This place was so great. My husband and I did the couples massage and we were very pleased with our experience. The staff is warm and welcoming and facility is very clean. Amy is amazing. We also had a gentleman and I cannot remember his name. But he gave a great medium pressure massage. We will be reccomending this place to others and will definetly be coming back! read more

My girlfriend and I decided to look around for a couples massage. We called this place up and Amy was very helpful with scheduling us for the same day that we contacted them. It was very peaceful and clean upon walking in. We were led to our couples room and it was quite private. Our masseuses Lisa and Jenny listened to us and cooperated with our needs. Would definitely come back here again and for regular massages. read more

Great spot for awesome professional massages. I always leave feeling better. The therapist are pleasant and helpful

Summer and Jessica were both amazing for our couples massage! The ambiance was also very relaxing. I like how this spa has separate rooms instead of having each person separated by curtains. We will definitely be back! read more

I had a great experience with Amy in the front office and with Lily's 90 minute massage! I called to make an appointment but they were able to fit me in right away. Very relaxing evening I will definitely be coming back. read more

Amy was fantastic. The massage were great!! They were very nice for mother's day. I would highly suggest going for tour massage services. The prices were affordable and everyone was very nice! read more

This place was wonderful! Got a 90 fully body as my Sunday self-care treat and feel ready to start my week. Clean, staff was courteous, and my masseuse (unfortunately forgot to ask for her name) did such a great job working on my knots in my upper back and asking how if the pressure was okay with me. Would come again! read more

Did a couples massage for me and my husband for our very first time ever. We've both always had a weird phobia of massages (he doesn't like being touched by others and I'm EXTREMELY ticklish..like doesn't matter if it's light touch or knees/elbows. I'll squirm and scream). But we're now in the age group where shoulders and backs crack like pop rocks and we confuse our rock hard neck muscles with bone. We had to face the music. Dauntingly, we made our way to our first massage. Let me tell you - excellent experience. It felt a bit strange because it felt like walking into someone's home, but what makes this place a 10/10 are the golden hands of these women. The pressure was spot on. No tickle attacks. My husband finally got the MMA pressure he's always wanted. Just right where we both felt actual relief. No talking, straight ASMR. Came with free hot stones and boy they got A LOT done in an hour. We felt like it was 90min and were shocked it was just 60 min. We now understand why ppl love massages now. However I am deeply concerned we've now been spoiled by the amazing hands of these women as our first time. We literally walked out...feeling 10lbs lighter. Bounce to my step, shoulders and neck relaxed, and no aches and pains. Everyone was absolutely fantastic from the reception to the room. I'm not going anywhere else. read more

I saw Sophia for a 60 minute massage today. To say this massage was "great" would be a complete understatement! It was fantastic, therapeutic, healing, and relaxing. The spa is very clean; linens and towels smelled freshly laundered. She listened to my needs and preferences, and I felt like the massage was completely customized for what my body needed. She was able to reduce so much of my aches and pains with just one massage. I can't wait to go back! read more

The best massage I've ever had in LA hands down. Amy at the front desk was very kind and was very welcoming. I was given Mai as my masseuse and she was nothing short of spectacular. I got the 90 mins deep tissue massage and walked out of there a brand new man. She knew exactly how much pressure to use and didn't miss a single part of my body. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will be doing this atleast twice a month guaranteed read more

I get a massage on a regular basis because of some shoulder issues. Without exception, every HM massage therapist has done a great job. I'm certain that the bodywork has improved the efficacy of my physical therapy. I would highly recommend it for muscle therapy and pain issues. read more

Holy. Cow. Best massage ever. All my muscle pain vanished. And the price is perfectly reasonable. Highly recommend!

Just tried my first massage here. I asked for full body and didn't specify what kind of massage. I ended up getting the best deep tissue of my life. I can't wait to go back, work leaves my whole body aching and this really helped out. Amazing prices as well! read more

Had an amazing experience! Amy is extremely welcoming. I almost fell asleep 3 times. I will definitely come back!

after years of trying to find a great massage place in pasadena, i finally found HM Warm Spa. the staff was so nice, welcoming, and efficient. Amy was so great at getting me settled and comfortable. the massage itself was incredible and the pressure was perfect. my masseuse went to town on a knot i didn't know i had in my shoulder like both of our lives depended on it, which i really appreciated. my masseuse was very thorough and skilled. will definitely come back, and can't recommend it enough! read more

10/10. Came here for a couples massage and it did not disappoint! Clean, neat, and great masseuses. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the great experience, Amy! read more

Small place with a good staff and services. I'll be back! Price-to-value ratio is very good.

2nd time here and they are fantastic!! As another reviewer said it's almost impossible to have less than a perfect massage here because they ask you how the pressure is and actually listen when you say which part of your body you want to focus on. 10/10 for the massages and my boyfriends as well. Both times we've come we leave feeling like jello in the best way. Also love the woman at the front, I believe she's the owner and she is funny and prioritized your experience. We live 30 minutes away and drive just to get a massage and go eat after. read more

Came in the evening and plenty of parking was available in the lot nearby. We were a few minutes late but had no hassle once we got in and were shown right to our rooms/given instructions and even upgraded to a 90 min. The massage started out w/ a towel on and decent pressure used to get my back warmed up for the real treatment and settled in. One thing I do wish is that there was maybe a bit more airflow as it was somewhat hot in the room, but aside from that, the ambiance was good. Once the oil was lathered in, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't need to even ask for any pressure adjustments. Everything pressure-wise was spot on and the masseuse didn't linger too long on any particular area. My favorite part was honestly my lower back and sides, I'm not sure if she was using her elbow (maybe even knees at some point?) but whatever it was felt good and she maintained the same steady pressure throughout. Additionally, if you like hot stones this place used them thoroughly, piling them up on my back (over a towel so it didn't burn my skin), then eventually using them as they cooled down to rub into my back/legs/feet. I would've liked it if maybe they did the hands a bit more though but overall it was a good use of stones. For the finisher, I turned over and I'm fairly sure at this point I was knocked out. The head and neck massage were excellent and my feet felt like they were in heaven. All in all, it was 90 minutes of excellence and the owner was very kind, highly recommend this place. read more

If you want a no-frills, bang for your buck long massage... stop by here! Came here on a recommendation and called for a same-day massage. Since I was with a friend, they end up putting us in the same room for a package deal. 2 people, 1 room - one-hour Swedish Massage with Hot stones. All for $50/person. Can't really beat it. It is cash only. Staff were thorough and efficient. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again. read more

Incredible place! The quality of service was phenomenally and I received a full body massage and masseuse was professional and incredible. I'm grateful for Amy and her hospitality. The atmosphere was also clean and calm. 100% recommend this place read more

My wife and I got our first massage here a couple of hours ago. Best massage ever! No joke. We had the couples massage (Jenny and Ivy were our therapists). Both did an amazing job- deep tissue and hot stones! Amy was super kind and accommodated us quickly. Already booked our next appointments in 2 weeks! read more

One word - TOM! I scheduled a massage earlier in the day at HM Warm Spa. I have been having crazy shoulder and neck pain (and my chiro is out of town until next week). I had an appt later in the evening (8pm) and when I arrived, staff welcomed me and the receptionist confirmed my appt and led me upstairs to a room. She asked if I wanted a male or female - because of how I was feeling, I did not care. I heard the knock on the door and in walked Tom. Very nice, asked me questions and off we went! I explained that i was having shoulder and neck pain and boy oh boy did he take care of me. He worked out a couple of areas and really took the time to concentrate on the areas. There was some pain but not enough to make me tell him to stop! 90 minutes of sheer bliss and when he brought in the hot stones - I was done! We exchanged names and I will definitely return and ask for him. Thank you Tom! read more

I always look for good places to get a massage. Somewhere that you get your money's worth and it is very difficult to find. But let me tell you, this place is the place! It is amazing! Been here multiple times and never disappointed. The masseuse are very professional at their job and they do such an amazing work. I have gotten a facial at this place also and I was very happy with the results. read more

Not sure why this place has such rave reviews. Customer service: 0 Stopped by on my lunch break to make an appointment for later the same day. I walked in and all three women at the front stared at me, until I said hello, I'd like to make a massage appointment. One of them handed me a brochure and said which one, I chose and was asked what time, and what's my phone number. Ok, I see none of them were the receptionist, so while not the warmest welcome, I still book the appointment. I was also never asked my name, which I thought interesting. See photo - At 330, an hour before my scheduled appt, I got the first 3 texts and phone call. At 1 min to my appointment, I got the last text and another call. I walk in at my scheduled time and I'm asked if I'm my phone number, since they obviously don't have my name...great customer service there. Massage: 2 Now, for the massage...I'm expecting a form or at the very least someone to ask where I'd like the massage focused...nope. The only question asked before beginning, as I'm face down, is regarding pressure. It was very much a pre determined routine that she stuck to, pressure was ok, but no effort to get out knots. She also would leave the room unexpectedly for a towel or rocks, but there was no communication about this, just the door opening and closing. With all the options for massage around the area, I need not come here again. I should have known front he moment I walked in the door to make the appointment. read more

Came here on Father's Day and had an excellent massage. Their use of hot stones was unlike anything I've experienced anywhere else and all the people working were so accommodating and hospitable. Can't wait to return for another massage! read more

I usually love this place, but I also only go to MAY! Today, I only wanted a foot massage that's it however, the masseuse didn't understand and the massage wasn't good. I basically paid $40 for an awful massage. To top things off the owner wasn't there when it was time to pay and the masseuse who didn't deserve 15% didn't have the correct change I needed for a $20 so, she got an undeserved 15%. So this is NOT the place for a foot massage. Full body, maybe but specific, focused massage this isn't it. And you are forced to tip while the women gather around laughing because they don't have change. Such a frustrating, unfulfilling and not relaxing experience. read more

First, I don't like leaving bad reviews and let me lead with I thought for the price the massage was great. Especially being a regular at The Now it's a quick place to get a back fix. But unfortunately, the establishment didn't get the proper massage minute down when I made an appointment for 90minutes. The masseuse did a full 60min, which I enjoyed but once they realized they made the mistake they of course asked me to come back in to get my feet rubbed down for 20min which essentially ruined my pants from the oils they used since they told me I didn't need to take my clothes off to finish the massage that they got wrong. I probably won't be visiting again, because I expect a certain level of care. But again, a good place if you need to just stop in quickly and get some cracks and kinks taken care of. read more

Its been a few years since i last went here so i decided to go today with my bf. We booked a 1 hr couples massage and as usual Amy was really accomodating. We had Ivy and Jessica today and they did a phenomenal job! they checked in with us regularly to make sure the pressure was good and we even laughed a bit because my bf has ticklish feet so i could hear him giggling on his side of the room lol! Overall a great experience, def recommend! read more

Super clean and super pro asain massage. Deep tissue, and if you can take the pressure, they can give it. I always leave feeling 100. Great spot! read more

So at first I was not that pleased because there was hardly any communication with front desk, the bedding and towel felt a little damp and there was no blanket to get under, just a towel. BUT...then I proceeded to have the best massage of my life- so yes 5 stars! Summer is SO talented. I work out a lot and I have issues with my neck and lower back. She noted that my lower back and neck were very tight on her own. It felt like a sports massage bc she was getting into all the muscles as apposed to just rubbing over them. The care and attention she paid to each area of my body and the amazing pressure she used the whole time was unlike any other massage I've ever had. I am so so pleased and my body really needed that. Thank you so much Summer! I can't wait til next time!!! read more

Last week on Thursday, I called for availability. Unfortunately they couldn't take me for another 2 hours. I was in a rush, so I went to another place on Colorado Blvd. Average massage at that other place. Fast forward to today. Just got back from July 4th weekend out of town. I wanted another massage. This time, HM Warm Spa was available. She told me to come in now if possible. I got the 90 minute fully body massage. $80. Totally loved it. Included hot stones. I asked masseuse to give extra focus to my head, neck and shoulders. Now I feel amazing, and will be coming back. The front desk woman was awesome too. Very personable, and welcoming. I saw the negative reviews here on Yelp. But my experience was totally good. For all the cheap bastards, take care of the therapist who takes care of you! I'm a firm believer in tipping up to 50% if the massage and therapist are great. And here, it was really great! read more

Ever since I had moved to the area, I was in search for the best place for a massage. I've been to so many establishments and HM Warm Spa was my favorite! I haven't been in a while because I had signed up for a ME (Massage Envy) membership (WHY??? I got suckered in, but it ends this September and I'm going to have it terminated). Every time I've been here, I've been a walk-in and I've been placed in the same room upstairs. I remember my first time here, I had taken advantage of the showers after my session. I personally like how we are given the option to undress to what makes us feel comfortable. Other places I've been to either did not have private rooms (so you wore your clothes and you were so close to other customers, I felt so uncomfortable there). I always get the full body massage - 90 minutes for $80 ($79.99). Its such a good deal in my opinion because at ME, I'm paying $70 for 60 minutes and they deduct 10 minutes I believe for the beginning of your session and 10 minutes for checking out (maybe its 5 minutes each, 10 total, but that time gets taken from your "hour" appointment which I don't agree with. If you're short on time and would rather get in an hour massage, at HM Warm Spa it will cost you $60 ($59.99) *note: these prices do not include tax or tip. Card or cash -- you're able to tip on your card if you didn't want to do cash. They're so welcoming here and they really do such an amazing job on my full body massage. I love how I've never had any issues being a walk-in and how I've continuously received the same service each visit. I always feel so great afterwards :) THIS IS MY RECOMMENDED GO-TO spot and cannot wait to come back soon!! read more
