Excellent spa for an amazing massage with hot stones. Nancy did my massage and she was incredible, I can't wait to go back! One whole hour for $60, that is a steal! Highly recommend! read more

Yesterday was my second time having the luxury of getting a deep tissue massage here. I just so happened to get the same massage therapist Linda twice, and I absolutely loved her. The price is cheap compared to most places, especially for what you get. They were able to accommodate us last minute, and I walked out feeling so relaxed and all my knots that have been building up have been worked out. Would highly recommend checking them out. read more

Thank you Amy and the staff for a wonderful relaxing experience. This is the 5th massage establishment my wife and I have been and it's definitely our favorite. Nancy and Mandy were really great, they wore forceful but not overly and when we need less pressure or heat they were very receptive. We will definitely be back! read more

Amy 5 Very respectful and mindful of your time. Great Customer Service Thanks for giving me and my co-workers a great time

I've been a regular here and am always pleased with the quality of massages and easy booking. Today I had the best massage of my life! Ivy was amazing - part masseur, part muscle whisperer. I feel like I just came out of a physical therapist/chiropractor session. Affordable and easy. I will rebook again and again. Was a couple's massage and my bf said Coco was extraordinary too. Manager Amy makes it so easy to make reservations via text. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

I recently went for the first time and was so impressed with the quality of massage, the kindness of the staff and the ambience. I used to be a professional massage therapist and I have a high standard so I will definitely be back. I cannot recommend going here enough! read more

The prices for what you get here at the spa or beyond compare! In Pasadena you cannot expect any price that's lower for a good quality relaxing and therapeutic half hour to 90 minutes! Couples massage? Check! Hot stone treatment? Check showers available on request? Check! Reservations taken, but walk-ins also stand a chance of being seen rather quickly! A wonderful team of people work on you and work behind the register! Cash is preferred, so stock up at one of the ATMs on lake before you park! read more

I have been going to this place for a couple of years now. I always choose 1hour extreme value foot massage. The massage itself is pretty decent. I just want to make a comment about recent price hike. It was $29.99 for a long time and they raised a price to $39.99 a month ago - that's okay, I understand. Then just last week, I was told it's now $59.99 for the same massage. What!? The hike even doesn't make sense at all. Too bad that they lose a customer like this. There's other places that offer reasonable prices in the neighborhood. read more

Amy at the front desk was so kind. We loved our massages--it was my husband's first massage and our therapists were amazing. Feeling very relaxed and calm now. Highly recommend read more

Amy is the best, I love this place for the cleanliness, quality of massage, and value! I come here almost every week

Came here for the couple's massage and the experience was amazing from start to finish! We were greeted by the owner, Amy, as soon as we walked in! She was super welcoming and cheery, walked us through everything we needed to know including their hot stone options (which are complimentary btw)! Then onto the massage itself, her team was considerate to our needs and they hit all the right spots. Definitely walked out with weight off our shoulders and plan to be back soon :) read more

The best no-nonsense massage I've had in a long time! Parking was easy, the ladies were so sweet and cheerful, and the price is right! Can't recommend it enough! read more

Great foot massage which includes neck and back. $40 but so good I gave a $20 tip. Clean and quite and the got me in quickly.

a good full body massage for a good price! i didn't realize that it would come w/ hot stones but that was a nice surprise. before they start they ask what strength level (hard, med, soft) you'd like your massage which is also nice. i believe this place is cash only so remember to bring some! but they also have an atm available. parking was easy w street parking available. i'd come here again! read more

Great massages, atmosphere, and customer service. Went in for a 90 min deep tissue massage and left feeling superb. Jessica was awesome! Will be back for sure read more

I made reservation, but I think there was a schedule conflict. However the manager tried to accommodate, and update the situation with me until I finally fitted after 15min wait. The place look very popular and the lady manager is very attentive making sure all customers are satisfied with the service. My massage was super good and satisfied. Will try again. One thing I regretted was I didn't bring cash for tipping. I haven't touched cash for 2 years...I don't know if I still remember how to withdraw cash from a bank... read more

The only pro is we were able to be seen on a short notice for a couples massage. The cons outnumbered the pros. The massage wasn't as good as I hoped, it was like going to one of the quick massage parlors you can find in Monterey Park were they just do random massages and finish with them smacking your palms and raising and dropping your leg to cue you that they are almost done. They played random therapeutic music rather loudly to drown out the occasional loud banging and thumping of the clothes dryer. I would definitely not return. Lastly, there was a language barrier. read more

Everything was great and relaxing. We nightly recommend the couples massage. Thank you!

This is a great place! They have a couples massage which was great and the pressure was excellent. Even their receptionist, Amy, is top notch. You will not be disappointed. read more

I floated out of here after my massage. 90 min couples massage was everything me and my fiancé needed. This place is def no frills, but still very peaceful. I asked for medium strength and she wrecked me in the best possible way. Amy was able to get us an appt with just a few days advanced notice. It is cash only, so be prepared, although they do have an ATM in the lobby (for a fee). We are def going back for a facial! read more

I really only post reviews when service is above my expectations and HM Warm Spa definitely did just that! My partner, his best friend and myself were having a "Treat Yourself" kind of day and decided we wanted to get massages. We called to see if they could fit all three of us in and was the person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful! After answering all our questions we went in. Upon arrival we were given hand sanitizer and a breakdown of what we would be getting. The place overall was very clean and well-kept! Customer service is great and they accept payment through Venmo which helped us avoid a trip to the bank. We got the one hour full body massage with hot stones and I can say I have never felt so relaxed! My masseuse was Mandy and she relieved some knots that I didn't even know I had! My partner was seen by Summer and his friend was seen by Lily. We left raving about how well each massage was but I'm sure they'll write their own reviews about their masseuse. The price is less than what you would expect for the amount of service you get! Will definitely be coming back here! read more

I had the most incredible massage this morning from Tina at HM Warm Spa. I was carrying so much pressure and strain in my shoulders and back and left feeling like a relaxed, happy new person! Tina was very caring and attentive to problem areas, The rooms were clean, warm and relaxing. It was an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back. I got the 60 minute full body hot stone massage, very affordable and worth every penny! Special thanks to Amy who was so kind and welcoming and gave us such an amazing experience! Thank you!! read more

Same day appointments are ok. Not sure about walk-ins. Very clean and pleasantly decorated. Best value for your dollar.

Amy at the front is nice and Cici the massage therapist is amazing! The BEST massage I've gotten hands down! They would do really well in Silicon Valley! You should open a location here! Beautiful spa like decor and super clean! read more

This is a fantastic massage spa. Very quiet and calm environment, the staff is very friendly and speaks quietly to keep the spa peaceful. And my masseuse Nancy was simply excellent. Very strong hands hit the right spots on my back and neck, where I am most sore from my long days at work in the hospital. She's very polite and very thorough with getting the tension out of my back. Clearly has a very good range of pressures. While I am not trained as a physician and not a massage therapist, I can tell that Nancy does her job well. The ambient music was quiet and the place was very clean. Highly recommended. Parking on the street, and it's not hard, especially at night. It's in Pasadena after all. read more

The massage was very good, though I asked for reflexology and was given an all over. I wanted to like this space so much, but had the same experience as another reviewer. I was rushed out rather than given even a few minutes to relax afterwards, or offered water or something to leave in a balanced state. Several staff popped into the room, unannounced, within a few minutes of the session ending to ask, "Are you ok?" and one telling me she needed to clean the room. This left me unfortunatel, feeling uncared for and rushed. read more

I love that I can call on the day I need a massage and they always have openings. The massage therapist will ask you soft/medium/or hard so that you can choose massage pressure that meets your needs. I've been coming here for over 4 years and really enjoy it. read more

Lisa the best masseuse! Highly recommended! Amy is professional! Hard to find parking.

The 90 minute body massage/hot stone/body scrub was hands down the best spa experience I've ever had. My practitioner, Ivy, was not only expertly trained in a number of eastern healing arts, but keenly intuitive. My friend who brought me here and has frequented this spa said that every practitioner she has had is outstanding. And the cherry on top: the prices are very affordable! read more

Great experience amazing massage friendly staff and I like how they ask you what do you want the entire time of the massage it feels very customized I loved it read more

Really good establishment! Amy was really helpful and the masseurs were nice and knew what they were doing!

I got this massage place recommended by my friend , and props to her because i have no idea why I hadn't came to this place before. Amy is really nice and welcomed me as a walk in, Ana did my massage and she's awesome, she really got to it ! I really enjoyed it. I've been to other places here in Pasadena where I come out in pain , but thats not the way with this place. I'll be coming back ! read more

Still my go to massage spot in Pasadena! I always have a positive experience and they're great at what they do.

I've been to HM Warm Spa twice. The first time was two years ago when my bf brought me here for my very first ever deep tissue massage and the second was two weeks ago for my birthday..again with the bf. The first experience, I have to say, was more positive...but I'm also not sure because I had no other massages to compare it to. I don't remember much, other than the lady had went ham on my shoulders/back and I was just trying to let her go for it without telling her to lighten up ..esp since my mentality was no pain no gain lol. The only thing was I had a full face of makeup (which go figure...I don't recommend) and my face was pressed up against the circular pillow...which I'm not sure if I prefer tbh. I did specifically remember that they have showers so for those who don't like the oily feeling after a massage, that's def a plus! My last experience was more mediocre.. maybe more of a 3.5/5 star rating. My bf had called in the morning to set up a same day appt - two one hour deep tissue couple's massage with hot stones ($50 each). Since it was a random weekday, we knew that places would better accommodate us and we were able to make the appointments for two hours later. When we arrived, we were the only one customers in the spa (or so it seemed like...it was dead quiet). We were quickly welcomed and brought upstairs to our private room. My bf and I got two ladies (didn't catch their names, but one older and younger one haha). I have incredibly tense shoulders from having a desk job and driving so far every day, and I appreciated how the lady who did my massage was really working out the knots in my shoulder blades. She was going a little too hard and after she could feel that I was tensing up, she asked me if she should lighten up. I ended up agreeing. However, after that she lightened her grip too much. After she finished working out my shoulders, she moved to my back, and the massage literally felt like she was like using her forearm and going in repetitive circles. It felt like something I could have asked my bf to do. She switched off on both sides but I finally got the courage to tell her to go harder again. Looking back I just felt so disappointed throughout the massage because we couldn't get her pressure to my actual liking. It was either too hard to too soft. Afterwards I was able to check in with my bf and he felt pretty mediocre about his massage as well. He has pain issues with his midback but he had mentioned that his lady was mainly focusing on his shoulder area. All in all, I'm not too sure if I'd come back. I was surprised because if you read all the reviews - they're so positive..but I felt like my experience aligned with more of the negative ones. read more

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage here and it was amazing! I think Amy is the owners name? She was super nice and timely. Her masseuses were excellent! I told mine to make it a little harder for me and she sure did. I told her my main focus were my shoulder blades and boy did she WORK on them! My boyfriend said his massage was great as well! He had issues with his neck and shoulder and the lady that massaged him really did help alleviate his pain. Definitely will be going back. Also the couples massage had hot stones included and that was amazing. It was my first time getting hot stone so I was pleasantly surprised. Overall an amazing experience!! read more
