Husband and I came here yesterday and loved every minute of it !! We have been searching for a good and solid massage place but haven't been able to find one until now! We even use to travel to the OC just to try out Thai massage places to get our kinks out too! After several locations we have FINALLY found one that we can go to frequently and also bonus since it is within 15 mins of where we live!!Yay! Parking can be difficult I assume during weekends or peak hours. We parked in the street and I didn't see a lot that I was aware of? Maybe next time I'll ask if they have a designated lot. Service: Amy helped us in the front. We actually called morning of to make an appointment and they were able to accommodate us which was amazing! She was easy to talk to and made sure to tell us to let the therapist know our needs. She also was very open to any comments or questions we had. Our therapist were Nancy and Mandy. We weren't sure who was who but they both were great !! They were firm but also what we needed. They made sure to ask if it was okay and were checking on us quite a bit. They actually did a massage head to feet but focused a lot on the back which was what we needed. The head and face massage was def a plus for us! They also stretch you a little bit. They made sure to get out all the knots! There was also a shower attached to our couples room for us to use after if needed which was very nice perk as well since they use oil on you. Free hot stones which was a plus! They were super hot on me so they were accommodating to my temp request too Overall I would highly recommend its $60/hr and a bang for your buck! Remember to tip well esp since they're working on you the entire time! We will def be coming back hopefully monthly to ge your massages !! Can't wait for our next one! read more

HM Warm Spa - Massage Near Me - Pasadena, California

This is the best place to get a massage. No matter what massage artist I get, they all deliver a technique that is consistent and similar. This ritual helps me stay confident that every time I get a massage I will feel amazing. They do a great job. I've been going here for years. I recently did couples massage where they offer two tables and my partner was very wowed! read more

My gf and I just had a couples massage here with Cindy and Lucy. This is the best place to get a massage in Pasadena. Lucy was the one that gave me a massage and it was the perfect amount of pressure. Plus she hunted for all of the knots on my muscles. They also do a hot stone massage that just relaxes your muscles. Highly recommend getting your massage here read more

I called the day of and got a foot massage for my husband and myself- it was incredible. It's a full body massage! Not just a foot massage at all- I usually pay a lot more for a massage and this was such an incredible deal and amazing quality. It's strong pressure, which I like, and very skilled massage. My husband and I both fell asleep during the massage. We so look forward to coming back! read more

Got the 90 minute couples massage and it hit the spot for what we needed. It is a traditional Asian massage so pressure tends to run on the higher side in general. Typically I like more than less and so requested light-medium and it was the right spot. My feet felt like I was walking on clouds afterwards! read more

We went to there last night, such a great experience, 90 minutes in total was $95, after the massage, I feel so much more relaxed.

Scheduled a couples massage the day of and it was great. They are cash only. Accommodating to different pressures and very relaxing.

excellent massage for the price. very relaxing after a long day traveling around town. I dozed off a few times, it was that relaxing. will definitely be back read more

I always enjoy my experience here at HM Warm Spa! I was greeted by Amy at the receptionist desk and was very helpful with telling me the differences between the massage options! I had Angela and she was amazinggg!!! She asks you right away if you want soft, med. or hard & thats what alot of massage places miss! it always helps me, a shy person, to be comfortable! i told her about my pain in my shoulder and it is completely gone! im so relaxed and relieved. thank you a million! i will be back soon! read more

How this place has a great rating I don't know. Here's my take, first I called on a Tuesday around 230pm and no one answered about 3xs. I was finally able to reach someone and they had a 4pm availability which I'm not surprised they want your money lol I asked if they accept credit cards and she said yes and that I would be able to tip on Zelle or Venmo. I arrived about 10mins early and was taken into a room immediately. The rooms are very small with just a table, towels, clock and a small chair. The massage overall was ok, I don't really have any complaints just of the environment. The towel I received was wet, and the table felt a little damp. I didn't like it at all. When it came time to pay, they told me cash only and to use the atm. I didn't want to use that atm so I ended up paying using Venmo. I wouldn't come back. read more

The Swedish massage was heavenly! Experienced massage therapists who were attentive to the right amount of pressure, temperaure of the room, areas to be massaged, etc. I enjoyed the silence, but some people may like some background music. read more

This was our second visit. I called ahead to check availability, and the receptionist promptly invited us in--such a warm welcome. My boyfriend and I enjoyed a couples massage (one hour plus a 30‑minute body scrub). The staff--both front desk and therapists--were friendly and attentive. My skin feels incredibly smooth. We'll definitely be back again read more

Walked in and felt a very nice calm and a warm welcome. We were given a room right away. My husband and I came for our anniversary and are already planning on coming back. I know pressure is relative but requested a little harder than hard and Angela got the perfect pressure immediately! She made sure I was comfortable throughout and I was. I was in heaven the whole time, I could tell my husband was as well he said Lili was the best masseuse he's had, and I agree for me with Angela. Amy at the desk was super sweet and already has our spot saved for my birthday. Thank you ladies, for an incredible experience. read more

Wow, I just did 60 scrub. Is dry scrub compared to Korean scrub. It feels great with massage, and ending with front and back scrub. 60 was perfect timing on my end. Then I got to wash off! read more

Such an amazing couples massage experience! We will definitely be back! Amy (the owner) was welcoming too!

Enjoyable massage, clean space, friendly staff. My wife wants to go back again next week, having gone this week. read more

This is one of the worst massage places I've ever been too. Not a welcoming atmosphere. Technique was all forearm for the whole hour, besides the kneading of my neck and head that triggered a very bad migraine. And the massage bed creaked at every move. These yelp reviews were definitely paid for. read more

I got the $45 foot and back massage, it was sooooo relaxing and soothing. The ladies were very nice and Amy was very welcoming. I will definitely be back!!! read more

This place is so amazing!!! Best massages ever!!! And affordable!! I love coming here. Staff is sooooo nice !!!

Absolutely the best place to get a massage in Pasadena. I have tried a number of other spas and nothing comes close to here. They are professional, clean, and absolutely fantastic at what they do. The owner is also incredibly kind and looking to make sure you get the best service. I used to go for 60 minutes but the massages are so good I have often been extending to 90 lately. Totally worth the one and money and the hot stones are the best extra on an achy body and they are free so I truly couldn't ask for more. I am there monthly and will continue to be going for all of my self care needs. read more

Love this place! I am always busy with my hectic schedule, so I love that I can just walk into this place and get an amazing massage!! The foot massage for $45 is a steal! I get lots of massages and this was the best I've had in a very long time. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been coming here for the past seven years and we have had only positive experiences! We came in last night and Amy was helpful and pleasant as always. We had Angela and Mary ad our masseuses and they did such an amazing job making sure that we were comfortable and that everything they were doing was okay. I have recommended many friends here and they have had great experiences as well! read more

I would first like to say that pre-Covid. This was my go to spa and it was great. Great massage great price. I went there a couple of months ago and was so disappointed. My disappointment was not necessarily about the massage which was fine. It was the cleanliness of the place. The floors were filthy. When I looked in the corner of the room I was in, It was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. For this reason I would not go back. It doesn't matter how great the massage is if my environment doesn't make me feel good. If this doesn't matter to you then go for it. read more

Same day appointment was available on a Monday... my husband and I got a 1 hour couples that included hot stone... everything was great. Definitely recommend. The vibe was very relaxing and calm. My partner and I got a couple's message here! The price and quality of the message was well worth it. Annie and Jenny were amazing. They really catered to each of our needs and left us the most relaxed we've been in a while. We left with our bodies feeling like jello and it was great read more

I've been here a few times before and was in a desperate need for a massage. Luckily I was in the Pasadena area and was able to call and ask if they had space for my best friend and I to walk in . Tip: use their website number and not the number posted on the yelp page for some reason it wasn't going through that way. Walked in and was promptly taken to a couples massage room which was clean and neat. We opted for the 90 min massage which included hot stones for 95 dollars . Angela was my masseuse and she was amazing ! She had the right pressure and got all of my knots out. Walked out feeling super refreshed. Will be coming back! read more

Woahhh, do yourself a favorite and book your massage at HM Warm Spa ASAP! Called Saturday at 9:45am and spoke with the owner Amy, who is lovely, straightforward and totally focused on delivering the absolute best to her customers, making sure to find out exactly what you're looking for in your service/to ensure that you're entirely satisfied afterwards. I booked a one hour couples massage, requesting a very deep tissue/strong massage for my ever-constant back/neck pain and that is precisely what I got. One of the few times I have left a massage feeling like the all of the impossible to reach knots and tension permanently existing in my back, neck and shoulders had been eradicated... so much so that we chose to extend our 60 min massage to 90 mins. I'm already looking forward to my next massage at HM Warm Spa! I love supporting a business owned and operated to truly improve quality of life and to provide relief to those who are suffering and lucky enough to find HM Warm Spa. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Amy!!! After one appointment, I'm now a loyal customer for life!! read more

Amazing experience. My girlfriend and I traveled from the South Bay. Upon arrival, you will need to bring cash and park across the street in the Rite Aid parking lot it's free. The owner "Amy was very communicative before we arrived with details. You will have to book your appointment over the phone. Don't worry it was easy. This place was clean and smelled good. We ran a few minutes behind schedule. But Amy was patient and friendly. We got a couples massage and it was amazing. I had muscle spasms/ stress in my shoulders. They were able to massage the kinks out effectively. I highly recommend getting the hot stones it was fantastic. Overall amazing massage at affordable prices. This place is a total hidden gem.
