I hate to leave a bad review because the massage overall wasn't bad. Honestly during my massage I was thinking " Wow this feels great. She's getting a lot of the knots on my back." I booked a 60 min massage and I got the full 60 mins but What lead me to leaving only one star was the fact that I felt like I was being rushed to get out of the massage room. I've been to ALOT of massage places and this was the first time I felt they were trying to get me the hell out of there and pay. Usually after a massage the lady who did my massage would step out of the room and wait outside until I was ready to come out. This place made me feel uncomfortable because as I was getting dressed the receptionist lady popped her head in and ask " Are you ok?" I was pretty startled that she popped her head in. I was just in my bra and leggings. After that she closed the door and as I was putting my sweater on she opened the door again and started spraying the room with disinfectant? And started to strip the massage table. I put my shoes on quickly and I stepped out because I felt like I was in the way. I realized they were rushing me out because there was a man waiting on the couch for his massage. That honestly upset me because I was trying to have a relaxing day and I felt relaxed after my massage but it was quickly ruined by the receptionist trying to rush me. Another thing that I was confused about is that I booked a 60 min Body Massage and the night before my appointment I got a text I assumed the massage was 60 dollars w/ hot stone massage. When I went to pay the receptionist told me it was 90 dollars. I still paid + gave tip but I'm honestly confused on how it went from 60 to 90 dollars? I didn't even try to argue about it because I was so upset and uncomfortable about being rushed out. I just paid because I wanted to get out of there. I probably wouldn't come back again because the relaxing day I was trying to have after a long work week was ruined by this experience. read more

HM Warm Spa - Massage Near Me - Pasadena, California

Cute building and great massage. Been twice and both times excellent. Very good for sports style massage.

Great value for a very high quality massage. The staff was friendly and the facilities were also nice and clean. Street parking was easy to find on Green. read more

It was my first time here and I have never felt so at peace after. The staff was very professional and Amy was so helpful. I appreciate the calmness of the rooms, dim lights, areas where you can store your clothes. I like the fact that they asked what kind of pressure you need based off area. I did 60 minutes with the hot stones and it was the best selection. I appreciate Amy and the rest of the staff. read more

I was diagnosed with spinal arthritis when I was 19 and was in a wheelchair until I was 30. Even though I am in remission, I think one could imagine how I might forever have some back problems. Consequently, I am quite particular about whom I let work on my back. This place had strong reviews so I thought I'd give it a try, and it was a fantastic experience. My masseuse was Coco and she did a great job. The highest praise I can give is that I now no longer need to keep searching for a regular massage parlor. read more

EXTREME VALUE: $29.99/hr REVIEW This was my boyfriend and my first time here and we thought this place was pretty good to the point where we will come back again. This type of massage is literally located by the front door to the left behind some curtains. The massage itself was pretty good because they tackled each part of my body - head, shoulders, knees and toes hahaha, but they actually did hit each part of my body. In the beginning, it was really weird because she massaged my back and neck while I was on my back, so I felt like she was stretching my shirt. She used her knuckles, arms, and thumbs (man those thumbs were solid). I exhaled deeply a lot so she did check the level of roughness or strength she was using to ensure my massage actually felt good and wasn't breaking any of my bones. The only thing I didn't really like was that my boyfriend had his face massaged and I didn't. Wah. But overall, very comfortable. My upper back did feel like I was bruised up the next morning but that was all her thumbs. I would definitely come back and try the $29.99 massage again. BTW, parking can suck - only street parking. read more

Me and my wife had our anniversary and we both enjoyed this place! Miya and Angela were amazing! Very great massage. This place is my favorite of all the places me and my wife go to. Wish it was closer to our house . Also Amy at the front desk was very helpful made sure we were comfortable and made sure we let our masseurs to know what we don't like and pressure ahead of time , that was very helpful, and important for my wife .we definitely need to go back soon! read more

You get what you pay for. My husband and I got $25 massages which included head, neck, back, arms, legs and feet. We had Candy and Wendy. My husband LOVED Wendy and said it was one of the best he had. I enjoyed Candy very much but felt she spent way too much time on my feet compared to other parts of the body and she kept hitting the same spot, which most people might like but I didn't. The massage alone was worth $25 or more. Expect to have your massage behind a curtain with others on the other side of the curtain. I can't relax hearing people walk by. It was also not clear if I had to take off my clothes or not so I did and left my underwear. They used oil which was messy. The worst was that I broke out all over my body in what looked like insect bites. My husband did not have this. I'm unsure if it was due to my bed or a coincidence but because of this I will not be going back. read more

Ask for May and Jessica! Came in for a couples massage and we both felt so much relief post massage. This is our fifth time coming.

This is my 2nd time coming and let me say, this place is AMAZING. Always super accommodating even for my last min appointments. I leave feeling like a brand new person. Super relaxing, music is very soothing. My favorite is always the scalp massage. Hot stones are always a plus. Prices are incredible and can't be beat. Definitely going to be coming back & bringing more people. Check this place out! read more

The owner Amy was very flexible with our massage time because we wanted to show up 30 minutes early and it was no problem. My girlfriend and I got the 60 minute couple's massage. I had Lisa and she had Irie, who were both amazing. My girlfriend wanted a softer massage and Irie did the perfect amount of pressure. I wanted something more firm and Lisa was great as well. We would definitely recommend and come back again! Also the melon candy at the front is delicious!! read more

Best massage I've had in a long time! I was able to call and get an appointment for later that same day. My partner and I got a 90 minute couples massage to treat knots and tension in our shoulders and necks from working at computers/on Zoom all day. The experience was excellent and the masseuses were communicative throughout the whole massage. As for COVID protocols, the whole place was very clean and you can tell that the room is sanitized rigorously between customers. Overall, a great experience! Thank you Warm Spa! read more

Lily and Amy were great. Lily did a perfect massage for me and I've gotten a lot in my lifetime and I can say that was definitely one of the best I've had. read more

Great massages! We really liked our experience. Only hiccup was the music was a little to loud in the room and the speakers kept going in and out which meant every time it turned off, it turned back on super loud. I do recommend this place if your looking for affordable good massages. read more

The massage I had today was a 60 minute couples massage. The massage therapist did an amazing job getting all the knots and loosening up my tissue and helping relieve tension and muscle pain. They were receptive if the pressure was too intense. They are hard workers and get down to business. Highly recommend for affordable quality massage. read more

My bf booked an appointment for new years day and man, how have I not done this in the past is beyond me. Way to enter the new year all super relaxed :) making an appointment was easy. Just call, book a time, and show up the day of. They confirm your appointment via text. Upon arrival, Amy quickly brought us into our couples room and gave us a few instructions: clothes off, put towel on back. I just draped the towel fully across my back covering my shoulders to my ankle. You can choose to wear nothing nothing or just the undies. They will massage your bum but leave the middle covered with a towel. Anyways, in the beginning, the ladies knocked to see if we were ready, and once we were, they quietly entered and got straight to it. They tell you to let them know if anything causes you pain and that theyll readjust. They check in on you throughout the massage to make sure it feels good. They started with the back, from top to bottom, on towel, then under towel with oil. Then flip you over for the front side for the the forehead to scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, thighs to feet.I was so happy my masseuse didnt have long nails and that the ladies werent on their phones or chatting during the massage, which happened elsewhere in Pasadena :x. Tips for the ladies: come with no make up, hair loosely tied up so that they can massage your neck and scalp, and no jewelry. Parking: free street parking Service/professsionalism: 5/5. Werent chatty or had long nails Location: easy to find. Literally on the corner of the street They take venmo :). Tip was added on venmo and Amy transfers that amount into cash for you to hand to the ladies that massage you Pressure: just right. Not to rough/painful, but just enough pressure to feel the relief and feel good. You can ask for either lighter or more pressure, but if not, theyll keep it medium pressure which was amazing for me I will definitely be back and make it a routine thing :) Shoutout to Amy and the ladies that massaged us. read more

I'm obsessed! I've been going here before the pandemic and after feels even better( probably b/c they were closed for so long) I usually do the 90 minute full body. Usually everyone I get is super kind and communicates effectively throughout! They just started doing Venmo which is perfect for payment and tip! I need to make an appointment this week! I even brought my Bf with me for a couples massage and he's kind of sensitive but he loves it too! Hot stones are free! And grab a green candy on the way out! read more

Came in for an hour foot massage and was matched with Summer, things went well. Amy the boss lady rang me out and asked how things went. Throughout my years I'd been coming here, she's been consistent about making sure her customers are heard and happy. On my way out I let them know I was vaccinated a month prior. They said all of us too. HM, thank you for always providing superior service, looking forward to my next visit. read more

I went with some other friends as a group and the service was great. Very accommodating and personable. Great front desk service from Amy.

The outside of the salon has curb appeal. A few areas were not satisfying. First, there is no assigned parking and that can be problematic for fear of getting a ticket. Next, as you enter the building it had a distasteful smell that permeated throughout the building. Then, the manager or owner was quite disorganized. She didn't know what room to use for my massage. Lastly, the foot massage did not include soaking of feet and little oil was used throughout the massage. I think the owner is trying her best however, the smell was so awful in the building that it really takes away from the ambience. I don't plan on going back. read more

This place is amazing ! The atmosphere is so relaxing, the prices are very good, the staff is GREAT and the owner Amy is so friendly! I'll definitely be back for another massage and more services. read more

Amazing service by Amy and the staff! I scheduled my appointment the day of, I had to push 30 more minutes and it was no problem. Affordable too!! read more

Wow, Lisa just gave me the best massage of my life! (Hard/medium) She kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay, which I appreciated. First, there's an initial "dry" massage with a towel for 5-10 min. After the muscles are warmed up, the majority of the massage is oil on skin. There's an amazing 15 min section with hot stones, then a quick massage with hot stones and oil with a few hot stones sitting sitting on your back, palms and soles of your feet. After 24 hours of flying and sitting at the airport, my neck and back was so stiff. Now I'm feeling like a noooooodle. Amy at the front desk was very sweet as well. read more

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage on a Friday night after a stressful week and were very grateful for their generous evening hours. Linda and Wendy helped us and they both did a wonderful job. We chose a 90 minute massage and I'll admit I was a little worried that the effort might lacking at the end of a busy Friday night but both masseuses did a fantastic and thorough job. Definitely recommend. read more
