Got a European Facial with a 30 min masaage. They both were good. I wished the lady had used slower strokes while doing the massage and facial. It would have been more relaxing. She was kind of rough. The spa is clean, but the downstairs room needs to be cleaned better. It had a moldy smell to it when I walked in. Also, it would be better if the staff didn't warm their food in the microwave while the downstairs room is being used. I could smell the food. It was not pleasant to smell that while I was getting a facial. When I went to pay, the woman who collected my money had a mouthful of food when she told me how much I had to pay. It was kind of gross. I still think it was a good service and I would return. If the staff improve on these little things, it will be even better. read more

HM Warm Spa is great. Always available even in last minute. Strong enough to get the knots out and gentle enough to relax. Excellent reception upon arriving... no loud noises like in other place. Not smelling like smoking not talking in their phone while massaging you. Note: If you bruise easily... don't go to these places and post your bruises. read more

We LOVE HM Warm Spa. We've been coming here since (at least) 2014/2015. We always do the Couples 1-Hour massage, and it's glorious. The massage therapists are very good. They listen to the pressure that you want, and they have good, even pressure. They know when and where to push a little harder, too. The facilities are so wonderful. You're welcomed by beautiful Green Street, and the spa has a gorgeous archway. The rooms have heated tables, showers, and nice comfy towels/blankets. Amy, the receptionist, has worked here as long as we've been coming. She's so nice and always makes sure we're connected with great massage therapists and comfy rooms. She's so wonderful! Today we had Linda and Mandy as our therapists, and we both agreed that they were great at listening to what we wanted (less pressure/focus on shoulders/hot stones/etc). We always recommend this place to friends. Just come - you won't regret it! read more

Great massages!! The hot spot with the couples massage really helped muscles. Street parking Would come back read more

Their combo massage was $65 and came with hot stones. Amy, the manager, was welcoming and promptly messages you prior to your appointment. Amy clarified that the plain foot massage only focuses on your feet while the combo massage allows you to request for other areas to focus on as well. I forgot my masseuse's name but she was on point with the pressure points. read more

My husband and I went for a couples massage and it was amazing! They spared no time and got right to it. They gave the perfect amount of pressure and asked us throughout if the pressure was ok. This was one of the best massages I've ever gotten. They also included a few minutes of head massage which was heavenly. Everything was very clean and we felt comfortable. Would definitely come back and do a longer massage next time read more

I found the "extreme value massage" to be rather misleading (It costs $25), and that led me to be thinking that this was a full body massage because it mentioned that it is including neck, shoulder, back, etc. by showing you a picture of a foot! Let me be clear: this is a "foot massage" (I can totally get a foot massage else where for $20! How "extreme value" could this be)! I personally did not have a pleasant experience here. There are 4 stations for foot massage close to the entrance by the reception area. The receptionist separated my friend and I, which was ok as we were not planning to talk anyways. As i was getting a massage, people were walking around and talking loudly at the reception area, so I was not able to really relax. The water that I soaked my feet in was cold, and the lady massaged me was like literally "touching" me instead of massaging me. She did not check-in with me about the pressure, and I am not sure if she did this because she thought that I was asleep. I specially requested for her because I saw other Yelpers recommended her. Feeling disappointed. On the other hand, the lady who massaged my friend was sick as she seemed to have a runny nose. My friend got sick (cold) on the next day. I do not feel comfortable coming back again, especially during COVID. *P.S. My back was still hurting, and leg muscles were still tense after the massage. I felt like I paid $25 for 1 hour to be touched and lotioned. *Sad* read more

Amy was very sweet and welcoming! I will be coming back again - great deep tissue massages for sports people

Really enjoyed the full body massage! I asked for medium pressure and it was good (really worked my muscles). Would recommend! Please keep in mind that it is a full body massage and they do massage the buttocks area (side) and they do lower your underwear a bit (not all the way down) to get your lower back. The hot stones were enjoyable and the temperature was good. The interior is nice, simple and clean. read more

I've reviewed this place 5 years ago and I'm still coming back today! Mia gave me one of THE BEST MASSAGES I've ever had! We drive from Simi and it's well worth the drive (price, value, availability, etc!) I will be coming to this place as long as I can! 10/10 read more

Wow - where do I start?? From my first call and text exchange with Amy, I knew immediately we found our new go-to massage spot! My husband and I came in for a date night/couple's massage tonight, as it was way overdue. I came in with major upper shoulder and neck pain. So much so, I couldn't even turn my face to the left or right due to the pain and muscle tension...Well, here I am -- post massage by Jeny and let me tell you, I feel like a new woman. Almost completely pain-free. Almost....One more visit and I think I will be completely transformed. Jeny knew exactly where my knots were and worked out the neck and upper should pain. The pressure, stretching, hot stones, ambiance and music = perfection! Amy was super sweet, helpful and kind. She gave me tips on sleeping to curb the neck pain. Thank you Amy, Jeny and Miya! You have a new loyal customer. I'll be back this weekend! Lol read more

Clean and relaxing rooms. Very sweet girls. Very affordable and totally worth it. Need to try if you don't know where to go. FREE parking in Sundays read more

I love this place. It is very clean and the owner is very accommodating. Mandy was excellent. She is sensitive, attentive and has strong hands. They use hot stones which is included in an hour massage. You need to bring cash to pay or Zelle and they have an ATM on sight as well. I enjoy it here better than Burke Williams where it's too expensive and too much fluff and you get a better massage. read more

This spa is amazing. Amy is great and her girls are the best! Come here as soon as you can. You won't be disappointed and will come back for more. read more

I had a massage with Tom this evening , and it was the BEST massage I've ever had. I am visiting the Pasadena area and was sore from the plane ride and traveling and needed a good massage. Tom found every tight spot and know that other massage therapists miss. He is truly an amazing masseur! Highly recommend!!! read more

I just had the best massage from Cindy!!! I went for the 1 hour foot massage $39. Although they don't soak you feet I still had the most amazing experience. My head and neck were so sore and tense when I went in yet I came out feeling great. As I write it's my body still feels amazing!!!! Cindy is very strong. I will be back once a week. I highly recommend. read more

I love this place so much! I've been coming here over a year now and every massage therapist I've had has been excellent. It's clean, comfortable, and hot stones are included in the 60 minute massage for only $65! I have lots of lower back achiness and they are always able to take care of the knots. Plus, the owner Amy is always kind and gracious. I've always been able to book last minute massages without any problem. I just had an amazing massage by Jessica who I definitely recommend. Highly recommend this place! read more

Went in for a 90-minutes couples massage. Came out refreshed and relaxed. They checked in periodically to ask about pressure, so we felt comfortable asking for adjustments when needed. The hot stones were a great supplement to the full body massage. Would make the drive out to continue getting massages here! read more

We did the $130, 1-hr couples massage for our anniversary. The services included hot stones and full body massage. It was my first massage ever and my wife's 3rd one. We both thoroughly enjoyed the service. We had Coco and Linda as our masseuses and they were both attentive, detail-oriented (covered every muscle, both sides evenly) and thorough. They massaged muscles I didn't even know I had, lol. And also very professional. Amy, the manager, was very kind and communicative. We let them know we were running late, and they were accommodating. Thank you HM. We will be returning. read more

Quality for both combos and couple massages. We've been here twice. I wish it's longer but the worker's efforts in hitting the knots were on point. With option if you want soft, medium or hard pressure. We've been to couple of places that's cheaper, but sometimes cheaper doesn't mean better. It's good to have service where people knows what their doing. Also the ambiance is very relaxing. The only thing u will hear is a waterfall background and soft tune music playing. Other places are too loud to a point where workers make full blown conversations. Aimee was pleasant receptionist and attentive with text updates regarding your appointment. I wish there's also stamp cards to get discount and or promos for different treatments but for now they don't offer. Overall great place. We highly recommend ‍ read more

Place was definitely worth it couples massage was well worth it ty Amy we will be back .

Surprised my boyfriend with a couples massage for Valentines Day. HM Spa was very accommodating seeing as I do not live in California. They made it very easy to book over the phone and got everything set up so that it was a seamless transition once we got there. We were assisted right away and escorted to our room. I really enjoyed that the place was quiet and there wasn't a lot of talking during the massage. The pressure they used for the massage was just right throughout your body... my only suggestion, they put some kind of oil or lotion on your face during the massage without telling you beforehand. I didn't want to mess up the relaxation I had during the massage so I just let them, but after I did break out all over my face due to a skin sensitivity. My only suggestion.. maybe asking beforehand if the face is an okay area to put oils on seeing as there are people with face sensitivities, or leaving it out all together. Besides that 5/5 stars .. you do need to bring cash to tip but can pay for service with card. read more

I LOVED my massage here. Small place, clean, usually has availability. I was a walk-in/same day appointment and was seen promptly. Their prices are fantastic, I had a 60 min massage for $60. I was in desperate need, and felt so much better after my massage. Definitely returning! Highly recommend, and bring cash as that is the preferred method of payment. read more

I wanted to pamper myself today so I called to make an appointment. No one answered but u received a call back instantly from who I am assuming is the owner. Her name is Amy. She accommodated my time and after the call sent me a text message with more information. It was my first time going to this place so all the information was super helpful and appreciated. Once I got there I was shocked. I've lived in Pasadena off and on since I was a kid and have never seen this place. It is so clean, massive, has a nice vibe and tranquility to it, and everyone was very nice. I had Yo Yo as my masseuse. She was amazing. Always checking to make sure the pressure was good. When I was cold she put on a heater. the pressure was perfect. Super attentive. Super patient. Really took her time. I work out everyday so my muscles get super tight and tense. I left feeling like I a new person! I went in for a 60 minutes and ended up staying for 90 because I was enjoying myself so much. I didn't want it to end! This will definitely be my new go-to place and Yo Yo will be my go to person! The only thing that did bother me was that towards the end I could see the owner or manager (Amy) peaking through the door and stayed there for a while. My time wasn't complete (I had about 5 minutes left tops) and that felt weird since Yo Yo was still finishing up with me.l (massing my feet) I understand if there's a customer waiting but I'm also a paying customer so it just felt rushed at the end. Other than that it was great. Note: bring cash. They do not accept card. Everything much be in cash. I felt super bad because I pulled cash out for a 60 minute massage which is 65 and intended on giving the 100 I pulled out to pay for massage and a great tip. But I ended up upgrading to the 90 minute massage during the massage which is 95 so the tip was only 5. But next time I'll be prepared because I definitely want the 90 minute massage. They do have an atm there but I don't typically trust in visit ATMs. Thanks so much for a great experience. I will be making this a monthly trip! Also...Amy has a dog--and the dog is super cute and obedient too! Just sits at the desk like her assistant lol. I love it! read more

Used to love going to this place and took a few friends but the last time I was there wasn't great. My aunt treated me to a bday massage and the massage was great but the noise level is ridiculous. During my massage it sounded like someone was tap dancing above us. I could hear every conversation from the receptionist/owner as people came in to buy gift certificates and massages. She was very nice and I know I because I could hear during my massage. As I walked out I was about to ask how much and the loud owner/receptionist shushed me and asked me to keep it down because there were massages in session! I couldn't believe her lol. The two stars are for the massage it was great but super noisy and loud. She didn't shush the lady that came in to buy gift certificates during my massage. Never again. read more

I visited HM Warm Spa practically as a walk in. I called within 40 minutes and was able to get a hour massage and scrub for two. The spa is so clean and welcoming and sometimes at a affordable price some spas aren't has well kept. But Hm Warm Spa is the exception. Amy checked me and my husband in for our treatments and was very thorough with was included and time frame. I had Aiyeh as my massage therapist and it was the best massage I've had . Pressure in the right places and made sure to keep in touch with me if I was okay. To my surprise after the scrub you get to take a shower that's connected to your room. I left feeling refresh and can't wait to go back. read more

I've been to HM Warm Spa a handful of times now and I love it!! My friend introduced me to the place right after covid started slowing down and we've been going ever since. You walk into the lobby with peaceful music playing in the background, get greeted by the wonderful front desk lady, and then quickly taken to your room to get your massage. I get the 60 min full body deep tissue massage and its worth every penny. They also have a hot stone massage that which is literally incredible. I don't have any specific or favorite masseuse because everyone I've had has been profession and an expert at the craft. They're almost always available for an appointment and are very accommodating. I honestly can't wait to come back again. Super clean too! read more

It was easy to get a same-day appointment for my partner and myself. It's a no frills spot, but gives very thorough massages for an affordable price -- I'll be back. read more

This is our new spot for our monthly hot stone massages. Friendly and professional staff. Easy to make appointments.

My Husband has previously been here and decided we should receive a couples massage. These ladies were patient and gentle/firm with the massages. The room and bathroom were clean. The ambience was amazing, the smells were great, the music was on point. We did a 2 hour massage with 2 women each and hot stones/hot towels and it was the best massage we've both had! We will definitely be back it was worth the drive! read more

This place gives a really thorough massage, and their interior is really cute, it has a nice friendly vibe to it. I was shocked and surprised with their hot stone massage. Really really nice and refreshing in the latter half of the massage. 10/10 can and will come back at least once a month! read more

I rarely leave bad reviews as running business is not low hanging fruit work and life is not easy for anybody. The receptionist is extremely rude, making us feel we are troublesome kids instead of customers. The decent amount of tips does not make us feel respected. Masseuse is good and professional. The receptionist at the front desk makes me want to argue with her. Never go this place again until the receptionist is changed! read more

Amazing massage. Everyone was really polite and professional. I had a really sore and stiff neck from sleeping on it weird. The masseuse was really patient and worked out all the kinks in my neck. Left feeling much much better read more

I had a full body massage with Amy. She went really strong and worked everything and was very receptive to my needs. The place is clean and calm and I was able to walk in on a Sunday. I was able to shower after as well, as I was in town and my hotel hot water wasn't working. read more

I've been exhausted from school, work, and dealing with a lot of life in general. And then I thought hey, maybe I should go treat myself for once. So I went online and saw a coupon for this place! Now normally I don't go to get massages. I've only had one once, but it was definitely a good experience. Lately I've been extremely tense. I've been in front of a computer at work and in front of a computer at home. I would gym too so when I FINALLY had free time, I decided to just go make an appointment. The staff honored it, and I had a great experience! The spa was one of those things that helps rid you of all your stress and all that tension. After the massage, I just felt so calm and my muscles felt so loose. This is a great place to get your mind off of everything and relax. If you need a good spa in the area, I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Great place to get a nice full body massage. Very peaceful and relaxing. Able to request how firm or soft the massage is and the hot stones are a plus. Enjoy the pampering after a long stressful day as a middle school teacher. Treat yourself! Great place with great service to do it at. Been coming for years now. Will be back after the next parent conference night. read more
