You can pretty much always expect an excellent and thorough massage here. The lady who I assume is the owner is responsive and friendly. I have not been able to find a better massage place since I've been patronizing this establishment for over 5 years now. read more

Amazing couples massage! A warm and inviting place. By far one of the best massages I've had in a long time. We will definitely be back!!

quality massage, super friendly, great value--will be back for sure! the hot stones were really nice

Arrived with deep knots and tension from my last 2 months of caregiving for a friend and left rejuvenated and significantly de-stressed to the point I was so relaxed and ready for a nice nap! Ki Ki was my massage therapist and her technique and deep tissue work out was just what I needed. She was also very responsive when I asked her to work on certain sections. I will definitely be returning. read more

A friend of my recommended the place, so we decided to give it a try. Very small and cozy place. My husband and I got a couples massage. The host took our order and communicated to the masseuses. The massage was excellent and well worth it. read more

I love coming to this spa ! The best in Pasadena ! Everybody is so kind and wonderful to chat with! Nick is a wonderful and truly talented massage therapist. He is very professional and has a great technique . I asked for extra time on neck/traps/shoulders and he made sure to do help with all areas. I am grateful for the wonderful service and cannot wait to return for a 90 minute session . All of the massage therapists are amazing at what they do . Thank you to the entire team ! read more

I went here for the first time after reading the reviews and it did not disappoint! I don't have a ton of massage experience but was really happy with my massage from Annie. The pressure was perfect and she was able to locate my problem areas before I even told her. On top of that, the location was extremely convenient, clean, relaxing, and the rest of the service was very friendly. read more

I recently went with my partner because we really needed a full body treatment to bring relief to our bodies. Checking in was so easy and comfortable and we felt taken care the moment our masseuses came in. We communicated our needs and where we needed extra attention. I could feel how loose my body was becoming over the course of the massage. Then the hot stones came and they were like a warm hug to my muscles. It made me forget where I was and I felt completely present in my body. As if my body was thanking me for picking this place to receive a massage. Overall, it was an experience and my partner and I walked out feeling refreshed and new. The lady at the desk was so polite and welcoming even while bidding us goodbye. I felt at ease the whole time. I'm definitely going back soon! read more

Amy is the best. Got a 60 min body massage and everything was perfect. Hot stones were a nice touch.

I come here often. Great massages for a great price! Amy at the desk always takes good care of me

If I could give 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough. Amy is a gracious host, the facility is clean and warm, the staff is highly attentive and my therapist was highly skilled, this was my first and definitely not my last. I have passed HM Warm Spa many times and so glad I finally booked a massage. Well worth the wait. read more

I have been to so many places, this was by far the best experience I have had. We went in a group of four of us. They had two of us per room. For the price I was not expecting a room. They did such a great job! We were all surprised on the quality of the massage. I will definitely come again. Bring cash to pay and for tipping. We all just did the foot massage. We all agreed it was as good as a regular full body massage! read more

HM Warm Spa - Lobby - Massage Near Me - Pasadena, California

It's a 5+++ each and every time! The price +the strong handed Asian ladies + the hot stones is what keeps me coming back for more!!! This is my go to spot when my back is out of wack or just need some sore muscles relieved. I'm so glad that they have kept the promos and the pricing even with all that is rising in our world today. Please keep it where it is because it is the best deal in town! Amy is the nicest lady that just wants to get to the goal of 1000 reviews, so help the lady out read more

It was a great experience! The 60 minute massage was just perfect to de-stress! The staff was welcoming and respectful!

Amazing massage for deep tissue with hot stones. Received a 90 minute massage. Therapist was very skilled and especially attentive to my areas of tension. Got me in same day no problem. Highly recommend this business!! read more

Rude Service. Don't speak English. Bruises next day. I legitimately think a lot of these reviews are just bought/fake. Firstly the people don't even speak English so when I ask if I take my shirt off or where to put my clothes, they just stare at me. The massage was so hard even after telling them to go easier, my whole back hurts this next morning Oh yeah, CASH ONLY When you go up to pay, the lady at the front doesn't even open her mouth, she just points to the ATM machine.... Rude? lol They need to be audited by the IRS because businesses like this are 100% committing tax fraud as well. Based on experience :) read more

Monica was the best, I've had many massages but this was by far the best. Very relaxing and she knew exactly where to add or decrease the pressure. It was perfect read more

My deepest apologies I meant to put 5 stars ! This was one of the BEST SERVICES . Clean space , great environment read more

Not sure why the great reviews.. the place is not that clean and does not feel calming at all. The bathrooms are dirty. The masseuse tries to upsell, saying oh your back, if you want better back, 60 minutes is not enough. The whole experience did not feel clean and relaxing. read more

I discovered this spa via Google about 2 years ago. I have gotten massages regularly and all over the world for the past 20+ years. The therapists at HM Warm Spa rank among the very best. The facility is clean and everyone who works there is super friendly, especially the owner who schedules you and checks you out. I wish I could keep this treasure to myself but it's much better to share. Highly recommend if you're in Pasadena or nearby. read more

Massage was great... no complaints there BUT the manager May is something else. We barely finished with our 60-minute massage and were getting dressed when she opens the door and sends her employee to clean out the room-- we were still putting on our clothes! RUDE!!! She was obviously reprimanding her employee in her language to hurry up and clean up for the next customers. She kept the door open and they both started stripping the beddings off (at least we know they changed those) while we were still putting on our clothes! We weren't even taking our time, it was the worst experience we've ever had in a place of "relaxation". WE FELT VIOLATED! We have been patrons for years. She probably thinks it's ok to barge in, invade our privacy since she "knows us" from years of coming to this place. We will not be coming back! Note: this is a CASH ONLY place-- there's an ATM machine in the premises for you to withdraw if you're out of cash-- unfortunately, you have to pay service fee to use the machine. read more

Hands down the best massage experience I've ever had. My partner and I spent an entire evening at the amusement park the previous day. We were looking for a massage spa to rest our tired bodies. I called around the local area in Pasadena with low expectations because same day appointments are rare for quality places. HM Warm Spa was the only place that had any availability. Amy, the receptionist, booked our appointment and we were on our way. The spa was easy to find and street parking was plenty. We entered the spa and waited about 3 minutes before we were called into our room. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned. The masseuses were incredibly attentive to our needs and gave us a complimentary hot stone therapy for our couple's massage. The price point was great, 60 dollars for the both of us. I've had high end 500 dollar Japanese couples massages and they didn't compare to what I had experienced at HM Warm Spa. If you want a good full body massage, come here. I definitely tipped our masseuses well after our massage. read more

Scheduling is easy, I park in the CVS parking lot, and get a great massage every time. All the massage therapists are so good!!

Made an appointment with no issue. Got into the room upstairs and noticed there was just a towel to cover myself. I have had hundreds of massages in my life and never used just a towel. One of the beds in the room had a dirty cloth where your face goes, so I chose the other. That should have been my first clue. A young male came in to do the massage. He tucked the towel under my underwear as they usually do but pulled my underwear down halfway down my behind. I thought that was strange but- I don't know- maybe there was a reason. Once he moved done to do my legs, he had my full behind exposed minus the crack. When he went to the other leg, he did not cover up the first leg as what is usually done. So at that point, both of my legs and behind were exposed. It didn't feel right but I was kind of frozen, unsure of what to do (I should have gotten up, called him a name or two, and left). When massaging my behind/legs, he had his fingers much too close to my crack and inner thigh. I'm giving these details in hopes that females stop frequenting this business. It was completely inappropriate. Never going back. read more

My husband and I have had a great couples massage at this spa, we've gone twice already and it just does not disappoint. Amy was so helpful in every aspect. I will definitely continue to go to this spa and I would definitely recommend if anyone asks me. read more

I am a massage therapist. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! I went to HM Warm Spa last night because I had a kink in my neck from working all day. I booked an hour and was told to be there at 7:30. I arrived and the woman told me I can't do an hour because I'm "too long". I said I just wanted upper body and she said no, "too long". So I agreed to 90 minutes. She left thew room for me to lay down and I kept my outer shorts and socks on because again, I just wanted upper body. When she came back in she told me to remove my shorts. Keep in mind there was no second sheet on the table to cover myself, but I complied, leaving my boxer briefs on. After the compressions she slid my underwear down past my butt cheeks without my permission or warning and proceeded to massage. Since I hadn't been touched inappropriately I didn't say anything. but when she was done with my back she slid them all the way off while going down to work my legs. WTF?! The massage wasn't just bad it was painful and embarrassing. I have a bruise on my lower back on the spine where she insisted on running her elbow multiple times, not on muscle, but spine and not once did she address my neck or shoulder. Then she turned me over, again with no sheet or covering and opened the door numerous times to go out and get something (hot stones I think), laying there uncovered like a butchers counter literally next to the front door of the "spa". Her only saving grace was that she never touched me inappropriately or I would have called the police. Then I go to pay and the woman tells me the new price for 90 minutes and I go to hand her my card and she points behind me and says "ATM". Never on the phone or before beginning the service did she tell me it was cash only. So I had to pay an extra $4 surcharge for the displeasure of laying on that table. I would raise a complaint in person but neither spoke enough english to tell me it was cash only or to remove my OWN clothes so I didn't see a point. read more
