Quality for both combos and couple massages. We've been here twice. I wish it's longer but the worker's efforts in hitting the knots were on point. With option if you want soft, medium or hard pressure. We've been to couple of places that's cheaper, but sometimes cheaper doesn't mean better. It's good to have service where people knows what their doing. Also the ambiance is very relaxing. The only thing u will hear is a waterfall background and soft tune music playing. Other places are too loud to a point where workers make full blown conversations. Aimee was pleasant receptionist and attentive with text updates regarding your appointment. We both thoroughly enjoyed the service. We had Coco and Linda as our masseuses and they were both attentive, detail-oriented (covered every muscle, both sides evenly) and thorough. Surprised my boyfriend with a couples massage for Valentines Day. HM Spa was very accommodating seeing as I do not live in California. They made it very easy to book over the phone and got everything set up so that it was a seamless transition once we got there. We were assisted right away and escorted to our room. I really enjoyed that the place was quiet and there wasn't a lot of talking during the massage. The pressure they used for the massage was just right throughout your body... my only suggestion, they put some kind of oil or lotion on your face during the massage without telling you beforehand. I didn't want to mess up the relaxation I had during the massage so I just let them, but after I did break out all over my face due to a skin sensitivity. My only suggestion.. maybe asking beforehand if the face is an okay area to put oils on seeing as there are people with face sensitivities, or leaving it out all together. Besides that 5/5 stars .. you do need to bring cash to tip but can pay for service with card. read more

I wanted to pamper myself today so I called to make an appointment. No one answered but u received a call back instantly from who I am assuming is the owner. Her name is Amy. She accommodated my time and after the call sent me a text message with more information. It was my first time going to this place so all the information was super helpful and appreciated. Once I got there I was shocked. I've lived in Pasadena off and on since I was a kid and have never seen this place. It is so clean, massive, has a nice vibe and tranquility to it, and everyone was very nice. I had Yo Yo as my masseuse. She was amazing. Always checking to make sure the pressure was good. When I was cold she put on a heater. the pressure was perfect. Super attentive. Super patient. Really took her time. I work out everyday so my muscles get super tight and tense. I left feeling like I a new person! I went in for a 60 minutes and ended up staying for 90 because I was enjoying myself so much. I didn't want it to end! This will definitely be my new go-to place and Yo Yo will be my go to person! The only thing that did bother me was that towards the end I could see the owner or manager (Amy) peaking through the door and stayed there for a while. My time wasn't complete (I had about 5 minutes left tops) and that felt weird since Yo Yo was still finishing up with me.l (massing my feet) I understand if there's a customer waiting but I'm also a paying customer so it just felt rushed at the end. Other than that it was great. Note: bring cash. They do not accept card. Everything much be in cash. I felt super bad because I pulled cash out for a 60 minute massage which is 65 and intended on giving the 100 I pulled out to pay for massage and a great tip. But I ended up upgrading to the 90 minute massage during the massage which is 95 so the tip was only 5. But next time I'll be prepared because I definitely want the 90 minute massage. They do have an atm there but I don't typically trust in visit ATMs. Thanks so much for a great experience. I will be making this a monthly trip! Used to love going to this place and took a few friends but the last time I was there wasn't great. My aunt treated me to a bday massage and the massage was great but the noise level is ridiculous. During my massage it sounded like someone was tap dancing above us. I could hear every conversation from the receptionist/owner as people came in to buy gift certificates and massages. She was very nice and I know I because I could hear during my massage. As I walked out I was about to ask how much and the loud owner/receptionist shushed me and asked me to keep it down because there were massages in session! I couldn't believe her lol. I've been to HM Warm Spa a handful of times now and I love it!! My friend introduced me to the place right after covid started slowing down and we've been going ever since. You walk into the lobby with peaceful music playing in the background, get greeted by the wonderful front desk lady, and then quickly taken to your room to get your massage. I get the 60 min full body deep tissue massage and its worth every penny. They also have a hot stone massage that which is literally incredible. I don't have any specific or favorite masseuse because everyone I've had has been profession and an expert at the craft. They're almost always available for an appointment and are very accommodating. The spa is so clean and welcoming and sometimes at a affordable price some spas aren't has well kept. But Hm Warm Spa is the exception. Amy checked me and my husband in for our treatments and was very thorough with was included and time frame. I had Aiyeh as my massage therapist and it was the best massage I've had . Did a couples massage for me and my husband for our very first time ever. We've both always had a weird phobia of massages (he doesn't like being touched by others and I'm EXTREMELY ticklish..like doesn't matter if it's light touch or knees/elbows. I'll squirm and scream).
