Did a 90 minute couples massage + body scrub with a friend. The owner Amy was very nice! The massage therapists CoCo and Monica were also very nice, and respectful. I had Monica and asked for hard pressure and she used the perfect amount of pressure the entire time (even when doing the hot stones & body scrub). Overall, extremely great service and pricing. read more

I've gone to nearly every massage spot in Pasadena and this one is hands down THE BEST. I've seen nearly all the ladies here and each one was great. I like A LOT of pressure, but because I'm bony most places are afraid they're going to break me... but here the pressure is exactly what I want. They also fold you like a pretzel which is fabulous. Great price, quiet atmosphere, always clean. Definitely recommend. read more

I got a foot massage and Lucy was amazing! She knew where my knots were! I feel so relaxed!!

This place is terrible, I went there with my girlfriend both of us came back home beaten up, the massage was so bad that I couldn't wait for it to be over, they squeezed two tables in one small room there was not place to move around. They didn't even know how to massage. read more

Great massage location with affordable prices! Come out and feeling brand new! Thank you Amy for the amazing customer service and see you again soon!! read more

Aimee and her staff here are amazing! I feel sooooo relaxed after the frat massage. Thank you!!

*** 3.5 stars. Liked my massage, price is a bit high, and they just cover you with a towel *** I came here for a massage because my usual place was fully booked. Gave it a shot because my neck and shoulder hurt. I didn't get the name of my masseuse even though she did a pretty good job. I liked that they were easily accommodating. I called ahead and they told me to come right in. I didn't like that I literally just had a towel to cover me on top. I'm 5' 2" and this did not cover my body while I was on the table. It was basically a regular bath towel on me. I think I expected a bit more considering the price I paid. It's a little high compared to other places I've been. read more

I moved to Pasadena this summer. My wife and I tried at least six places before finding HM Warm Spa. After the first time, we knew we had found our spot. Amy was very professional, and also welcoming, accommodating, and kind. We have been here six or seven times now. Every massage therapist has been top notch except one, and she was still four stars. The massage therapists are trained and experienced. They are able to find my problem areas and then concentrate on them. Unlike most other places where they just do their set routines. Mary, Wendy, May, Helen, Lulu and Angela.are all top notch! I guarantee HM Warm Spa is among the best in Pasadena and probably the greater LA area. Our experiences keep getting better and better. The owner, Amy, takes her customer's experience very personally. The few times I mentioned something that I didn't like, Amy immediately took action. HM has opened five years ago. The facilities are beautiful, and impeccably clean. The bathrooms were recently remodeled. There are 20 therapists and six rooms. All rooms can accommodate couples and some even have showers. Parking is usually easy too. I personally recommend you give them a try. I have no doubt that you will end up another fiercely loyal customer just like my wife and I!!! read more

See all

I just had the best massage at HM Warm Spa! The customer service was excellent, our appointment was was prompt and the masseuse was attentive to the amount of pressure I wanted. I will definitely return for a longer massage. What a wonderful Mother's Day Gift!!!! read more

Had a bit of time sans kids so took a bit of time to myself for a massage. I lived in Shanghai for almost six years as an expat and got used to my 3x a week massages but haven't found the time to go as much as before. However finally decided to venture out based on the reviews and was pleasantly surprised. I got the one hour deep tissue massage which also includes the hot stones. The lady I had, the pressure was good and I had an overall good massage for the value. The place was also clean and I appreciated my own room vs the big common rooms. Will definitely be back. read more

Great massage, highly recommend! My girlfriend and I booked 60 min each and regretted not going for 90 min. Will be coming back

I went to HM Warm Spa during COVID few days ago and I can't say enough positive things about this business. I called in first to see if they were open and safety measures. Communication was easy and I also received a text message from the spa as a reminder. Parking is available on the street from 1 hr to 2 hr around the block. I went on Sunday so parking was easy and there aren't restrictions. When entering, they greet you, give you sanitizer and get your temperature. After everything was good, I was lead to our room (couples massage) by our masseuse and we left our mask on and undressed. Our masseuses were amazing and focused on our upper and lower back when asked and we also got the hot stone massage. I felt safe and would definitely come back to get another massage soon. I didn't catch the name of my masseuse but that won't stop me from coming again to get another massage. I would recommend to bring cash to help out small businesses and I believe they would greatly appreciate it. read more

This is a nice, reasonable place to receive excellent body work. Friendly service, clean, and very efficient. Some rooms are a little quieter than others on a very busy day, but I am a very happy repeat customer and definitely recommend. read more

My boyfriend and I got an hour long couples massage, and we wished we had done an hour and a half! I would recommend going here if you're looking for a spot!! I'm definitely going back here next month read more

Great experience and great price. Amy was very helpful and me and my gf had a wonderful massage.

Loved this place! First time here and it was really easy to book an appointment over the phone. It is cash only, but they send you a message confirming your appointment and letting you know that it is cash. My boyfriend and I each did the foot massage and it was very relaxing (but we definitely felt the areas where we hold more tension)! We kept out clothes on the entire time. Very clean and private. Will definitely be back. read more

Had a great massage today, as a girls day!! Great location. Perfect pressure, just like I asked for. Can't wait to come back‍

Love it! Everyone was very nice. Massage was AMAZING!!! Got a combo massage for $64 for 1 hour, will be coming back soon.

Every single time I need a massage, HM is my spot. I love this place so much. Please keep in mind they accept cash. The masseuse's are a god send, they're very attentive & make sure everything is how you like it! They throw in warm rocks for free which is a plus! If you're ever in Pasadena & need a massage, make sure to give this place a shot. I cannot express enough gratitude for them. read more

Good and affordable massage place in Pasadena. Definitely recommended. Check it out!

Found this spot on Yelp among many foot massage places, but this one called out to me because of its apparent cleanliness and good reviews. So, I made an appointment for 3. Upon entering we were greeted warmly by the owner and staff who were all set up for us. I had informed them that I'm pregnant and the masseuse I was assigned (Candy) was careful to give me a massage without making me uncomfortable at any point. My husband and cousin both said their massages were very good as well. The only slightly negative part of our experience was the occasional background noise of incoming/outgoing customers, phone call, etc. It wouldn't have been an issue had we not been in the front "room" in the lobby but after the massages got underway I was able to overlook this annoyance because the massage was good. I would suggest not having phones near a massage area, and sensitivity to noises distracting from a customer's experience. read more

Amy was wonderful and welcoming!! My mom and I went for massages. We came here a few years ago and it was excellent - happy to say it was just as amazing if not better!! Lady and the from Desk very nice When they came in the room for the massage the best I recommend 100% I'm coming back love it Everything nice and clean read more

Hands down the best and most affordable massage I have ever had. 90 min with hot stone is out of this world. Every masseuse is incredible and they do a wonderful job on your WHOLE body. I have terrible knots in my shoulders and other massage places almost see these as a challenge and tend to spend a lot of time there and rush through the rest of my body. Not here! Anna was he last woman that massaged me, I think I also have had Angela. The strength and pressure these women have is really unmatched. I know people that come here 1-2 times a week they like it so much. An excellent experience. read more

Can't say enough good about this place. The staff are friendly and welcoming, they offer great service at fair prices. Do not pass on the hot stone massage it was glorious. I walked out feeling great and super relaxed. I got a couples massage with my girl and she is finicky to say the least about massages and even she wanted to know when we could come back (which cost me in the months after but well worth it). I am writing this now cause in a covid world I have not been able to go and really miss my self spoiling moments and this place was a part of that ritual. You can best believe as soon as I can I will be back. read more

First time trying out this place and we'll be back. Thank you Amy, Anna and Lily for doing such a great job! Awesome service!

My go-to massage place. I've never had a bad experience here...and it's absolutely worth it at such a bargain price. Amy, the owner/manager is always SO kind and accommodating. This place is very well run, they always pick up the phone and are almost always available for any booking. I've been to other bargain massage parlors for the same price, and the quality has never been as good as it is at Hm warm spa. Would highly recommend!! read more

Visited HM warm spa for the first time today and it did not disappoint! Got the 60min body + 30min foot massage combo and it was one of the best I've ever had. Got some puppy therapy from Spa dog Baby (the most zen pup ever) afterwards. Will definitely be back. read more

Came in for a hot stone couples massage today with Mandy and Linda and left so relaxed and ready for a nap. Pretty sure they worked out years of knotts in my back and shoulders. Great prices, perfect amount of pressure and our masseuses checked on us throughout the process to make sure we were comfortable. The manager Amy was incredibly kind and cheerful and all around it was a wonderful experience, would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an accommodating and well-priced massage! read more

Great first massage experience. I will definitely be back!! Chloe was an amazing massage therapy and worked out all my knots and got a few cracks out of my tight body.
