They left me in a room for 30 minutes with no one attending even the front desk. I go out to check and they were outside smoking and chatting. Extremely unprofessional, I will never go here again read more

I really enjoyed the massage and the hot stones. Nice, clean and quiet place. Very professional ladies. Totally worth it.

This place provides a good massage for a good price. It's my go to place whenever I need a last minute massage. The business owner is VERY accommodating, usually takes me right away whenever I call. I've gone there so many times I believe Ive tried every masseuse repeated. Their ALL good, though each persons technique is slightly different, they've each been well trained on pressure points. I wouldn't say this place has the best ambiance. But it does it job, and that's why I come here often! read more

My husband and I did a 60-minute couples massage and it was great. It was relaxing and we both feel much better. We both work office jobs at computers, and a lot of time was spent on our necks and shoulders, which was great. Highly recommend! read more

Phenomenal massages at a great price. This isn't the type of place you go for ambiance. It's a place to go when you need a really great massage at a very reasonable price. Make sure to tip your ladies very well! They work so hard! read more

I used to only get massages just to relax or for special occasions. Now with the extreme stressful daily working conditions due to this pandemic (I'm in healthcare)-- well.. I need massages to function. As of late I can barely move my neck from side to side and luckily it is very easy to make same day or even walk in appointments here. I've literally called 10 mins before the next hour to ask if I can walk in and the answer was always yes. I usually try to come here when my usual masseuse isn't available This place is nothing spectacularly fancy but the few times I've been here, the massages are well done. I appreciate that it is very clean, and that you get a separate room for the full body massages. The showers aren't open in the rooms due to COVID but they do wipe you down when you're done so you're not left feeling sticky with oils. There may be a language barrier so if you need to focus on a specific spot please tell the lady at the front so she can translate to the therapist before your session, If you can overlook that and the lack of typical spa decor, you will definitely be happy after your massage. It's 60$ for a full body massage and cheaper for a foot massage. Parking is free on green street or you can park at rite aid and walk over. Go try it if you're in the area . read more

Oh my God. Me and the wife just came her for a couples massage on our anniversary and it was the best full body massage I have ever had. Amy the owner got us in quick. Lili and Angela gave us the best massages ever. They made sure we comfortable and relaxed the whole time. 10 minutes in and I was already wanting to book a message for my wifes birthday. We will 100 percent be back. read more

Amy is very helpful! I loved my hour Swedish massage with hot stones. Very relaxing and soothing. Grateful!

HM Warm Spa is awesome. The hour long value massage was totally worth it with half of the time focused on foot and the another half focused on the rest of my body. My massage therapist paid attention to my problem areas and helped work on them, which I so appreciated. I was so relaxed I fell asleep due in the foot and calf massage, ha. The owner was also very mindful and clear to the therapist with my wants and needs, which was super sweet. Overall, I felt taken care of and look forward to returning soon! Thank you. read more

I did the body scrub with massage for $80, pretty good price! I wish they also massaged my feet but the body scrub did take the majority of the time. My masseuse did do a good amount of upper back and shoulder massaging so maybe you can just ask them to massage your feet for some of the massage portion too. They let you shower after the scrub (clean shower!) too. I'll be back again! read more

I've really missed this place during the pandemic. The lack of regular massages has left me full of knots and sore muscles. Tonight I came in and got all sorted out by Summer, who gave me a great deep tissue massage. I'm going to sleep well tonight! These ladies will treat you right and their prices are great also. You deserve a massage, let these ladies take care of you and that pandemic stress! read more

Reasonably priced for a massage owner is friendly and the place is clean and neat.

Great place! Massage was wonderful. Price is great for 1 hour. Very relaxing and soothing.

I had an amazing 1 hour body massage by Lisa! I highly recommend this spa as the value cannot be compared. My experience here was 10/10. The process to make a same day appointment was suprisingly fast and accommodating. The staff were welcoming and friendly and I found the facilities to be very clean. Lisa was knowledgeable of body mechanics and worked on the knots and stiff muscles in my neck and shoulders by touch. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Pasadena. Thank you again Lisa! read more

Came in on a Saturday morning for a couples massage. I called in during the week and made an appointment, great communication with Amy. There is plenty of free parking along the street easy to spot ,the spa is located right on the corner. We came in during the covid pandemic so as soon as we walked we got hand sanitizer and then brought right back into the room. We wore our masks the entire time and so do the staff. Honestly is was not a problem breathing or relaxing. The room was clean, the linens smelled great, soothing ambience with relaxing music. Our massage tables were right next to each and we each got our own masseur. I got a deep tissue massage and my fiancé got a Swedish massage. We both really enjoyed our massages they were fantastic relaxing and relieved it my tense muscles. I will definitely be back awesome experience, great service, and the staff was friendly. read more

I had a 60 minute hot stone massage with Linda which was one of the best I've had. I asked her to give extra attention to my neck & shoulders and she zoned in on knots that I don't even know I had. I can't wait to go again! read more

This place is amazing! First of all their level of service from the moment you call to schedule an appointment is great! They are very professional and really strive to make their clients happy! We came in for foot massages on Sunday night and we were blown away! They have private rooms set up with beautiful music playing and sounds of water flowing l. Super relaxing and really elevated the experience for us! Wendy and David did our massages and we were equally impressed with the massage! I have received many massages and Wendy was the best! As someone who has suffered from a shoulder I injury I'm always hesitant to allow someone to massage me there but Wendy was gentle and made sure to check in with me about the level of pressure she was applying. I really enjoyed the foot massage and I would recommend this place for anyone needing to hit the restart button! Your body will thank you! They have no parking but there is ample street parking and a Rite Aide where you can also park. Their prices are very reasonable! Their masseuse were masks and gloves Their spa was clean and they take temperatures at the entrance and provide sanitizer For being the first time we got a massage during the pandemic , we felt very safe and comfortable! read more

Just had the best massage with Jenny! I was having a really bad migraine and she did a 30 minute Swedish massage which completely helped release the tension and I feel infinitely better and my headache is gone. I highly recommend this spa: 10 out of 10. Also, the people working there were super friendly and helpful and the prices were fair. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Jenny! read more

Took us in last minute on Mother's Day, so that was extremely nice. They were very busy that day but we got into a room as soon as we arrived. Both our ladies were really good and checked in on their pressure throughout our session. Coming back again soon! read more

Booked an hour session which consisted of a full-body massage with hot stone therapy. As someone who trains in the gym at least 6X a week, I highly recommend this spa. The whole experience was very professional and the room was very clean. Amy greeted me and was very helpful to determine which massage would be best for me. My massage therapist did a great job and focused on certain areas of my back which I have had issues with. Overall great spa, I highly recommend. read more

Came here again for a one hour foot massage. I originally expected a foot massage for the whole hour but was pleasantly surprised that they massaged my scalp, back, arms, and legs as well (clothes on.) The masseuse, Kiki was amazing! She used the perfect pressure. I really like their music choice here too. Super relaxing. Will be back. read more

Best massage spot I have found within 30 minutes of downtown LA, and I tried a LOT. I've probably had over 40+ massages here now, that alone should tell you something. Every therapist is a master of their art and knows how to detect and unravel even the most difficult of knots, and they are so well staffed that you can almost always depend on getting an appointment even last minute (I rarely book more than a couple hours in advance, if that). Their rooms are comfortable, with heated tables and soothing music. The hot stone massage is particularly excellent and always sends me to another universe. Highly recommend, you won't regret it! The *only* point of improvement I would say is the head rests - the way they force your head to be lifted off the table is super uncomfortable, especially during upper back work - I would love to see tables with the typical U-shaped head rests extending from the end of the table. read more

Certain weeks, I have intense gym workouts and runs that leave my muscles absolutely destroyed with soreness. I've tried multiple massage therapy places in Pasadena for years, always searching for a go-to place. I found HM through yelp and decided to give them a try, and I'm glad I did. I think I've found my gem. I had arguably one of THE best deep-tissue massages in memory with Mandy, and I will definitely be a repeat client. The manager Amy was also very attentive, making sure my first experience was great. The facility is very clean, welcoming, and calming. A great find! read more

This has to be the spot in the area, me and my wife have tried many and we found this spot! Amy on the front desk is always kind and makes sure we like the massage at the end, I have been here probably 10 times, many of them with different massues and all of them are incredible but Mary is my top! Location is great, lots of street parking, comfortable massage beds, private rooms, thank you for always taking care of me and my wife read more

1st time there. And left before massage even happened. My usual place was booked and reviews looked good. I left. The massuse was rude as hell. receptionist didnt ask me anything like if id been here before led me to a room. Didnr explain anything to me. Knocked on the door a bit later asked if i wanted a male or female.massuse. Then a bit lafer a woman knocked then closed the door again then knocked again and in a rude wau told me to undress and lie face down. Nope. Good thing i didnt waste 65$ I lied and saif i had an emergecy and needed to leave read more

My partner and I called to get a couples massage. They asked what time we wanted to schedule. They immediately scheduled us for that time and got us in the door and in the room immediately upon arrival. The service was very quick. Payment can be made by Zelle or through cash. Reminders and instructions were provided via text. My only criticisms are that the room was a little chilly and I would have preferred to have either a warming pad on the massage table or a warmer temperature in the room or heavier blanket or sheet. The couples room we had was a bit on the small side and they kept having to move the tables themselves as they did the massage. So that was a bit disruptive. read more

I had the best massage ever courtesy of Julia! I walk 9+ miles a day and do weightlifting, so I experience a lot of tightness in the muscles throughout my body. Julia worked her magic and undid every knot and bit of tension, leaving me feeling like a million bucks. I will definitely be coming back on at least a biweekly basis. When you want to treat yourself and do your body good, come here and ask for Julia. Amy, who managed the front desk, was also very kind and accommodating to clients. read more

Great massage for a good price. They never disappoint. Just remember to bring cash because they have an atm that will charge you a fee.

Got a European Facial with a 30 min masaage. They both were good. I wished the lady had used slower strokes while doing the massage and facial. It would have been more relaxing. She was kind of rough. The spa is clean, but the downstairs room needs to be cleaned better. It had a moldy smell to it when I walked in. Also, it would be better if the staff didn't warm their food in the microwave while the downstairs room is being used. I could smell the food. It was not pleasant to smell that while I was getting a facial. When I went to pay, the woman who collected my money had a mouthful of food when she told me how much I had to pay. It was kind of gross. I still think it was a good service and I would return. If the staff improve on these little things, it will be even better. read more
