!

Just randomly picked this spa since my bf has some business around the area. It turns out the best decision I made that day lol. Lucy, the massage lady, was very attentive. She focused on the areas where my tension lied. Never had hot stone massage experience before so this is my first time too. Bonus for them hot stone is free charge and it feels amazing it keeps you warm. I will go back. Reasonable price too. Reasonable price matters!! read more

Great massage quality work and take time with massage with recommend lily! Amy is great also! Very nice people! Will be back!

We had to a great experience at the spa! Amy was very friendly and the masseuses were very professional. Highly recommend!

I called for a couples massage and was giving an appointment within 30 minutes and when we arrived we were immediately taken to the massage room. The rooms are simple, no-frills but still have a relaxing environment. We had Anna & Wendy; this was the best massage we both received in a long time. Originally I asked for a combo for reflexology and massage. When I noticed something was lost in translation and they were l my doing a full body massage, I was already knocked out in the heavens to mention anything. We did ask for more time at the end, but they have more clients waiting at 9:30pm. We left without the tension we had when we came in, extremely relaxed and ready for the week. read more

Amazing massage and just what we needed! Jessica and Cindy have magic hands. It was so easy to make an appointment and super easy to communicate exactly what we wanted with which areas to work on and firmness. We'll be back! read more

My husband and I have been coming to this spa for a few years and we have always have a great experience. Amy, the owner, is always kind and easy to book with. Their prices are reasonable and worth the care you receive. I highly recommend them! read more

I came in for an evening massage and I was happy to see how warm and inviting the space was. Amy greeted me at the door and showed me to my room. The room and the massage table were both comfortable and my masseuse was amazing! She spent a long time on my shoulders, which had been super tense from a tough year and I could just feel all the pain in my neck melt away when she worked out the knots. The pressure was pretty strong, but she checked several times to make sure I was okay with the pressure and went more delicately with places I was more sensitive. Then it was time for the hot stones and that felt fantastic!! I left feeling so relaxed and with a looooot less back pain! I will definitely be back. read more

My coworker told me about this place and I just had to try out the $25 deal. It's totally worth it. The front desk lady could definitely work on her customer service. The girls giving the massages were great though. I had Kiki and she did a good job. The massage was so relaxing, I'll be returning. read more

They are amazing here. They always leave me feeling rejuvenated afterwards. Also they do it hard enough to where you feel all the knots being kneaded out but they don't hurt you. read more

Do not recommend this place at all. Be warned. Made an appointment for foot spa and even went a bit early. Website said $25 but they have now increased their prices to $30. Talk about cat fishing a customer. Front desk girl acknowledged the phone number we gave when we checked in and checked us in. There the (so called) masseurs as ya to take out clothing off. When we asked this is for foot massage, they asked us to dress up and go downstairs. What kind of bait and switch is that? The front desk girl is unclear and does not know how to get the right people in. Is it $25 or is it $30 or is it $40. Keep going there if you like half hearted service with unsure prices. read more

Great massage Amy! I'll be back with friends. Very relaxing. Not crowded. East parking. Good value.

I like to leave a hefty tip. And I like to think that the entirety of the tip is going to the person it's meant. The last two massages that I've gotten they've made me give the tip to a woman who hangs out in the lobby is definitely not the woman who gave me a massage. I could give more details basically I think that the management is collecting tips and probably keeping some for themselves. I still read the massages very very highly but I'm very doubtful or skeptical of the business end of things. read more

Best massage ever! Booking an appointment was easy and communication was great! The masseuses' are so good. They took out all of mine and my boyfriend's back knots! The massage felt so good, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

My boyfriend and I we're looking for for a couples massage. We called and an Asian lady picked up and sounded like she was whispering to us... I had a few questions to ask, but when I started to ask she answered with a short answer and right after she was expecting us to tell her what time and day will we be coming in?!! Feeling a little pressured, I just told her a time (when I was still deciding on a few places to call) The day of the massage... it is hard to find this spot. It's located on the corner and there was not much visible sign! We had to circle around a few times and give them a call... (and guess who answered the call ... the whispering lady) she said she will come out to wave us down... but she didn't. Walked in and whoa... it was humid, quiet, and a lot of grunting and heavy breathing in that lobby... why you might ask? Well they used a bunch of sheer sheets and some pcp pipes to make a "separate room" to maximize their rooms... THIS explains WHY she was whispering... quite disturbing if you ask me... I played it off as if it was nothing because this would be my boyfriends first time doing a full body massage. I didn't want to freak him out haha. We waited for a while... even after our scheduled time. We were escorted upstairs to our room. And was asked to strip down and lay on the beds. Which we did. Two ladies came in. Sweet Asian ladies, who did not speak much English. Asked us if we wanted hard or medium.... we both asked for medium... Our ladies might look small, but O.M.G! They have some strength!! I did ask to go a little lighter... she did but it just goes back to super strength... I swore I really wanted to scream because it was that painful. And the room being so humid wasn't pleasant. We tried to tough it out.. After the massage they treated us with hot stone massage ... which felt nice, if only it was a little hotter. Afterwards it was all done they told us to put our clothes back on and head to the lobby. We got dressed and walked down stairs.. that moment with 5 ladies staring at me.. made me feel like royalty haha... the whispering lady asked if we enjoyed it and gave us the price. Afterwards we tipped our ladies. We tipped a lot because of their hard work... you could tell they are out of breath and their cheeks were super pink! We definitely felt light... but the next day... we both felt like we had internal bruises! So will we be back? I'm sorry we would not it was not pleasant, of you were a body builder or need a quick cheap massage... come here... but other than that we both would not want to go here. 1star for cheap price and hot stone 2star for the hard working ladies read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. It's transformative to the soul and affordable. I got an hour massage and an hour facial. I honestly didn't want it to end. It was so good I'm coming back with a group of family next week for their hour foot massage special. Please do yourself a favor, and give this wonderful place a try! Oh and Malbec restaurant next door is delicious! You can do dinner and massages since this place has awesome couple rooms for massages! You are welcome read more

I've been coming here for over a year now and this place is truly the best. As some who lives in Monterey Park where there's tons of massage parlors, the reason I make the drive here is because they are so consistent! All the ladies here give terrific massages, but today the massage I got from Anna was out of this world. This place always sets the bar high and some how Anna took it to the next level. I always leave this place relaxed and pain free. Amy, the owner is always accommodating and friendly when you arrive or make an appointment. This place is a gem and I always look forward to my next visit! read more

My go-to massage spot. Amy is the owner and she runs a tight ship to ensure a comfortable and satisfying experience for customers. All the massage therapists are great, I don't think I ever had anyone bad. My favorite is Lisa. Her technique and strength always makes my sore body feel so much better! My husband tried Jessica and she was great too! As a woman, I also feel safe here because there are always a lot of customers and it's in a safe, cozy area of town. They could improve the music, however, lol. I think they play one song in a continuous loop which can get kind of monotonous. Otherwise, this place is clean, comfortable, and legit! read more

The massage itself was good, Coco was a little rough and I actually have a small bruise on my arm but my back and legs feel great this morning. The customer service was horrible, that is why they are getting 3 stars. The front desk lady did not acknowledge me when I showed up but rather dismissed me with her hand. After standing there for a good 10 minutes she walks over asked for my name, appointment time. A very nice lady takes me to my room to get undressed and start the massage. After an hour, she says "done" and walks out. I laid down for a little longer and the front desk lady rushes in and says "what are you doing? We need the room, get dressed" (I was laying there naked when she swung the door open) As I'm changing she opens the door yet again and says "we need the room" like if I wasn't changing back into my clothes already. I walk out to pay and she tries to charge me for a 90 min ($80) instead of a 60 minute ($60). If not for the horrible customer service I would've wanted to come back to this place again but that front desk woman is out of line. I will never be back to this spot again. read more

We found this place accidentally, and I'm so glad that we did! We were told that this other walk-in place was completely booked for the next 5 hours, so I got on yelp to see another close spot. And we found HM Warm Spa. Amy was able to get us in right away, and given we were about 5 min walking distance, we were serviced instantly! We did the 60 min couples massage with hot stone, and my mom and I were in heaven. We had Anie and Nancy (?) i think that's the name of the person my mom got. Anyways, everything was perfect, the masseuse that we both had catered to our preferred pressures. I found my favorite new massage place. read more

Had the most amazing massage by lili. She used hot stones and worked my kinks. Will def be back!

Hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. We've been coming here for almost a year now and every time we are thoroughly impressed. The prices are reasonable and the rooms and materials are clean. The best part is definitely the hot stone massages. Our most recent visit we had Lili and Jesica and they were both phenomenal. Thank you to the manager Amy for always helping us and scheduling our massages. read more

This place is the best. Clean, quiet, and the ladies always take great care of me. I can't recommend this place more. Amazing massage at a decent price! read more

Tina and Linda were wonderful. My identical twin sister and I opted for the 90 min massage instead of the 60 min part of the way through and it was a great decision. Being athletes we really needed a deep massage, and this place really did the trick. Extreme value for the money and Amy (the owner) was accommodating and kind! read more

First time here. I appreciated being able to text with the lady in charge instead of having to call in that I was going to be late. She was accommodating and the ladies were thorough and didn't rush through the massage like they were trying to make up for time that I had lost. The hubs and I went in for a couples massage and the ladies were diligent in asking if the pressure was good. Overall, massage was good. We also got facials. I appreciated the fact that even though I had added this feature to our massages, the ladies remained accurate in adding the additional 10 minute massage to the facial. I think an exfoliation was performed but it wasn't any process that I have previously experienced. It must have been so gentle that it felt like everything else...something was applied to my face, massaged, and then washed off, several times. Unfortunately, my 3 stars represent the omission of my favorite part of a facial; the extractions. Though it is listed in the description, it was not performed as I had expected. There was a suction machine that was swept over parts of my nose and cheek but it was weak and I wasn't sure what it was trying to do. I was expecting the lady to go through my face, search and remove blackheads, whiteheads, and pimples. But she didn't. I didn't think it appropriate to ask as she was in the process, if she was going to manually extract my imperfections. But then they announced that they were done and I was disappointed. Though I will consider returning for another massage, I will likely not do another facial there. read more
